Are Medusa's body hairs actually just tiny snakes?

Bio

I'm a sucker for romance, sci fi, fantasy and just about any modern city with a twist like monster hunting or super powers. Been writing for years, I didn't learn how to read till I was 12 so the moment I got the hang of it, I could not stop. Filling journals with stories one after the other, my younger sister eventually got me into role playing and it created a monster. I will play with you all day if you reply, post for post and will give you as much detail as I can.

You are weak
Much scold, many trouble, wow.

This is gonna be fun
I doubt you overstepped your boundires, it actually makes a whole lot of sense. Reena is used to the pushing or insults, and I think werewolves just have a looser grasp on filter or common sense when they are about to change so seeing her would make them more hostile. So long as you make things believable, I'm sure Ever will be fine. Right Ever?

Also, Reena owes Drake a big thank you. Kinda funny how she's scared cause he was picking fights with others and didn't notice it started because she's been getting picked on to begin with.
Was not expecting that turn, nice one @Jollan you brought us chaos! XD
Reena

It was so fast, one moment Reena was looking at the pair, a terrible feeling washing over here when the larger of the two began to move towards her. Yet when she blinked, another one shown up, a sickening crack echoing through the hall when an even larger student jumped from the stairs, landing on her hunter with a furious cry, asking about his noes when the wolf fell from the force.

She recognized that student, he was a werewolf who tended to pick fights in the sparring matches. Reena still wasn't ready for actual sparring but she was still able to see the matches when the teachers had her run around the rooms. He was brutal, and skilled, breaking noes and dislocating arms, the red head found herself a bit frightened of him, but now he was the sweetest sight she had seen all day. The sight was short lived though, it was two against one, there was no way he was going to win this!

A demanding voice escaped him, hitting her like a slap to wake the woman. Telling her to go and find one of the headmasters. Right! Headmaster Lucianus could step in and put them in their place. "Okay!" Her body moved, tearing her up as she took off down the hall, the smaller wolf almost grabbing her only to be dragged back by her ally. She didn't even bring her cello, her prized instrument would only slow her down, she only preyed that it would survive this when she got back. Her legs carried her faster then she ever thought she could, adrenaline now in her veins as she twisted through the halls and up the stairs, other jumping out of her way as she passed like a flame through the dark.

She had to get help, she had to get help! Her legs were screaming at her, her chest felt like it was going to explode as her body was trying it's best to heal her while she was pushing herself farther then she had since she was changed. Grey eyes frantically looking over the signs, trying to find some kind of faculty or home room, the sound of a howl sent shivers down her spine, and even than she couldn't stop. Not until she practically slammed herself into the heavy oak doors of the main office, banging on the barrier, but the few seconds of waiting was too much as the red head threw open the doors. Her voice pleading, mane plastered to her head as she choked out exhausted words that tumbled from her lips. "Headmaster, Headmaster, fight, werewolf fight in the east wing! By the staircase!"

It was a spindle of words that she couldn't even understand, her body was trembling, hands shaking like twigs in a wind storm. "Please! He can't fight them off! Please!"
@Jollan

There are two wolves after Reena. Could do it already.
@Guy0fV4lor darlin, you do what you believe is best for your character.

@Ever I had a feeling that werewolves could smell the fear, and since Renna is scared of most people, and it's a full moon tonight, that one would act on it.
She didn't know how long she played. Her fingers seemed to dance over the strings in a soft melody only to crash into the chaos of rhythms that snaked and clawed through the air to ease again. She was at peace, Reena never really noticed the time when she played. She's been known to have let the entire day pass her by, from the sun to the moon the red head would let her world vanish in the sounds as her eyes slipped closed. Lips softly parted as if in a trance by her own magic.

She didn't notice the sound, a note tripping off for a moment, but her mind didn't seem to fully register someone was there. Her hair frizzled slightly, and even then this seemed to be the only time the skittish student was free, in control and confident. Leaning into the cello as though it were an old friend. "Of course it's the vampire."

Her fingers stopped. Grey eyes snapping open like a whip lash when she threw her head back. The fluid motion she once held was gone, replaced by the tense, rigid posture of the woman that tried to live day by day in the school. Her gaze fell on a pair that she's seen a few times, two males that held an imposing stance seeming to loom over her like a guillotine with their cold eyes. The smell of dog wafted to her noes, her hand clutching her bow as her shoulders started to shake, her head going lower as if she was trying to fold in half.

The two had been known to give her a hard time. From stealing pens, to violently pushing or tripping her. She was actually scared of them and the males would drink it like wine. Before she hated bullies, but accepted when one shown up and knew it wouldn't be forever. Now they could kill her, the grin they held was enough to make her veins turn to ice when the taller of the two came forward. Short blond hair, and what looked to be a still healing noes. "So, vampire's a musician. Why you hiding here when you could play for everyone?" A simple question, yet enough to make her flinch, her throat locking when she opened her mouth, a choked gasp escaping her for a few moments. "Answer him!"

Her silence infuriated the other man as he took a step to join his friend. Already she was looking for a way out, due to the moon most people were preparing for the night. "Why..W-why are you he-here....?" Why weren't they doing something to prep for their transformation? Why were they bothering her? There was no way around them, she was a vampire but in this space and against two she would be finished if she tried to run or fight. "P-please...I...I just wanted to...to be alone...."

"Alone huh? Then you shouldn't have been stinking up the place." His hands were quick, prying the cello from her fingers as easily as one would pick a flower. A gut twisting sensation filled her, Reena felt her mouth go dry as her fingers twitched at the emptiness for a fraction of a second before her legs began to move. A desperate cry escaping her throat as she lunged herself at the male, "Give it back!" Her grasp on the cello, she aimed to fight dirty, her body trembling at the insanity it was committing only to feel herself go airborne when he hit her, the force so harsh it sent her, and the instrument flying back into the hall, taking out the chair and landing on the marble floor in a heap. Her breath coming in wheezy gasps as she clutched her chest, she's never been hit so hard before, her head was spinning as she slowly pulled herself up.

This was not good, this was not good at all. She couldn't win, there was no chance at winning here. "Someone...Someone help, please!" Her pleas though, were answered in laughter from the others as they watched her fall in agony after only one hit.
