No, no, no. My cards know exactly what they're talking about unless the person they're reading is giving mixed signals but that's not really their fault, is it?

W-what did I just read? Please stop. You don't know what you're talking about. Please stop.

A roleplayer, a mom, a gamer, and a crafter. I like to make stuff, whether it be in writing or drawing or crochet, or paint, the list goes on. If it requires creativity, I can assure I have tried it at least once. If you want to see some of the stuff I make, feel free to ask. I do take commissions too though I hate my own art. Everyone else seems to love it and hey, sometimes you gotta take the money where you can get it, ya know?

Anyways,
It's a pleasure to meet you. Wanna rp with me, then just hit me up! I will for sure rp with you, no matter the plot!

Things were moving like bees defending a hive against a wasp attack. Jasmine had put it all into motion quickly and at headquarters, vans were filled and trucks were piled high with heavily armored and armed knights. Orders were shouted, commands were followed, and like a small army, the squads flew out of the headquarters with their tires spinning. They had connections with the police and, even though they couldn't completely explain every aspect of what they did, the police were sure to remain out of their way and to keep out of sight when the knights went rolling. It wasn't so much a secret political wise but it was more of a hush hush type of information. Only the higher ups knew exactly what the knights did and they made sure to work with them and to keep their people going along with them. There were rumors of course, the main one being that the knights were the real men in black. They weren't completely off but they didn't make it a habit to go around erasing minds of those who had witnessed the events. After all, they needed to recruit fresh blood somehow.

As Jasmine listened to her phone ring, she got a ping that she was sure was telling her that the knights were on the move and heading her way and towards the pizzeria. She knew it the knights would work quickly, so she wasn't surprised to get an alert so quickly. What did surprise her was the fact that the phone on the other side of the line actually picked up. Her heart skipped a beat when she heard Kyle's voice on the line. Exactly who she was hoping to speak to.

“Saucy’s Pizzeria. This is Kyle. We’re closed.” He sounded like he was about to hang up and Jasmine had to work quickly before he did. She spoke quickly and sternly, hoping her words would get to him as quickly as possible. She could only imagine the chaos about to ensue there in that shop.

"Kyle Gunner Anderson, you must listen to me and listen well." She spoke quickly, being sure to articulate everything so he could understand even though it was all rushed. "The girl you have with you is Aliana and she is just like you, blessed. The man who is about to approach you is named Michael. He will not harm you, follow his orders and tell him that Aliana needs a sealing. He will understand and know what it means. There are mo-" before she continue speaking, the phone was dropped and Jasmine cursed to herself before she hung up. She listened to the message she had gotten just a moment ago. It read 'ETA five minutes' and then she dialed the number again.

Michael, though an amazing knight, was not always so great and tender when it came to tense situations and young angel born, especially fragile ones like Aliana. She pondered what to do as she pulled Bruno to a pause. She looked around herself. She was sure she could keep walking but it would be easier for the knights to pick her up if her location remained in one spot for them to track her properly. So she took a deep breath and used her cane to feel around for any kind of bench or seat. Luck would have it, that her cane tapped along the leg of a bus stop bench and she came to settle down on it, allowing Bruno to tuck in between her feet. She rubbed at her eyes. Her head still throbbed and she was anxious. She would be happy if this mess ended quickly.

She gazed around, looking for any signs of demon possessed when her eyes settled on the aura of a prophet. It wasn't the strongest prophet aura. Perhaps it was one that belonged to a prophet that didn't completely follow the faith or wasn't aware of what they were. There could be a number of reasons why their aura was as it was, but that still didn't change what they were. They were a prophet. Jasmine sighed before she stood up again and began to walk towards the aura, allowing Bruno to guide her along the way. She had to wait at the side of the street before Bruno would allow her to cross but she eventually made her way towards the boy, being close enough to call out without it looking like some crazy, blind woman was chasing down some poor, unsuspecting man.

