Collab between Renose and BioHazard Mika, with the still unconscious Belle underneath his arm, entered the world to where he opened a Corridor of Darkness to. The world where Nobody's gather: Twilight Town. He went to the top of the hill in Sunset Terrace. The place was rarely visited at this hour, and this time of the year, so nobody would notice him fight with the young magus. He threw Belle to the side of the area, she hit the fence in the process of it, but because of the attack of Mika it didn't wake it up.
Mika turned around looking at the Corridor of Darkness waiting for Reno to follow him. He was sure that he would, the boy probably wouldn't leave the girl alone with a 'dangerous' man like himself. Breasel had done his research on the group, and most of the group care about each other, and wouldn't let them get into danger.
Sure enough, moments after Mika turned to look at the Corridor of Darkness, Reno stepped, or more accurately floated, out of the corridor, the portal shutting behind him when he did so. He saw Belle against the fence, still unconscious, and the man who knocked her out. He could tell that she was still alive, which was important, but she was still in danger. He looked at Mika, then at Belle once again, before returning his attention back to Mika. "Can you please return Ring to me? She's my important friend". He gave a small smile towards Mika, hoping that the man would listen to conversation and reason.
Mika chuckled. "No can do boy. You know this is a very complicated plan I have created. You're just a small obstacle that I included in my plan, you know for a little bit of fun along the way. This girl now belongs to us, and we have plans for her. A non keyblade warrior is the easiest target for us, and she is on the level of a keyblade wielder so that works out great. But don't worry, we won't kill her. We only going to do every other possible things to her. Maybe drinking some tea, maybe raping her. You'll never know. Although she isn't the ugliest." Mika said glancing back at Belle. "However, shall we begin. You may start." he said with a mocking smile on his face.
Reno really didn't understand half of what Mika was saying. Well, mainly the stuff about rape. And several other things, mainly the majority of his speech. All in all, Reno barely understood what Mika was saying. Either way, he could tell that Mika was up to no good and was going to put Belle into danger and that was what Reno understood. "I do not wish to fight, but if you are planning on putting Ring in danger then fine. We shall fight". He suddenly pointed his finger at Mika and next thing that would happen would make things go into full swing immediately.
A large swirling inferno of lightning and blue fire fifteen feet wide and fifteen feet tall formed right on top of Mika with just a snap of the young Magus' fingers. Reno realized that this fight was much more dire than all of the others and it was bringing out things within him that he never felt before. Belle was going to be in danger if Reno didn't end this quickly, and he knew this, so he was going to show Mika his full and greatest powers, hoping that Mika would give up and be unable to fight anymore.
"You underestimate me boy." Mika snapped and snapped his fingers. A cyclone of air formed around Mika and spun around very quickly, deflecting the attack that Reno fired at him. "I guess it is my turn now. I do have to admit that I'm better at defense, but I got some decent attacks." he said. Mika pushed himself forwards by holding his right hand behind him, which blew a strong wind out of it. As he closed on Reno he held his other hand forwards and blasted a gust of wind into his direction. Like before Mika still seemed to have a small cyclone surrounding him, although much smaller and probably less strong than the powerful one he used to deflect Reno's attack.
Reno knew that this person was strong, stronger than the other enemies they had faced. People like Shere Khan would have been felled quickly by a few of those attacks, but the fact that Mika could deflect it proved to Reno that this wouldn't be easy. Reno quickly used his own wind magic to surround himself in a cyclone of wind and blue fire, these magics being as powerful as the ones he had just used on Mika. The moment his own shield appeared around him he quickly shot a full scale tornado at Mika, only on a smaller scale. So it had the force, just not the size. Following the tornado came three large blue balls of fire all in the same moment, Reno not relenting for a moment.
Mika smirked as he saw that Reno succesfully blocked his attack. He certainly was impressed with the skills of his opponent. He threw his feet forwards and also from there a strong blast of wind shot him back, making the distance between him and Reno larger. The three balls quickly followed after Reno stopped his attack. He smashed all three of the balls with his fists, that were enchanted with air. The sparks of the fire balls fell on his black coat, burning it a bit. Mike looked to the burned away spot on his shoulder. "Seems I can throw this thing away after this battle. If it's not chocolate milk, it is fire. I must say I haven't fought a strong someone in a while, this is really fun." Mika smiled.
