To be honest I don't even fully understand triggering...but I don't understand a lot of things. Like OCD, I really don't get it but I do get that people have it and that's a problem for them. It's better to let them try and sort out their stuff and it's never alright to make fun of someone because they have something we don't understand. If it bothers you, tough noodles.