"Excuse me, sir!" She called to him, giving Bruno a gentle little tug to let him know she wanted to move faster, "Excuse me! May I have a word with you?"
Sorry for the wait. My post is incoming. This weekend has been busy lol.
Lucian fidgeted with the phone from the moment he picked it up as he waited for Aneira to wake. He chewed anxiously on his bottom lip. He had dialed Jessie's number like ten times but he couldn't seem to bring himself to hit call. Each time, he felt that same tightness in his chest that he had felt in his dream and clicked cancel over and over again. He slid his fingers along the buttons, listening to their quiet clicks with a deep sigh. What did Jessie think happened to him? Did she call the cops? Were the cops in on what was happening to them in that prison place? At this point, he was almost chewing through the top layer of lip with how anxious he was. Thankfully, he was spared when Aneira finally woke up.

He smiled lightly as she stood and shook out her big body. She was cute as a wolf.

When she padded up to him and nudged him on the hip, he faked like she had used way more force than was necessary and let his body sway like an air dancer in front of a store trying to pull in as many people as it could. “Jesus woman,” he chuckled as he found himself actually fumbling with the puppy swirling around his feet in excited circles.

As she leaves him with the excited puppy, he scrambled to keep his foot to only lose and fall down, catching himself in an extended arm push up to keep from landing on top of the pup. The puppy looked up at him, let out the woof typical of the hyperactive breed before he slobbered all over his face. Lucian made a disgusted face before he reconsidered and thought a moment before allowed himself to drop, carefully, down on the pup. The pup let out a yelp of surprise as Lucian wrestled it into his arms, rolling onto his back and resting the puppy there in his chest. He let out a laugh as the playful puppy nipped him on his arms and shirt, trying to get him to play with him.

He reached out a hand and rested it directly on the top of the pup's head before he leaned his head back to see Aneria stepping out of the bedroom. When she mentions the food, his stomach rumbled loudly for all to hear, “We'll have to thank that Monique person.” He let out a chuckle before he shoved the pup off and began to stand up. “Man, food sounds amazing right now.” He waited patiently for Aneira to sort the dog's food out first and watched as she finally came to settle on the counter. She remind him of his grandmother to a degree. That woman, no matter how old she got, was always trying to be the perfect host and constantly moving around and doing things until someone finally grabs her hand and leads her to a chair to tell her to settle and eat something. It was his turn to take Aneria's hand and tell her settle for a moment, to enjoy a meal.

He grabbed the containers of food and opened them to look within. It was some kind of thick curry that had big pieces of meat, possibly chicken, and nice large chunks of potato scattered within. He assumed that buried under it all was rice as well. He wasn't a huge fan of cold food but right now he could probably eat anything. He emptied half the container onto it's lid and handed her the container, keeping the messy lid for himself. He was right. Rice was under the curry. Thankfully, cold curry and rice tended to stick together pretty well, actually making the meal possible to be eaten without any kind of utensils.

“I think we should eat first. The call can wait.” He pinched a big chunk of rice, dunking it into the curry and getting it nice and covered before stuffing it into his mouth. “Eat. I bet you're starving.”

Glad to see you back sandstorm!
Agrid slowly rose to her feet, allowing her body to rise off the ground like an old school vampire horror clip. Her hands clasped behind her back as she continued to rise until she was completely off the ground, dark wisps of shadow and smoke flowing from her like elegant tendrils of darkness. Her red eyes flashed a moment, as she bared her teeth at the new demon boy. He practically dove on top of the girl to claim his stake before he spoke. She hissed lightly as she hovered above the two of them, her body quivering in the mist like a dark illusion.

"Foolish boy," her voice reverberated around them as if it came from every little shadow. The shadows called out quietly, as if the very souls of the damned called from them as she dissolved into the nearest one. She pondered leaving. It was obvious Puriel was looking to make the deal with the body but her duty kept her from going too far. She remained there, hidden in the shadows as she watched the two of them. Unfortunately, she needed the help. She scoffed at the idea of recruiting this savage to her team but at the moment, they were the only demons in this area. She was sure she could get more to her cause. It would not be hard but that would require her to actively seek them out, and she needed to get something moving, soon. So with a groan, she slipped her form out of the shadows and allowed it to flow once more into the arm chair before she condensed and materialized there in the spot. She rested an elbow on the arm rest and laid her temple against the tip of her index finger as she watched the two of them. Disappointment was clear on her face at the sight. It would, of course, be her luck that it would be Puriel, a demon who can't accept that he's not an angel anymore, and this savage who were the ones she would find to recruit.