"As a reward, I shall tell you something about my super duper ability. As you may have noticed, it seems like I'm using Aero magic. I do know that magic, but it is not what I am using. This is simply the scent, pollen, and other similar things from the air. That way I won't have to use mana, as it is a natural ability. Similar to how you don't have to use mana to swing one of them keyblades. Reminding me, you haven't summoned that thing, are you underestimating me that much?" he said with a sad voice, while collecting some air in his hand, preparing for his next attack.
As Mika talked Reno was focusing on replenishing his Mana. Unlike Mika's nautral ability, Reno's magic was instantaneous, it just required Mana. If Reno focused, he could recharge his Mana without it having to run out. He couldn't cast magic while doing it, which is why he took this time while Mika was talking to do so. "Chocolate milk sounds really good..." In fact, after Mika mentioned it, he actually proceeded to drink a bottle from his inventory while Mika explained himself, finishing both his mana recharging and the bottle of chocolate milk by the time Mika stopped talking.
"Do you mean Bahamas? I can't summon him without blacking out for some reason and I don't really know why or how I black out during that moment anyway. Do you want me to summon him? If you could give me a few moments I could see if I can try to do so".
Mika stopped talking after he saw Reno drink some chocolate milk. Did he really just do that? And what did he mean with Bahamas? "I don't know were you getting at with your Bahamas, I don't think shallow water is going to help you out of this situation." Again Mika rushed forwards, like he did last time, but stopped when only a few meters were between him and Reno. He pointed his hand forwards again and four 'arms' appeared out of the palm of his hand all aiming at Reno. Mika didn't know if this battle would ever finish. He wasn't allowed to kill Reno yet, for certain reasons only his boss knew, however at this rate the battle would go on forever. Both have infinite Mana, and Reno seemed to really want Belle back. The only thing he could do is delay this battle that long till he got summoned back by his boss.
"Bahamas isn't shallow water. He is a really big dragon. He's really cool too, he doesn't talk much, but he's cool nonetheless". Then Mika rushed forward and stopped, suddenly doing something. Four strange arms appared and aimed at Reno, making him quickly glide backwards and launch four long streams of blue fire at the arms. Reno knew that this battle needed to end quickly, but he didn't know how. They were about equal in strength with abilities that could counter each other and a seemingly endless supply of energy/mana. Reno knew that to end this he would have to overwhelm Mika with his power, but that would be impossible with them at even strengths.
That was when he decided to take it up a notch as suddenly a circle of pure darkness formed on the center of his forehead. It was very serene and peaceful, not like the normal ominous darkness that most people knew. Suddenly he aimed his hands forward and several large beams of this pure darkness mixed with immense magical energy blasted forward at Mika. If he managed to dodge them all Reno would then clench his hands into fists, the beams turning into spheres that would then follow Mika at pretty fast speeds.
Mika was not surprised that Reno blocked his attack once again, however he was shocked when the black circle appeared on the center of his forehead. The dark magic Reno shot at him certainly wasn't something that Mika would have expected. He was actually quite shocked that he would counter with this kind of spell. Mika shot gusts of wind out of his hands and feet blasting him upward into the air. However the beams turned into spheres that started to follow him. Mika tries to fly away from them, but they kept getting closer to him. He de-activated his flight and the spheres smashed into him. He received damage but his shield of air protected him, decreasing much of the damage he would normally receive. He released a big and strong wind which cleared the area arround him, just to be sure Reno's attack was gone.
Mika looked angered at Reno and flew on high speed towards him. He opened his mouth and released a gas out of his mouth, as he passed Reno. This gas was different than the one he used to give Belle the sleep status. This gas would inflict the poison status on Reno, rapidly damaging him from the inside. Only a spell like Esuna or something like that could heal this status. And from what he has seen, it seems that Reno doesn't know this spell. Mika returned to a safe distant away from Reno.
Reno was about to launch another series of spells at Mika, but he suddenly came flying at Reno quickly and breathed out some strange gas. Reno quickly used an air spell to blow away some of the gas. Unfortunately not all of it got blown away and Reno breathed in some of it, his eyes widening as he felt it beginning to affect him, forcing him to cough up some blood as it damaged him from the inside. Reno didn't possess any Antidotes nor did he know the Esuna spell since he couldn't use any White Magic, so he had no idea what to do. Still though, he couldn't give up as suddenly he cried out
"Fire... Yami!"A large explosion of both that same pure darkness and that same incredibly hot, much hotter than regular fire, blue flame would erupt from Reno in an outward wave in all directions, Reno knew that he had to end this battle even quicker than before or otherwise he and Belle would be in trouble. Still though, he didn't want to kill and this was all making him confused, the pain from the poisonous gas not helping his situation at all.
