No, no, no. My cards know exactly what they're talking about unless the person they're reading is giving mixed signals but that's not really their fault, is it?

W-what did I just read? Please stop. You don't know what you're talking about. Please stop.

Okay, so maybe my tarrot card collection has gotten a little out of hand but I needed the Beetlejuice tarot deck! You can't not have it!

Well, if your partners are anything like me, they have the thread subbed so they get notifications when it's been replied to. Unless it's the first post and you didn't share the link. If so, shame!

Bio

A roleplayer, a mom, a gamer, and a crafter. I like to make stuff, whether it be in writing or drawing or crochet, or paint, the list goes on. If it requires creativity, I can assure I have tried it at least once. If you want to see some of the stuff I make, feel free to ask. I do take commissions too though I hate my own art. Everyone else seems to love it and hey, sometimes you gotta take the money where you can get it, ya know?

Anyways,
It's a pleasure to meet you. Wanna rp with me, then just hit me up! I will for sure rp with you, no matter the plot!

The creation watched her master as he stood. It noted how he needed assistance and how he leaned against the tank while reaching down to it. It eyed his hand for a moment before it reached out to grasp it, letting him pull on its arm for a moment before it clicked what he wanted. It released his hand and moved to put its feet under itself. They were still not used to moving and wobbled dangerously as it began to pull itself off the ground. Much like her creator, it grabbed a hold of the tank for assistance, pulling itself up further that way. It took on its two feet, its legs shaking against the strain. It rubbed along its thighs a moment, trying to bring the muscles under control but they were still not used to working properly.

The creature took a few steps, testing things out. It didn't want to fall like it had before and when it felt like it had taken a poor step, it reversed the step and tried again. Eventually, it began to get a hang of moving its feet properly so it wasn't tripping over itself and soon the shaking of its legs subsided enough for it to take steady steps. As they entered into the hallway, the creature looked around at all the paintings, even stepping up to the ones it found most interesting and gliding its hand along the canvas. It then made its way to the large windows and peered out at the night sky. Its dark grey eyes peered out into the night, mouth agape at the sheer size of the world outside.

It was when her creator asked her a question did she turn to look at him. It took her a moment to process what he was asking her but when she finally realized he was asking how she was feeling, she let out a low coo before peering out of the window once more. She pointed out the moon, mostly hidden behind some clouds, and trilled happily at the sight of it. Then she hurried to the other side of the hall, pointing to a moon in one of the paintings. She looked at him, happily making noises as she pointed out the similarities between the two. Then she moved to a painting of a wolf and pointed to it before running back towards the window and pointing out to something in the dark. She tapped the glass excitedly before she let out a sound that was very similar to a bark. Again, this was just a hint of memory that lingered in the back of her mind. Perhaps when she was alive, she had her own dogs but for some reason or another, the sound a dog makes was something ingrained in her.

Sure enough, off into the distance, one might notice the movements of shadows as a small pack of dogs patrolled along the treeline. There were probably about three of them, or at least three that could be seen and they seemed to be out hunting, possibly for something to eat. Wild packs of dogs are not unheard of for these parts. Just how she noticed them off in the distance in the dark, was another matter.
She trilled happily to herself before she turned to look once more at master. She was enjoying this game of find the items.
After a moment of rest, Julian slowly stood up from the ground. He looked up at the barkeep and let out a soft chirp of thanks. He hated this stupid little form. He was so small. Everyone else was just so huge compared to him. Even those raccoons were so much larger than him and he won't be able to turn into his human form for another hour or so and even then, he'll still be small. Reviving is such a pain.

He flew off the ground and towards the bar, setting down on one of the bar stools next to the new person. However, he couldn't see anything. All there was before him was the bar itself and that wouldn't do. He huffed quietly before he flew up and settled on the bar top. He eyed Clayton, letting out a low chirp but his need to fight had essentially been beaten out of him with that orb. Wait, the orb.

Julian looked back where he was thrown into the wall and sure enough, there it was, sitting on the ground just against the wall. He let out a cheering chirp before he flew off to land on top of it. He could feel the magic pulsing from it, his little feet tingling against its pulsing power. He could use this to get, at least, to a human form. The question was, how. He pecked it a few times, but nothing happened. He settled down on it with a huff, pondering on how to access the magic without any hands.
In Hello 23 days ago Forum: Introduce Yourself
Well that's one way of doing an introduction. Welcome.
Jasmine listened intently to Aliana, her eyes locked on the girl. "It may sound made up, but I can assure you that it's quite true." She raised her hand, a wind picking up in the room and whipping their hair around them like they were in a wind tunnel. "I suppose it's time we tell you about the world you've been living in and the things that go bump in the night." She dropped her hand and the wind stopped completely. She gave the girl a soft smile before she got to it.

She stayed there for quite a while, Jasmine wasn't quite sure how long, explaining about angel born, demons, Prophets and the order. She explained why she was blind and how she took her own vision to try and stop seeing kids die in brutal ways. She explained that magic was real and that they needed to learn to use it properly if they were going to keep the world safe.

Eventually, she ran out of things to explain. At some point, she stood from the bench and was slowly pacing back and forth before Aliana as she spoke. Now she finally paused to look at her. "I know it's a lot to take in but perhaps we can go get some food in the cafeteria and you can get a look at the compound. You're probably the safest you will ever be here. These people have sworn their lives to keep you safe." She explained as she held a hand out for her. "Come, let's get some food. "
Can I claim a god? If so, I want Discorida! Bring forth the chaos and anarchy!
@DrabberRogue
Welcome to the chaotic tavern!

Why did no one tell me my post had so many typos in it, it wasn't legible?! Jesus. That was just bad.
@BunniesOfDoom bro I'm sorry
I really just thought without checking!
(that is something that he would do, though)

It's fine. I can tell that you're new to rolplaying. No harm done. You'll learn as you keep role-playing. Just takes practice.
Julian was so caught up with trying to free himself from Clayton's hair, he had not noticed the raccoons until ones grubby little hand coiled around him and ripped him out of the Werewolf's hair. He let out a chirp of surprise and pain as he found himself being crumpled up into a little ball. But Julian would not go down lightly. He peeked and peeked, flaring up once more with red hot flames in the raccoons grip.

Hadn't these little buggers done enough already? His body, his clothes, all of it lay in ashes on the ground and he was the size of a doorknob, all his glorious splendor reduced to this.

Julian was surprised to find that the contact with the wall wasn't painful at all. He peered up at the wooden paneling in relief but that relief was short lived as another raccoon came at him with the very magical orb he had tried to get his hands on previously. He tried to get out of the way but he was exhausted. It takes a lot out of someone coming back from the dead. He was pretty sure that if this orb made connect and killed him again, he wouldn't have the energy to come back. It was would be a permanent death.

He closes his eyes and just accepted his fate. This is what he got for taking the blast himself and keeping the tavern from turning to ash. Well, it was a good life anyways.

The orb came crashing down and even though he felt the pain from the impact, it didn't crush him like he had expected. Again and again, the orb came down to only meet a glittering shield around his body. Eventually the raccoons ran off and little Julian slowly fluttered down to the ground, breathing heavy and in pain but alive. Amelia appeared before him and he let out a quiet cheer before he settled on the ground in a heap.
