@Double people aren’t getting Anti-Viral weapons in their inbox. Just like every other artifact they are scattered to be found or won. Since your character won the race have the arm cannon be the prize not some random delivery to his inbox.

For those that did not get an Anti-Viral Upgrade Icon

You can do one of two things, using LOUD_N_PROUD as an example:
LOUD_N_PROUD can fine a new weapon that is anti-viral but AnneLynch will have to get it approved before she can find it
LOUD_N_PROUD has the Flying Fox SMG & Wyld Ass Machine Gun she hasn't used yet, she can designate either one as anti-viral meaning her character currently doesn't have that gun yet but can find it.

I leave it up to all of you. Ekloria, Artorigus, Kaptaan of course can find anti-viral weapons just like anyone else but they can turn any weapon anti-viral once every t.... (haven't decided how long will be discussing with King). That includes their allies and clansmen.
