Bakuto heard someone spoke to him and someone else responded. Answering who is number one, Bakuto looked at him a bit weary. This guy was nervous for some reason, maybe it had something to do with how they were all put together suddenly but Bakuto at the moment trust the nervous person. Bakuto then says, "We should head to where we are told to go. Cant keep the rest of the team waiting, we have to find out what will we be doing for the rest of our days as soul reapers" With that said Bakuto turned dashed away running to where he is suppose to go.

It was long until Bakuto ran to where this division fourteen was suppose to meet catching the tail end of a conversation, "Damn you're rude, Shihoin. You need to apologize now."

As soon as Bakuto heard this as he arrived he says plainly, "What did I do? And who do I need to apologize to?" Bakuto looks over everyone here. He looks a Nemuri with a puzzled look on his face. 'Do I know her? Who are the other captains and lieutenants of the other squads? I think she is one...is she a captain or lieutenant? And what squad.' These are the thoughts going through his mind missing her explanation for the squad and her name she had told those who were already there before he had arrived.

Quickly shaking the puzzled look on his face he quickly comes up and asks the first question and a very obvious one, "So what is this fourteenth division? Why are we here? If you already explained that sorry if I missed it but I just got here." He asks the questions as he was a bit of interested in finding out why was he here and what was he going to do. He then quickly looks around at everyone and says, "I am Bakuto by the way" A little bit quick introduction deciding to introduce himself quick enough so people know who he is getting that part out of the way instead of later when the others start introducing themselves.

Louisiana...the roar of a black pickup truck drives down the road, behind the wheel of the truck is a bald headed individual wearing a rather expensive looking black and white suit with a red tie. 'A case, this one Halloween out of all the months to be searching for something that goes bump in the night it had to be this one.', these were the thoughts of the man in the car. Man might be the wrong word for this person as he was once human, he wasnt went by the name Gregory Wells. Time changes everything and a life time of damnation turned him into what he is today. His name is Zek and he is a demon and he hunts monsters.

A series of newspapers were in the seat next to him of the area. Lost in thought still he was trying to figure out the situation the best he can from the what little information he had. 'A movie set, a horror movie. A big set for nearly anything to hide it. Can almost rule out a ghost, if the girl was found the way the newspapers whatever or whoever did this had something to do. That's if the police here gave all the details to the press. If it is a ghost though, I might be able to see it..." These thoughts trailed off as he makes a sudden turn down the road he needed to go down.

He sees the building in the distance, he reaches over and pops open his glove compartment grabs a wallet and his revolver. He puts the gun in his inner coat pockets along with his wallet with the ID he needed should he need to ID himself on this mission. Making sure to have one angel blade bullet, and a bunch of devil trap bullets. They might not be silver or iron but they can stop a demon.

Zek brings his truck to a screeching halt before getting out of the truck and slamming the door shut as he got there. He decided to go to the small shack where the scene took place. He looks around assess the situation to see what is all around and or who is all is around. Meanwhile trying to keep a business look on his face as he is suppose to be there.

I gave Bakuto's bankai some thought. So far I have thought of a bit of a mixture between Ichigo's bankai which is shrinking down the overwhelming size of a bankai to increase speed and power. The other is a bit from the Bount filler using the idea of how the bount's leader could use wind attacks, turning Bakuto into his own Bankai. Creating swords of wind from his arms, enveloping Bakuto's strikes punches and kicks with intense wind enhanced speed attacks. Speed faster the normal Shunpo/Flash step ect.

"What is going on. An explosion? What just happened? Is that Captain Kurotsuchi and Captain Kyōraku were they in a fight?" just a few of the hundred of questions going through Bakuto's mind. He listened as the commander spoke and followed his instructions. Bakuto was fighting every urge not to grab his sword and try to find who cause this explosion. He was given a his diplomia and gave it a quick look over.

Bakuto was relieved when it didnt say divsion four but he was confused and said out loud, "Squad Fourteen? Did I miss something? Did I miss a class or something? Arent their only thirteen squads?" Bakuto scratched his head trying to think this out he starts to hear others talk about it. Seems like he wasnt the only one being put into this fourteenth squad. He looked at the first part prodigy he almost laughed, he failed every attempt to learn kido and he is labeled a prodigy that must be a mistake he thought but he wasnt going to question it.

He then looked around and asked rather bluntly to anyone who would listen, "So anyone have any idea what this division fourteen thing suppose to be? Seems to be a few of us going there, just wondering if anyone knows a thing."

While being clueless about what this division might be Bakuto's interests have been peaked and he was looking forward to finding out what this is. Bakuto does want to get involved in whatever is going on with this sudden explosion but his interests have been effectively turned to this new squad.

