"Hmm...well, perhaps we can do a little of a few things without raising suspicions.

I would like to see if anyone here can teach and show me about the local herbs in this area. This will let us move around with some reason that isn't outright too strange, and perhaps we can discover something the Krysa are talking about as well.

Any information we can get that gives us a better idea than them simply 'searching for a person of interest in the snowfields' and an attempted assassination spooking them on the Krysa's part."

It would help her learn a bit more when it came to herbs and so forth. Perhaps enough to get more on track with the very goal she'd been reminded of a moment ago by her own mind. Plus moving about would give them some excuse to talk to locals, or 'accidentally' overhear something potentially. And if in the end all they did was end up learning some more about the local area or other general little things otherwise...

"Then afterward we search for Lissa afterward before it gets dark, in case she hasn't returned yet from wanting to talk too your sister."

Ensure everyone was safe. Then they could put any gathered information together and see what their next major move could be. Because right now....things were generally not too well. It made her most definitely nervous, but it felt like the less risky thing to do. Even if Eirhild and Jivka stayed back and it was just her, at least it would be better than sitting and doing more nothing after getting some information.

...Many lives were on the line, after all. Both in Dawn and here.

@Katakuri Knossos' height was added to his app. I had forgotten that, so the one I just put in the CHAR tab has it at the bottom in his 'Other' section now. Yes. \o/
@Tortoise So I tried to shorten the concept to having been in three cults of any note, to keep things simple. Meanwhile I am not intending him to be OP or anything, but I also worry I could haver overlooked something as well, so if I need to fix or change anything then please do let me know!

Warning, the history section has some 'building' sections tossed in there along the way to try to help build context...messier than I had hoped, but I'll get to see what you think about it all at least. Whew.

Was how it came out of my brain and onto the google doc I prepared a lot of this in though.

Otherwise...here is the first of potentially two, the second I am having a lot of trouble deciding on the concept of horribly so, characters for the RP! :3

@Tortoise

Unless you already noticed I mean, or like, ah....sorry. (T_T)

Oh, big agree.

Besides, it gives him more complexity. Anyone can do a vapid serial killer- but, really? Evil is boring. As writers, we try to pretend that the morally black is fascinating, but real tyrants and murderers are usually so empty inside that there's nothing to explore. They did what they did because they wanted to, because it gave them power or satisfaction, and half of them frankly will tell you so themselves. There aren't any layers. It's only when you're in the struggle to be good that all the interesting stuff can really happen.

What about an older man who used to be in six different cults and did a lot of things, as well as learned a lot of non-mainstream or 'less than acceptable' magics, but changed his life around finally....as well as secretly hides his past so he can help do things like identify or work with cursed magic items, peddle his services and knowledge at each stop to help customers deal with such things, summon the occasional horror from beyond our dimension to help move stuck carts (etc), and helps deal with other occult matters the caravan faces as he peddles his services at each stop because he's trying to be a good guy? XD

Honestly, it's a tough one to answer, because I'd just have to see the sheet. My instinct is to say "No, killer-y characters are fine," but I would advise that I don't think the Caravan would actively shelter someone that they know is an (unjustified) murderer

@Tortoise Working on concepts. Currently a guy who dabbles in occult things and peddles his skills and services, but is a good guy albeit is also an old man, is what I am working on. Trying to think out another thing potentially too, but hope it all works out.
Jesus I go away for a day and there's six pages of ooc when I return? What in the goddamn?!
