Hopefully this will be the last reboot for a while. It's hcl, just with less lore. Other than that it's still the same multiverse rp. And though one of the tags says "anime/manga". Any character (within reason) from any universe is accepted. Along with OCs
Here's the basic ground rules
1. No grossly overpowered chars: this is a big one. While yes, overpowered chars are technically allowed, this rule is more aimed towards the outright broken chars. Think saitama from one punch man (since his only power is being abnormally strong) levels, not schrodinger from hellsing ultimate (who's outright broken as all hell) levels. And yes, this rule extends to omnipotent chars, and chars nears the omnipotence level
(Edit: regarding my stance on saitama levels of strength, not really a good idea on my part, though I may make an exception depending on circumstances, anything beyond city or small country level in regards to a char's individual power is not okay.)
2. The gm is usually right: as gm, I may be called upon to settle things. But that does not mean I always have the best judgement. If my decision doesn't seem fair, feel free to let me know. As long as you have a valid reason, I may reconsider.
3. A recent edition to the list of rules, no immortal chars. Chars that are considered immortal are fine as long as they can be killed/incapacitated/B then A in some way
New rules may be added, but it will only be to deal with any major problems.
cs skeleton:
Name:
Age:
Appearance: (can use a picture or just a description)
Powers: (remember, keep it reasonable)
Weaknesses: (no exceptions)
Bio:
Theme Song: (not required, but I figured it would be nice to have the option)
