Learning the vocab of a new script can be a pain. At least BBCode syntax is simple.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gremlin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

Trinity Stratos

Trinity had been eating with manners. Or trying to, Karn's terrible puns were damn terrible. She looked up as Karn rose, after Mayt came in, watching her suddenly leave. Back to the Arena. "Oh, alright. I'll see you there, then..." She frowned softly, watching Karn leave. It seemed like she was finally relaxing, at least, but there she just went and clammed up again.

She stared after Karn for a moment before going back to her meal. She had no idea what had upset Karn... she needed to know more. She looked to Sasha and Mayt, confused. "What was that about?"
"How compassionate of you." Cliff smiles softly at Niesha, accepting the offered bacon and munching on it happily. "That's a fine goal. I'm sure I'll figure out what I want to do. What about you two? I mean, yeah, you want to take on the league, but does that mean your goals are to become pokemon masters?"
Wow, I've been in this thread for over a year now. You guys are awesome. :D

Oh, Caits. I mentioned it before, but it was at the bottom of a page, so I dunno if you saw. I've been reflavoring Trinity's magic just a little. I dunno if you and the other GMs wanna read it or not, just thought I'd let ya know.

*scoops up Foxy* :3
Okay. Just... checking. I don't-... I mean... railgun. Railgun, Caits. Railgun. I- Hmn. Mnnnn. Nnnmmmm fine, I think I have an idea.

"Hmmm... you think so? Well, if Bard's Legerdemain counts for it, I probably could. Mmn, gonna have to spend an hour (or more) tuning all of my orchestral instruments..." Trinity adjusted her posture as she saw the waitress coming with what looked like their food. She flicked her wrist lightly and sent her harp gently floating into the air before she would banish it again. She had to remember that she might be on for a fight, soon. This meal would recharge her a bit, sure, but she had been getting a little careless.

"Karn, you're awful." She begrudgingly took a bite of her egg, glaring at the person in question before Mayt approached. She turned to look at him and swallowed her food before speaking. "Oh, Mayt. Double Date? Well, now it is, join us. Oh, that guy, Wes. Uh... Oh, Shutler, wasn't it? I dunno any more than that."
Caits, do you know what a railgun is?
I did a little reworking of Trinity's Bard's Magic (needs a new name) and Energy Make so they make more sense.

Bard's Legerdemain?

"It's not that I'm anxious because I doubt myself. I've got a surprise I wanna show off, now that I've no reason to keep it under wraps." That was probably going to cause trouble later, actually. She should talk to Jamie or Jarvis later. She would sometimes think that it might have been better to have not let herself be volunteered for the games. That must have been how Ryan Kregor found her... it's televised, though perhaos he would have found her anyway. He must have already been here when she came.

She places her order. A Belgian(?) waffle, eggs, bacon, and an english(?) muffin with strawberry jam. "Even if they have faith in me, I'm a B rank, right? Especially with combat as a known, why pick me...? I'll need to have some kind of tactical advantage to win a fight... hmmm."
Trinity Stratos

"Yeah, but... I couldn't go all out then like I could now. It would be too mean to blow everyone out of the water that way. A competition like this, I wouldn't have to feel bad. Bard's Magic is intended as performance magic, y'know."

She flicked her wrist and the violins disappeared, leaving Trinity to pluck at her harp idly. She turned to look at the TV, like Karn did. "Ooh, yeah. The fights will start soon. I've yet to fight, so I'm a little anxious for my turn."
"I don't feel that strongly about the league, either, but I think it could be fun to give it a try." Cliff glances in at the food, seeing it almost done. "I'm not sure what I want to do. I love having Frouline around, and I like working with her, but I don't know where I want to go with her." He places his hand on Frouline's head and rubs behind her ears and such. He looked up at Niesha, somewhat impressed. "You have a sharp eye for Pokemon. So you want to look after them... like a daycare, or... uh... some people keep Pokemon as pets, right? An obedience school? Some trainers have trouble getting some of their pokemon to listen."
