I'm really out of it but you guys have waited long enough. I'm sort of dizzy right now so I might of let a few mistakes slip by but here are some examples of big powers that almost everyone would of seen, heard of or felt in some way if they aren't isolated factions such hiding tribes or mage schools.
You can ignore these but I hope these help your brain balls roll a bit around. There will be more factions but only in the actual RP. I want this to be the last OOC update since everyone already got a lot to keep in already.
By the way. Guys. Don't forget to converse a little with each other too, some of you have put forward some cools concepts to me and it might help spice things up if you talk about how your classes will interact with each other and such before you finalize anything.
Some Examples of Green Land Factions:
----------------------------------------------------------
BarkRoads:
Time Created: 75 years ago.
Current Government: Plutocracy.
Main City: Litter Wood
Background: War used to be a major issues in the main lands and while this is still true today the biggest war brokers are outside forces or uninitiated factions that pop out of the hills. Tensions are ever high about individual factions claims and image, both tied into their territory control, many cases being border to border or even fighting over two different claims. This made scouting a nightmare, any scouts under any flag would be of suspect. When compound with diplomacy and changing events, a scout welcomed yesterday could be shot dead to send a message or even killed by a disgruntled populaces unofficially the next.
The first decision was for many kingdom to hire outsiders, both of big and small factions. This soon met the problem of people smuggling spies as "scouts for hire" in different uniforms, including terrorist and insurgents that would purposely feed false information about lands or dangers. Those that didn't directly betray the kingdoms realized they could run off to an Inn on advance pay then come back with a made up map to swindle kingdoms. Scouting, already a long and dangerous process for workers had become more dangers and longer for both the employees and employer.
Bark Road was founded on this issue. A small league of scouts, explorers, mercenaries and travelling merchants bargained for protected land and open routes if it acted as a scouting force for all nations that guaranteed it independence. Being already made up of the few reputable workers and savvy merchants, they act as a buffer for the kingdoms while also working for them. Bark Road got its name for its purely fast and easy, DIY wooden structures leading them to have many shoddy land bases, camps, stops and even towns around main land.
Bark Road has little of its own citizens, few are rarely native Bark Roaders. It, unlike most kingdoms will brand you an honorary citizen of Bark Road on request. Allowing you passage and rest in its areas, but most importantly the ability to shop and sell there as you please. Bark Road has the "biggest population" which consist 75% of people who wandered thru once and never returned. They regularly hire anyone and everyone to do jobs for them, being major exporters and importers of merc work.
To vote in Bark Roads you must become have citizen ship and also own a house along with work in their main town. In terms of culture and diversity, they accept all people of all ideas as long as their neutral grounds are respected.
Enemies: Typically the Bark Roads has many enemies in smaller cities or tribal forces due to their tendency to set up camp where they like. They are nigh untouchable due to the support of most kingdoms however.

Orthodoxy of Us
Time Created: 590 years ago
Current Government: Elitist Socialist.
Main City: Rigaton.
Background:
The Orthodoxy was created by several tribes joining together in rebellion against the initial expansion of Berane Kingdom mid south. The tribes while retaining vague identified in secret had, before their forceful recruitment into the arms of their current king lost all real cultural relevance outside of old people romanticizing long lost stories and muddy religions. Successfully leaving as Berane had its limbs eaten by its own inhabitants, retreating back into their original home land the rebellion forces split into those who wanted to return to their roots and those who still had the trauma of their slavery pushed into their minds.
The new blood that would soon to become the Orthodoxy of us had never experienced nor actively even be exposed to a concept of self rule, especially on an individual level and for the most part this concept of individualism is dead. Years of programming by the Berane on the fracturing of individual identity in the Main Lands being the core of all regression had worn off, causing the second class citizens to merely seek a new master but after a short period of 2 kings in the spans of 70 years whom both died by discarding their own subjects wishes the Orthodoxy declared that if the concept of the many being a stone of power it must also be an anchor for force.
The first constitution of Us was made, electing a series of cultural elite who had obtain knowledge, power, experience, respect and bravery into a upper class called the Gallery of Obligation. Here, the concept of Nobleese oblige would be given the herculean task of making sure that the peoples living standards would stay at a certain defined point. While not originally socialist in nature, the doomed fate of countries to enter economic and unforeseen circumstances forced the people in power to appease their followers with socialist practices even if they currently are not able to afford it. Anyone can rise up to enter gallery if they have a proper background by nomination or vote which applies to all citizens.
The Orthodoxy have a basic welfare system that anyone in the lower cities receive. People in more stable and moderate communities bear higher taxes with the rich(whom definition changes every couple of years) being taxed at a 15% higher rate. While tax is geographic it is flat in that area, applying to all no matter their circumstance due to the lack of a bureaucratic system or supplies to keep one running to deal with individual judgement. It is common for outsiders to move to Rigaton for the purpose of taking as much welfare as possible as also it is normal for middle class to simply stay in the poor towns in order to avoid taxes, leading to a ministry of relocation that is rumored to simply kick people out of the town entirely.
