Also, that isn't too weak. It's lacking defense, but you've certainly got more numbers then what Conablum labs started out with, and weapons are weapons.

Honestly, it seems to me that your faction idea would have been sort of like the Space Yakuza from the last RP. They weren't very strong, but they were interesting, and actually managed to be an interesting addition to the RP.
@Letter Bee

To be fair, they were always pretty evil. Since, Cyano is definitely not a good person. It just so happens that now they are on the "Evil" side, rather then the "neutral" side with all the rest of the sociopaths.
@Gentlemanvaultboy

Oh I just love when a player gives an open invitation like that. It's like a carte blanche, I get to do whatever I want XD.

So you're carrying around a bunch of anti-magic artifacts from an ancient world created by a high priest of an Old God into what might be the most dangerous area on the planet. This'll CERTAINLY be interesting.

There was a post two days ago. I'll make a post when I get over what ever this sickness is. But as it stands I don't have enough concentration to write something write now.
There. I made a post. I got out of there because I didn't really know what to do. I also stole the giant robot. Because why not raise the kidnapped giant robot count to 2?
Conablum Labs

Over the skies of wennipeg, two aircraft would appear. On their wings would be the emblem of Outward. Trailing behind them would be two tow cables, and between the two would be a net. The two aircraft would circle for a moment, giving themselves time to locate their target. Anything that tried attacking them, they would be shot down in short order.

It only took then a few moments, considering all the action going on. The target area would seem to be a bit crowded, with multiple people around besides Cyano. That, was a problem. One that would be fixed easily though.

Within seconds, each of the aircraft would fire off a few shots at some still standing debris. The dust and shrapnel would kick up, and cause visibility within the area to drop to next to nothing. And, most likely, scatter the people fighting. And it was with this cover of dust and shrapnel, that they would swoop down.

And, just as quickly, the dust would clear. The first thing they would probably notice, was that Cyano was no longer there. (Nor was mortainius, unless he chooses to stay). And, a glance behind them would show that Virals mech would also be gone. Stolen by the two aircraft. Though a quick search of the sky would show them. Though, by now they were much too far away.

No, I am far too done with a lot to be nice. If your faction is not relevant, then it is entirely your fault.

We have been sitting here, giving you options, examples. Handing you openings and territory, offering you ins. And you won't take any of it. You feel more content to sit here and moan and complain about how weak everyone thinks your faction is. I have exactly four words for that.

Do something abut it.

It is really not anywhere near as hard as your making it out to be. Even the yakuza became more relevant then the goa'uld. And they were the weakest faction entirely. They offered literally nothing to anyone. And yet they were more relevant.

Now if he doesn't want to get into it, he doesn't have to, but I'll mention him. @savato can tell you if he wants to, the first RP, I made huge, very thought out plans around the goa'uld. I expected them to do something huge, I expected them to be a dangerous, major player.

Every single one of them were broken. Not on anything like wit or anything. But because each and every time the opportunity came around for you to worm your way in, and do something huge and shake things up. You did nothing. You did absolutely nothing.

I'll be honest, I'm still planning around the goa'uld doing something big. I am waiting for them to do something spectacular. But for that to happen, you need to take the initiative. You need to stop and think, instead of getting upset because you can't teleport or sneak one hit KOs into people's territories.
And don't take that the wrong way. It wouldn't be anywhere near as fun if someone up and left entirely. I'm just stating that, for beating the tyranid, no one is truly "necessary"

That doesn't mean anyone here is useless. It just enforces the point that this is an RP. There's no one specific thing needed, but that doesn't mean those things aren't wanted.
@Flamelord

You would have to ask Savato that, not me. I was just using it as an example. A stand in for the thousands of other creatures that have properties just like it.

As for the multiverse thing, your a faction, and a big one. You still have access to terminals. There is a reason that universe apps are a thing. Not for us to look at, but to actually be interacted with.

We don't tend to take advantage of it, but the ability to do so is there. If it'll help out your faction, then do it. Several things can be done. Make a universe application. Use one from the last RP. And if somehow, for some reason, you can't think of one single thing, ask someone if you can explore their home universe. I doubt we would mind it. But you would leave yourself open to all the dangers of said universe, and have to play by their rules. So, there would be some actual risk behind it.

----

The first part of the post doesn't seem to concern me too much, but I'll still say something about it.

Technically, we don't need anyone to beat the tyranid. Any of the factions could up and disappear, and it wouldn't matter. It's an RP. With or without anyone here, the remaining players would either find a way to succeed, or make an interesting story to lose.

Instead of focusing on how "you can't do anything" and being so very negative about it, look at what's been said, and look at what's in front of you and offered to you. You have an almost limitless pool of options if you would just put a little more thought in to it.
Note: I'm only describing one situation and solution. There are many, many others. But I'm not going to write them all out in one post.
