A site that I’m on is shutting down to rebuild at the end of the year, so I need to find a new place to write until it’s back up. A few things to get out of the way first:
- My name is Ally. I’m 25.
- I write in 3rd person, past tense, 3+ paragraphs, semi-adv. lit
- I love fantasy and romance, particularly vampires and werewolves.
- I only write female mains in mxf stories and I don’t double up.
Now, I have this plot that I just thought up yesterday that I’m really wanting to get into. It’s fantasy with lots of tropes/micro tropes, including romance and dark themes. I prefer for my partners to be 20+ in age. Also, all of my plots are based off of lyrics or vibes from songs. And this one revolves around the song “A Dozen Roses” by Amira Elfeky.
Here it is:
They had known each other since they were kids. They did everything together. Birthdays, holidays, school, you name it. From kindergarten until high school graduation, they were inseparable. Then, he vanished. It was suddenly as if he no longer existed. They searched for years but came up with nothing, resulting in the case going cold. This drastically changed her life. She was lost without him. She tried to move on, convinced that he was dead. Now, seven years later and he suddenly reappears out of the blue, an entirely different person from who he used to be. He had not only grown up but there was just something that wasn't right about him. Something was different. Old feelings resurface and new dangers pose threats to everything in their lives. Who knew fantasy was actually a reality?
Please, let me know if this sounds interesting to you, I’m open for discussion. Thanks!