It's store are strongly collectivized and as a community lack any real market, the locals and the Orthodoxy routinely implement new reforms and ideas in order to grasp travelling merchants along with free citizen ship for foreign shop keepers, a tax relent and a discount on good from any national traders but so far despite being ten years in have gathered very few store owners. Merchant who do stay are rarely competitive, becoming either totally dominant or high cost for their demand which has a history of being nationalized by vote or violently ransacked. Goods for sale are strongly regulated, with a ban on drinking, smoking, sexual items and "excess"(jewels/ fancy clothes, perfumes) denied to the poor on the concept that the poor need to not lose their few coins to temptations by "greedy" merchants.
Culturally the concept of individual will is not strongly respected and almost nothing gets heard by anyone without a presentation of populism to some extent. The people don't believe directly in socialism itself but an idea of people regulating people, creating a strong sense of average folks shaming and trying to steer others to retreat from temptation and desires for the state as a whole. Most folks however simply abuse the system for free stuff. The collectivist store owners treat their stores as their own paradise, changing fixed prices constantly and typically end up being supply beacons for savvy criminals that get free or discounted "requisition" without any personal lose. Nepotism is rampant in a lingering job market.
Enemies: Berane has a lot of enemies in the lower tribes due to their forceful recruitment of them and even enslavement in order to maintain cheap labor to sustain the programs in place.
They have decent relations with most kingdoms but command little respect for their economy and martial power. They do, however had a long standing strained relationship with both shattered islands and the Bark Roads for their lack of respect towards business.
They are loathed by the Berane who see their government as a pale and soft hearted imitation of their homogeneous empire.
The classes themselves see each other as a liability, those who support the taxes loath the lower for their angering of mercantile forces and those that don't feel trapped with no true chance at expansion or prospering outside strict regulation. Middle classes either try to leave in secret or play the system in order to qualify as a part of the lower towns. Government stores while having fixed rate give way to personal favoritism to employee shop keepers who play their important position to their benefit.

Kingdom of Barene
Time Created: Over 1000 years ago. Exact point not known.
Government: Militaristic Oligarchy.
Main City: Station One
Background:
No one actually knows when Barene first started as its kingdom predates the invention of paper and its stone tablets being too damage to decode or lacking basic principles such as time to actually help determine the era but it is known that Barene had moved all across various lands with multiple references reaching from the vast North to the dips of the Eastern Woes. They even, once upon a time ruled over the Builders in their more primitive phases.
Barene society is one of seeing what you want and taking it, they have very little concept of sticking to what they got and they always want more. Following this attitude Barene has entered into stages of Empire 4 times in its creation and in one case manage to have a dominant hold over almost every know land today besides a few parts in the green lands forest and the Swamps in the Road of Ruin. Almost every culture has been influenced either directly by rule or indirectly by opposing that rule and small stamps of its lies in history. Everyone is forced to conscript with no exceptions, even the sick and the old are seen as resources and if an event comes that someone is so crippled they can't fall into some sector of military service they are declared "Soulless" and killed, a fate that only goes to those with extreme forms of autism or in the rare case of death dumb and blind. Most injured and disabled do find a place of service.
In societal terms everyone falls into some sort of staff on a macro and omnipresent army. You're primary usefulness or training leads you to either be infantry, logistic, specialist, tactical and reserve with reserve being the jobs that disabled, old people and sick pick up. Everyone has a place and every sector is seen as important, people rarely squabble over being able to do others job because the concept of cast is clearly understand to divide labor so being able to won't be an issue. In some cases, people can appeal to change sectors. Ceremonies, parades, festivals and holidays are all treated with strong organization and discipline, resembling hell marches and memorial days primarily.
The Kingdom of Barene are a homogeneous society who believe in the concepts of individual potential and interest but doing so in shared work. While Barene may sound disciplined outside of presenting papers, meetings, festivals and work the streets are crowded and the folks are violent abrasive and loud. It is an understood custom for everyone to be constantly yelling and pushing, in some cases fist fighting in the street in an understood manner between citizen and guards. The lands littered with great monuments and failed projects that have been declared "on hold" even though 50 years have passed for many of them.
During the last expansion Barene absorbed many locals from many tribes, those that remained loyal fought to the end before retreating back into Barene. The loss of territory also drove Barenes who had been born and live outside of the original territory back with them in order to not face enslavement or death as a result the home lands are now insanely crowded with streets always bustling with footsteps both at night and day. The lack of space and simply not having enough jobs as heightened the already aggressive nature of the people. Leading to a race of natives and new age recruits to constantly look for power via gaming the ranking system to admiralty to even forming insurgent groups. Housing is a major issue, leading to lots of fields of make shift tents and trashy hovels along with all food being rationed.
Everything is treated as a military operation. Gangs have banners, flags and uniforms and in some cases walk about in plain site as new commanders start popping up offering to go into empire hood again in order to give the people space and employment again while the current admiralty shy away. Realizing that Barene has become technologically backwards in medicine, architecture and science outside of smithing and agriculture. Trade with the outside world is nearly outknown due to their refusal to be apart of the Bark Roads system with ransacking merchants and capturing scouts. The current board are almost entirely focused on trying to amend their relationship and get free movement again via diplomacy.
Enemies: Barene has poor relations with almost everyone due to its lack of respect of boundaries. Their patrolling forces are consistently attacked every couple of weeks by the their new neighbor: The Orthodoxy of Us.