"...o"He thought he had heard something, but the pain of the gas and the opponent he had to fight on his own quickly took all attention away from that.
Mika smiled as Reno coughed up blood. However when he shouted 'Fire Yami' he didn't know what to expect but prepared for the worst. He jumped over to Belle and summoned a strong, layered shield of air around him and Belle. It was good that he did, because the attack filled the whole area. He couldn't even see what was was going on outside of his shield. After the fire was gone he searched for Reno. "What the hell is going on?!" he shouted.
"If the boss isn't going to summon me back soon, I might end up getting back damaged. I don't even need the girl anymore. I already got what I need anyway..." he thought. He crossed his hands and waited for Reno to reply.
Reno coughed up blood once again as the poison continued to move through him, damaging him. Reno was a bit frail, so it was doing a bit more to him than normal as it was weakened thanks to Reno blowing a good amount of it away. Still though, he had to think what to do, his spell providing enough cover to give him time to think. He had no idea what to do as he was by himself and fighting a strong opponent. As he began to think suddenly he thought he heard something once again.
".e.o.."What was it? Well that didn't matter, he had to figure out what to do. He wondered what the others would do in this situation as he took a potion to heal some of the damage the poison was doing to him. If only...if only he wasn't al--
"Reno!"Suddenly Reno heard something, his eyes widening as he heard it, but closing slowly a few moments after. He heard a voice, something that he felt he had known for a while. It felt so familiar.
"So...you can finally hear me. That means you must understand...you also must know that you are never alone you have me and all of your friends...why did you forget?""You're right, I did forget. And now... I can finally hear you..."
The pure darkness and flames were beginning to clear away, returning visibility to the area. The visibility returned to the area right as Reno said one simple word.
"Oner..."Suddenly as Reno said this word a green light washed over his body, curing the poisonous gas from his system. Right after the green light washed over him the circle of pure darkness on his forehead suddenly became a circle of pure light. His grey eye turned green and his green eye turned red. His pale white hair suddenly turned a jet black while his expression seemed to become a bit more mature.
"Im glad...that you can finally hear me. Now then..." A
keyblade appeared in his right hand, but this one was not Reno's normal Keyblade. It was completely different. His voice was a bit more mature and quieter than Reno's usual lucky go more childish-voice.
"Shall we show this person what happens..." He held out his left hand and Reno's own Keyblade, Spellbound, floated above it. "When we fight...as one?"
He then grabbed the Keyblade and the moment he did Reno's entire body was enveloped in a mixture of both pure light and pure darkness. It seemed to flow around this strange person's body before growing in volume around him. The circle seemed to mix with the two elements in a harmonious way. Then it seemed to erupt in the sky, the pure light and darkness bursting forth in a mighty pillar that rose into the sky above the hill, the pure light and pure darkness within it harmoniously swirling and mixing with one another, yet never creating grey as it did so.
This happened for just a few long moments before it slowly cleared and faded. When it was all over a new figure was standing where Reno(?) was standing before. He seemed to have a childish expression with maturity in his young features. On his forehead was a circle with light and darkness swirling in it in a harmonious balance. From this circle lines like veins went down both halves of his face and body, the light and darkness moving through these lines like blood moves through veins in the body. These lines, unlike veins, were neat, straight, and not as weird looking.
This new child's hair was now extended to the middle of his back, pale white and jet black streaks going through his hair in a balanced way. His ears were also different. They were pointed and longer in a very elfish manner.
"Now then, shall we begin?" The boy smiled a confident smile as he looked at Mika, holding both Keyblades now as he floated in place. His voice, as he spoke, sounded as though two people were speaking. Both Reno and whoever the other person that spoke before Reno changed into this new appearance.
"W-Wha- what what!!?" Mika shouted confused at what he saw. He just healed himself with Esuna, white magic. His appearance was totally different. He couldn't take him on now. If he were to fight him now, he would have to kill him. He isn't allowed to do that. "Shit shit shit, what am I going to do now?" he said to himself. It seemed that black and white had mixed but not fused, light and darkness. Like a Yin and Yang. Could it be possible he is an incarnation of Yin and Yang, a descendant? Or is this a species of its own?
Mika, return now. I have enough information. a voice said in his head.
