Sternly staring at Julian she was about to scold him when another newcomer entered, notably bringing with them far less chaos than the previous few.

"Same goes for you, what can I get ya?" She asks the traveller.

@Dark Light Just to make sure, it seems like the tavern can just appear anywhere the characters need it too. Is that the case? Or is it in a fixed place?

No one ever sees it appear but people do find it in locations that were empty the day before.
Sometimes they might walk through an ordinary mundane door and instead find themselves in the tavern.

oh also one more question: should I write my character's backstory in his character sheet or should I leave it a mystery until he reveals it?

Fallout: Philadelphia - America's Cradle

@Dark Light Nice start! I don't expect you to know the Philadelphia subway system, but do you what station they'd be from? I know off the top of my head, the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) runs entirely underground going north-south from the Sports Complex (which is a Brawllerball stronghold in this) to Fernrock Transport Center in North Philly (which is basically a no man's land and possibly even lost/fallen to raiders). Sort of like a lost dwarf hold in fantasy only you know where it is. The Market-Frankfort actually goes above ground from 69th Street to after 46th street and goes underground.

Ah, I just looked on the Map and thought the C-6 was a subway station.
Hmm, being a connection between the brawlerball and no man's land could be interesting. His scrapping ventures could be from out in north philly.

Although something more central with some above ground could add more to his repair and trading. Both could work.
