Gisk@Switch There is 1 Eldar Craftworld Left, Bie4l tan. As for corsairs and exodites, all we know is that as 50K progresses they become so scarce as to path into myth as a race. EVEN SO I would absolutely accept Eldar characters
As for the Black library and Commorragh it isn;t touched on so I'm making my own canon for them
The Black Library, in a desperate attempt to save itself from Ahriman, who has broken through to the webway, as well as the many other agents of the chaos gods, forcefully jettisoned itself from the webway into unknown space, where it drifts now, in some unknown sector of the galaxy
As FOR COMMORAGH... things have not gone well
With the webway suddenly burst asunder, Daemons and chaos marines and even the Eldar of Biel-tan rampaging through it it was only a matter of time before she found them. A great host of Daemons of she who thirsts found the dark city. With them came her most devout worshippers, a host of the Emperors children led by none other than Fabius Bile. Even the Dark Eldar could not resist the attack as the city was slowly ripped asunder by masses.
The Dark Eldar were scattered, hiding in and out of the webway they have become scattered... and have been changed irrevocably