Mika wiped the sweat off his forehead. "It seems that we part ways here Reno, or whoever you are." Mika lifted Belle up with air and threw her in front of Reno. "She should regain consciousness soon, I have business elsewhere. And I got what I need anyway. You have been very helpful, and gave me a fun fight. Let's do this again some time in the future, if you manage to collect all the signs that is. Maybe I am allowed to show my true strength then." Mika laughed as a Corridor of Darkness appeared behind him. He waved goodbye showing he had an amulet in his hand. And disappeared quickly, this time closing the CoD immediately behind him.
Belle opened her eyes and looked up and saw Reno looking down on her, at least she thought it was Reno, she could feel it somehow. "What happened?" Belle asked. "We aren't in Prydain anymore are we? Could you enlighten me on this Reno... or are you the other one?" Belle asked trying to sit up straight, feeling the pain of being thrown to the side before the fight of Reno and Mika.
Before Belle could hit the ground in front of him as Mika threw her she would be suspended in mid-air by an unseen force, Reno's, or whoever this person was, magic being the culprit most likely. He then set her on the ground as he looked at Mika, watching him depart into another CoD. This time it was closed immdieately, but that wasn't Reno's concern right now. Or Oner's. Their primary concern was Belle, who now procceeded to wake up. She seemed to be hurt, probably from both the gas from before and the being thrown against the fence, something that niether of them knew about.
"First, lets get you healed up". One voice spoke now, this voice not being Reno's. It was too mature. Quieter, and slightly more serious than Reno's normal voice. He waved one of his Keyblades over her, a green light washing over her as he used both Curaja and Esuna on her. Any leftover effects of the gas now would be expelled and her wounds and pain healed.
After that both Keyblades vanished and his body was enveloped in both light and darkness for just a moment before returning to normal, or somewhat normal. His hair was still jet black, but now it was shoulder length. His ears were still long and pointy in that same elfin matter, but not as long as they were a few moments ago. On his forehead was now just a circle of pure light. Those neat lines were still going down both halves of his body, but now just light moved through them. Also now this body wasn't floating like Reno normally did. He was standing on the ground with his own two feet.
"My name is Oner, its a pleasure to finally speak properly Belle". The boy, whose name appeared to be Oner, gave her a small smile before offering her a hand to help her up.
Belle took Oner's hand and stood up. "Heh, kinda weird to meet like this. So you are the one that has been causing Reno's sudden personality changes, right?" Belle asked. As soon as Oner had answered she continued talking. "I'm sorry that I wasn't of any help. I want to show that I am worthy of being among Keyblade warriors, but sometimes... I even failed at the plan back at Prydain." Belle's eyes widened. "Where is Thomas? Is he okay, and what about the Horned King is he defeated?" she asked concerned.
Oner crossed his arms and thought for a few moments. "Yes and no..." He sighed a little, putting a finger to the circle on his forehead. "The one's that I caused were not actually personality changes. They were just me switching places with Reno temporarily. The other ones though...those were onsets of Oblivion...states where our existence begins to shatter. When that happens our personalities and emotions fade, making us completely emotionless...I would explain more, but that would take quite some time".
He then heard her other questions. "I had no idea Thomas was on that World. Reno only met a Keyblader named Jake and a few other people. As for the Horned King...that Mika fellow kidnapped you, so Reno put up a spell to protect a special pig named Hen Wen from the Horned King. Hopefully Jake and Thomas can defeat them...they are strong enough. Still though...we should probably try to get back to that world to go and help them".
"No, I think we shouldn't return. Thomas can handle this on his own, I trust him. Don't know about this Jake guy though but if they work together I'm sure The Horned King won't be much of a trouble." she said confident. She felt her equipment, and afterwards the little pouch she always carried with her. She noticed something was missing. She looked inside of the pouch and saw that her amulet was missing. "No! not my amulet. That Mika guy must have taken it." Belle said angered. "It contained something very precious to me. When I meet him again, I will kick his ass." she said punching the palm of her hand.
"However, I'm sure Thomas and maybe even Jake will follow us to this world. So why not explore this world, and get to know each other some more." Belle said with a smile.
"Don't worry, next time we see him we shall obtain thy amulet from him". A habit of Oner's, he talked a bit old fashioned every now and again, a part of the knowledge of his home realm that their parents had given to them before sending them to these worlds. Alot of people in their home realm talked like this. "But yes, exploring this place sounds like a good idea. But do you know where the others are? Like Ascot, Joshua, and Amaya? Are they in Prydain, Narnia, or a different world?" It appeared that Oner did not give people special nicknames like Reno did.
"I don't know where they are. I believe they went to visit Mysterious Tower, it's connected to this world. So they may be in this world too. Let's take a look around." she said and slowly started walking along with Oner into the direction of the train station.