She had found the possible location of the next seal and whether the humans were aware of it or not, it was smack dad in the middle of their accursed Knights of the Veil territory. She wonders if maybe the knights of old had found the seal and built their headquarters on top of it or if it was just a coincidence that they had come to settle in that location. Either way, it made things far more difficult than she would like. Sure, she could probably slip and out without dying but she couldn't imagine it would be an easy task and she would not come out unscathed. And if she wanted to break the seal. Ha, she would die in the process. It took too long, too much power, and would leave her open to attack while she did it. She would need people to defend her and keep her safe while she tore the seal apart, one piece at a time.

So for now, she needed to convince these two to follow the very reason they were put on this earth in the first place and go with her to kill every last knight, prophet, and angel born in that territory before they could rip the seal apart and free another layer of demons into the world. Then they would be just one more seal away from starting the apocalypse.

Despite herself, Agrid smiled a gruesome smile as she thought about it. She would free the horsemen. It was only a matter of time.
When you are so exhausted, that someone could climb out of your lap and all that happens is your arm falls down to rest there instead, you might as well be dead to the world or in a coma. And that was essentially how Lucian was at that time. Hand tucked idly behind his head, and the other now resting in his lap, he snored ever so slightly as the pressure of her body against him let up. Some say, when you sleep that hard, you don't dream. When you're just that tired, your mind can't come up with a dream. It just rests but Lucian, he dreamed. Oh man, did he dream.

He was sitting across from Jessie at the diner, spinning his NA coin of sobriety. They were celebrating his three month mark. Three long, hard fought months. He had a fight with his family just the day before and had called her for support. She came, of course. She always comes, doesn't she?

They split a pie and at the end of dinner, he let her take home the rest. He didn't need the extra carbs. He was sober now and getting his life in order. He could use to lose a little bit of weight too. She had laughed at him and told him he was perfect the way he was before she gave him a peck on his cheek, wished him a good night and headed home.

He wasn't sure why but he felt a tightness in his chest that the sight of seeing her go, like he wasn't ever going to see her again or for a really long time. He watched her back as she just seemed to vanish off into the distance before he finally turned and began his own way back home. A van pulled up to the curb and the door open to a blinding white light and Lucian woke up.

The first thing the angel man noticed was he was very, very hot. He was practically sweating. He reached up to rub his face and felt something fuzzy along the way. He opened his eyes to see something fuzzy, and black and white laying across his chest and side. He shifted with a grunt and the border collie jumped off him and gave a mighty stretch with a yawn. “Well hello.” He told the dog as he looked down to the weight that was now wiggling around on his legs. Some kind of husky puppy had been stirred awake from it's slumber and was staring up at him grumpily.

“Don't look at me like that.” Lucian said as he raised his hands in surrender. “You decided to sleep on me.” Speaking of sleep. He was pretty sure he had fallen asleep against the wall. He looked around and found Aneira curled around him in wolf form. He grinned softly before making a face of disgust and rubbing at his chin. He must have really slept hard cause he had a drool trail that had hardened into a crusty, nasty thing on his chin. “Gross,” he muttered to himself before he released he could move around without too much pain. He may have slept like the dead but man did it do him some good.

His stomach rumbled so loud, Lucian was pretty sure the people next door could hear it. The pup looked up at him and he gave a chuckle. “Hey man. I haven't eaten in a while okay. Don't judge me.” He slowly pushes the pup off his legs before she stood up. He wobbled a moment before he was able to finally get his balance. He lifted his shirt and checked his chest wound to find it was complely healed. He did a few stretches just to check for any aching before he noticed the phone and food Aneira had brought back earlier.

“Hello,” he said as he walked over to it and picked up the items, “what's this?” He examined the phone for only a moment before he took a peek at the food. The aroma was intoxicating and his stomach rumbled again loudly. He closed the food and set it to the side. He was going to wait for Aneira to wake up before he even touched the food. She got it for them, she deserved first bite. Instead he picked up the phone and fidgeted with it as he waited for her to wake up.

