I like your concept, but your ultimate seems, very very powerful, if the main boss in a fight happened to be an omnic you could easily neutralize him before it became a threat, maybe it needs a drawback or two of some kind

i would say narrative ased is slightly more important, since you won't be facing each other directly, but have the thematic feel of an ultimate go-to move like tracers pulse bomb, or genji's dragon blade, that comes out only once in awhile that is super effective kind of thing.

The world could always use more heroes

These words have never been more true, the world once again, like it was during the Omnic crisis, on the brink of destruction. A New group of an Omnic splinter cell group known as The Engineers, look to eradicate the Humans. A new call has gone out, the once great faction of Overwatch look to regroup and add new members. you will be one of these heroes, in a fight against the clock. A new dawn arises as the Engineers put their plans into motion.
