Ok, but you will have to list your assault pack weaponry in an OOC post for approval within a week, and after it's approved post the IC post within another week of that to be eligible for it.

Extraction pack consists of spheres that are held around the Frame's waist and are used for extracting POWs.
Assault packs are additional weapons attachments, like so:

In my IC post I mention additonal equipement/armorments, I'm thinking stuff like this:

You know, something with extra armor and weapons that we can basically dock our werks into to fly through space and have extra assault capabilities.

"Captain Ritsu, I have a few questions if I may list them for you?" Zim said when called on, "Are we going to have any additional support beyond our newest squadmates? It was mentioned that this is a space station, will this be space combat or are we expected to land on the station, infiltrate, and then begin the operation? Will we have any additional equipment or armaments for the approach? Can you make it clear the priority of the objectives and expand on them? For example, if we cannot capture the teleporter, should we destroy?"

Zim hesitated a moment before he said it, "Is it possible... that this is a trap?"

Ritsu answered: "Only the unit assigned the mission are privy to the details of the mission. If word were to spread of a larger military movement, there is a possibility the Cruxi may find out of the operation, and strengthen their defenses before you get there. In other words, we need to strike them before they expect us, and thus can only assign a single Frame-class transport ship for the mission.
In your case, it will be the NOAH."

The captain then drew an arrow from NOAH to the enemy base on the holo-projector. "An infiltration approach is advised, but space combat is highly likely due to the surveillance surrounding installation. Our scouts reported that there may be less-monitored entrances than the main one, but that is pure speculation. It is up to your commanding officer's discretion which approach to take." When she said that, Elise nodded, her expression far too grim to fit for someone looking that young.

"Two assault packs are cleared for use by the unit in the mission, but according to R&D they have not been optimized, and so will considerably slow down Framewerk mobility if equipped. Steinman, choose the pilots who will be equipped with these packs." "Roger!" Elise responded with a salute. Ritsu continued: "Number one priority is rescuing POW's, and your units will be assigned with extraction spheres for the task. I believe you are aware how they work since it was part of your simulation program, but for the sake of consistency I'll recap: They are spheres worn around the Framewerk's waist that place their contents in cryostasis. One will be assigned to every member of the unit."

"Priority number two is capturing any enemy unit you recognize capable of teleportation, in other words, this unit." Ritsu showed a rendering of the elite Cruxi on the holo-projector. "For this we will assign you Nega-collars that have been tested to deactivate basic Cruxi systems. However, there is a possibility the collars may not work on the aforementioned unit, so brute force has to be applied instead. If the unit is perceived to be impossible to be captured without incurring major casualties to the unit, then elimination of the unit can be ordered by your commanding officer."
For Zim's last question, the captain's expression turned grim. "Considering the fact the Cruxi may have detected the signal coming from pilot Liu'un, we cannot deny the possibility of a trap. But this is an opportunity that can't be wasted. If you confirm an ambush has been set for you, your commanding officer can order a retreat. Otherwise, you are cleared to fire on will."

"Ma'am. Can you give us estimates as to what kind of enemy units we could possible encounter? I have data right here that I can elaborate on to the rest of the squad so we don't get caught off guard. CWM's are nothing new to us I imagine but the automated defenses can be trouble. Plus, did the scouts spot any "unknown" units at all?", Jake then asked.

"The automated defenses are confirmed to be batteries of anti-space missile launchers and high-energy variants of Plasma Gatlings you may have seen equipped on the enemy units accompanying the teleporting unit. Scouts have estimated that they ring the station in intervals of 500 meters, so expect to draw fire from at least a dozen if you move as a single group. There were reports of cargo vessels containing unidentified MIST-grade weapons including one with a 'funnel-like' shape. In short, prepare for enemies with resistances to either kinetic or energy weaponry."

She raised her hand an waited patiently to be called on. "Captain, do we have an idea where in the base the prisoners are being held? And I know Zim already sorta asked this, but are we going to have to go in and free them ourselves, or will there be backup?"

"Based on the blueprints of other Cruxi installations, the prisoners should be located at the lower levels of the station. To repeat, only squad Sigma has been assigned for the mission. This will be a difficult mission, but I fully believe that you are capable of completing it. The mission will start in three days, so begin your preparations immediately. Give them all you got! Dismissed."
After the briefing, Elise sighed and rubbed his forehead, and then spoke to squad Sigma. "Alright, report to me if you wish to volunteer for assault pack use. Let's give e'm hell!"

I thought it would be amusing, since Caora likes sweet things but not spicy, and he has a fear of being eaten, so it would have an opposite effect of what Mary intended. If it upsets you that much I'll try and think of something else then. How about Cookie?