The call went out and a coarse chuckle sounded lightly from the shadows. Eyes of burning fire opened and a smile broke across Agrid’s face. She knew this voice that now rang out to every demon in the vicinity. Puriel. Poor, poor Puriel. If he had swallowed his ego and summoned any kind of help, then perhaps it was time for her to finally step out of the shadows and lend a hand to her fellow kin.

Another laugh sounded, her eyes closed, and she was gone.

Agrid had no human soul to contend with and the moment she took this body as her own, she rebirthed it in hell fire. She still was humanoid but her eyes were not human, her horns curled out from her head in prominent detail, and her hair coiled out in whispy ends that dissolve into nothing like the smoke of a bonfire drifting off into the air. When she stepped out from the shadows behind Jasper, she was silent as death. Her pale, bare feet didn't make a sound as she slowly approached from behind. Her long dress ended in tatters that ended in the same black, wispy smoke that her hair ended in.

She wasn't sure who this demon was but judging by the amount of blood on his outfit and the manic gleam in his eyes, he must be a fighter or blood letter of some type. There may still be a chance she knew him, if she could only catch his scent.

She leaned close to Jasper, her eyes fluttering closed as she hovered just above the back of his neck. She took a deep, quiet inhale before she slipped right into his shadow, the fading wisps of her dress being the only signs of her presence.

“A demon I don't know,” came her soft, breathy voice from the shadows. “You smell of the hunt. Did you kill, young one?” She gave a soft chuckle and it reverberated along the hall as if it was come from all sides. “I so do love the hunt.” She slowly showed herself just to the side of him, her fiery eyes really getting a good look at the front of him. She stepped up and squeezed herself between him and the door of the apartment. She could have done this without making herself known to the demon boy but what fun would have that been?

She reached out to place a delicate hand on his cheek, grinning widely but she raised a finger to her lips and gave out a quiet “shhhh”. Then she slipped through the door of the apartment and left the boy alone on the hallway.

She turned around to find the Cherry girl lying on the ground of the apartment. She cooed quietly and slowly stepped up to them, tsking like a mother shaming a child for taking a cookie before dinner.

“My, my,” her soft voice called out as she squatted to examine them on the ground. “Poor, poor Puriel. You always were so quick to act with tunnelvision. You never could see the whole board.” She reached out to glide a nail along their cheek as she tsked again.

She slowly stood before she walked to the door, unlocked it, and opened it for Jasper. “You are thinking too small, Puriel!” She called over her shoulder as she let Jasper into the apartment before she walked back into the main area and took a seat in an armchair, leaning back and resting one leg over the other. “Are you aware of what happens when we release more seals? We already have two. We get two more and we release the four horsemen.” A wicked smile cracked across her face at the thought of it. She was practically salivating at the idea of it. “Imagine it, boys. Wrath, plague, famine, death.” She hissed out the last name with such glee, she shivered.

“We could unleash the apocalypse, and you're over here,” she leaned forward, a frown formed on her face, and she sent a jab of her foot to Puriel's side, “What, fighting humans and angel born? For what? Forget them. They'll die along with the rest.”

She slid out of the chair, arms first, allowing her body to glide along the plush carpet until her mouth was only inches from Puriel's ear. “Join me in seeking the seals, sweet Puriel and I'll help you heal.” She slowly rolls onto her back, waving a hand in the air, shadows boiling just above her palm for a moment before they were blasted away as a vial of dancing blue flame replaced them to hover there instead. “Hellfire, straight from home. I've been saving it for an emergency of my own but if you join me in serving our great Lord, I'll give it to you.” She grabbed the vial from the air and rolled onto her stomach, wiggling around until she could jiggle the vial in front of their face. “It'll be all yours, or you can leave your fate to this one.” She said as she pointed towards Jasper. “Your choice.”

Originally, Agrid was content to remain in hell and do her due diligence there, however, when the angel borns were revealed and found fighting against the demons, Lucifer called for more than just brute strength. He needed information and he needed scouts, so out came the demon spies and seekers, Agrid and other much like her. They were given the bodies of the cultist who swore their souls to Lucifer and she gained full control of the body after ripping the soul from the body. Unlike the other possessed, she had no human soul in this body with her. She shipped that soul straight to hell and sent it off to be transformed into demons. She converted the body as closely to her demonic self as possible and is now using it to the best of her abilities.