So if we are all on squad 14 does the Prodigy number have any meaning? If it does how are we to determine the numbers for each of our characters? That's if it is right to assume we all are going into this Squad 14.

Edit- Seems like the question is already being asked. Either way I am still wondering if we are all going into squad 14? I think it would still be safe to assume we are but doesnt hurt to make sure.

Bakuto hears someone say ,'You know' then someone patted him on the back and continued talking saying, 'I've always found that a bit of the hair of the dog that bit you doesn't really work. You need at least half a body to really drawn those demons, you know?' Bakuto to see who was talking to him, it was Risiru but at the moment Bakuto couldn't remember who she was, couldn't place her face and voice with a name. Bakuto then commented on the her second comment, "You might be right, but I don't think a half a body could make those demons flinch let alone comely rid someone of them."

He then heard the comment about the ceremonies being a bore he then says adding in his own comment "Could be worse, we could be sitting through another lecture within the academy still and not graduating today. I'll take a boring ceremony over a lecture any day of the week. Bakuto diskliked lectures he is a hands on kind of person and doesnt like being told how to do something he rather just learn as he goes.

Not too long until he entered the auditorium the moment he sees where he is suppose to be sitting. Bakuto uses the flash step to the nearest chair almost practically diving his way onto the chair butt first into the seat. He didnt want to be left standing and he wasnt trusting that their would be enough seats to go around to everyone. Bakuto then began to look around to see who were around and which captains were present.

Graduation..."Oh Graduation!" Snapping awake quickly is a young dark-haired soul reaper academy student Bakuto Hokori. He looks around confused around by his surroundings not remembering where he fell asleep the day before. Slowly Bakuto comes to the realization he is where he is supposed to be. Bakuto had fallen asleep where the graduation ceremony is supposed to begin.

Knocking over a few bottles of saké as he moved around and Bakuto's instant thoughts, 'Oh what did I do last night...Oh right a graduation party. At least I remembered to get to where I am supposed to be....'

He stretches a bit popping his back then his neck once he is done a smile goes across his face because he knows today is the day he graduates from the academy and becomes a full soul reaper of the thirteen court guard squads. Bakuto is wondering where will he be placed, the only squad he didn't want to go was squad four. The rumored squad where weaklings who can't fight go, and Bakuto doesn't want to be considered weak. Squad Eleven is the ideal squad for Bakuto. The squad that loves to fight and kill things is his kind of squad. Although Bakuto would be happy in any squad that isnt squad four. "Well at least I am not late for once.", Bakuto says to himself. As he has a tendency to be late where ever he goes this being a rare occasion where he was on time. Even if he fell asleep the night before after a long night of drinking where he is now.

Bakuto starts picking up the bottles of saké, shaking each one until he finds one that is still full and puts it into his shihakusho, but not before taking a small swig of it. He then starts to look around to see who has arrived yet and who is still arriving. Bakuto wasnt entirely sure who were all graduating today. He wonders who will be going to the same squad as he will be put in, although it doesnt matter he will find out soon enough who will be going where and who will be his squad mates.

Bakuto has a rather eccentric personality, during 'official business' he tries to seem stern, respectful and the kind of person who follows the rules and order of the soul society, when alone to do what he returns to his true personality. He is slightly unstable, and a bit quirky. Doing things the right way isnt his way, if he can get a job done better doing it another way then he will whether it be a harder way or easier.

Bakuto loves to fight hollows, and being surrounded by them just so he can kill more of them. The more hollows he has to fight the happier he is. While he does like fighting other soul reapers he prefers fighting hollows as he doesnt feel like he have to hold back and he can fight without worrying about killing an ally. Bakuto also likes a good competition whether it be gambling or some sort of physical sport to just plain fighting. Bakuto is very competitive and hates losing.

Bakuto always likes to keep 'updated' on what happens in the world of the living, always trying to find some reason to go there even if it is a very petty reason. Bakuto has a slight dislike to kido based zanpakutos. While he does find them impressive he believes the sword should be used like a sword and not like a magical wand or something along those lines.
Bakuto is a bit 'broken' from time to time he will go from being normal to very aggressive. He also is a bit unstable often doing things thought to be 'crazy' or abnormal.
Backstory:
Bakuto isnt a 'Genius' but he possesses the genius gene.
Bakuto was brought into the acadmey at the age of one hundred and forty, he died from the world of the living at the a very young age but it wasnt until one hundred years later he was found and put in the acadmey.
Bakuto was eaten by a Gillan level Menos and survived three days inside the hollow's stomach. The hollow was killed and he fell out of the hollow out of the suprise of many soul reapers.

Bakuto's own spirit pressure kept him alive but yet he felt more like a hollow after this day. His spirit pressure was very simlar to that of a hollow and he couldnt. What was differnt he possessed the gene that the project was drafting soul reapers for.

He was watched when he entered the acadmey as it was worried he might turn into a hollow but he didnt. He was found to excell in brute force and rash thinking and throwing around spirit pressure. He lacked in a lot of other areas, Kido being the main thing he was terrible at. He also cant sense spirit energy very well but he can track hollows better then most. He was put into the 'genius' program and he was at the bottom of his class. Bakuto finds it funny remembering back to this he was the 'dumbest' person in his class and now he is in this 'genius' program.

Sorry about the grammar mistakes, My grammar does suck from time to time. I do improve though or at least I try to as I go. Always trying to reread things before posting them, but yeah, this is far from the best character I have created. Hopefully with the changes i made to the ability of the shikai will be better now.

As for your other conserns, the number 2 point, I wasnt planning on making Bakuto a vizard. The hollow stuff I added isnt suppose to lead to being a vizard it is to explain his more chaotic personality and to explain why he might have quirks as the rp starts to move.

As for the third consern, I changed the zanpakuto's shikai ability as i said before.. Going with something hopefully a bit more acceptable. Going for a more of a wind enhanced zanpakuto instead of the reashi manipulating one that was before. Going to leave room for the characer to grow as the rp goes on hopefully

The Claw

History:
The Claw is new to the commonwealth. A rough faction like group that are nomads looking for a home. Somewhat of a cult starting out,

Starting out to the west of the commonwealth, this group was formed by a man by the name of Grant. His last name isnt known but Grant was a raider but out of a weird sense of morality killed his clan to save a mother deathclaw and its egg.

From there Grant lived with that deathclaw getting a bond with the creatures, eventually he was found by others. First was a man named Lawrence, and a lady named Beth. These three Grant let live within his deathclaw community. A group of people living with deathclaws, the word soon traveled.

On a dark day a group of raiders attacked this community, it was said one hundred raiders ran into a forest to raid this group. They only killed one deathclaw before they were all mauled to death by Grant. From this day Grant knew they were no longer safe so proposed they should move.

The group of three left the deathclaws, with one deathclaw in tow. From here Lawrence tamed was said to have tamed a Yai Guai, and Beth married a super mutant. They traveled to the commonwealth took them a few years to get there on the way they gathered a few members. The group is thirty members and growing every day, Grant named themselves the Claw on his death bed and his son took command.
They lift off the land avoiding major settlements looking for a place to call their own. They let anyone join them if they can surive the initiation It doesnt matter if they are super mutants, ghouls, humans or synths. New members not born into the Claw fight must go through the initation process. They are thrown into a pit and must fight unarmed against a creature of the leaders choosing for ten minutes. If they are killed they dont get to join, if they kill the creature then they will be killed as well for killing a creature of the Claw. Surviving the ten minutes, is how one joins this group.
Ranks of power go through another initation, and they involves taming the creatures of the wasteland. They must finds and subdue a creature tame it and bring it back, the bigger the creature the better they will stand within the Claw.

Notable People:

Carver Edwards- The current head leader of the claw. Son of the fabled Grant, tamed three Yai Gaui adults on his initations into adulthood.

Drac- Super mutant Quartermaster, he is good with weapons and making weapons, also is Carver's right hand man. Is said to have a very powerful right hand. one of four leaders under Carver
Elisbeth-Beth Edwards- The daughter of fabled Grand and Beth. and half sister to Carver. She is the beastmaster, incharge of all the animals and creatures of the Claw second of four leaders that are under Carver
Grog- Super Mutant- Head Chief of the Claw. He is incharge of keeping everyone fed he also is one of two doctors. Also the third leader of Carvers four under him.

Professor Gregory Stein- A prewar Ghoul and the left hand of Carver. He if the 'smartest' person within the Claw. Incharge of a lot of things within the Claw and has a lot of power within the group. He performs experiments for the 'betterment' of the claw. He also is the darkest memberof the group, while the others have morals he does not. Wanted by the NCR of the west, and known by the brotherhood of steel as the mad professor.
His history is very dark, he once found a vault and unleashed a horde of feral ghouls into it to see how the vault dwellers would react. He sent an experental thing of psycho into a group of raiders that did increase their strength but it also killed anyone twenty fours hours later causing their hearts to explode. Sent another experimental drug into a NCR settlement to the west that had small remains of cazadorlarva in it. Which caused to halucinations but with fifty percent who took it to have a cazador hatch out of their chest.
He joined the Claw out of 'repense' of what he has done and has stopped his experiments in half of his orginal ways. He wont 'test' anything on any member of the Claw. Even though he has been caught once doing so. Carver has him on a warning if he ever experiments on his clan again he will rip off off his 'zombie looking head' He is the fourth leader, as his knowledge is still very valuble to the Claw.
