Brynn, to most has this "I'm better than you" vibe about her, which those who think that tend to believe it's because she comes from a wealthy family, much like many of the snot-nosed brats raised up on old money who thinks everyone is beneath them. Quite the opposite in Brynn's case, except she does have a serious case of RBF. Brynn is very much about helping others way before she even thinks of herself, she just tends to be super competitive when it comes to sports and physical training. She tries not to gloat, but sometimes she can't help it. She knows she's good at what she does, but she does like to help others out on the team. She's all about proper sportsmanship. Winning is nice, but its all about having fun. As her father likes to say, "Victory is in the quality of the competition and not the final score." She may only be 17, but she kind of acts like the Mother Hen among her friends. She loves working with others but doesn't mind being a lone wolf , either. If you really get to know Brynn, she tends to be quite sarcastic. You'll know she's comfortable with you when she starts insulting you. It's all love, so don't take it personal. She's loyal to a fault and will do anything and everything in her power to protect her friends and loved ones.

Backstory
The Knowles story began living in a dry desert city in the Coachella Valley called Indio, CA. Summer temperatures ran up to 120 degrees and the people living in it were about as bland as the desert scenery. Jackson Knowles was a sergeant for the Marine Corps, while Melissa was a bartender at the bar where they ended up meeting. A one-night stand led to the conception of their first born, Daniel. Soon after Melissa found out she was pregnant, she got in touch with Jack whom wasn't especially eager to hear what had happened, he wasn't going to back out of something he was to be held responsible for. They made it work, and eventually got married and decided to expand the family one more time.

Brynn was brought into the world to a brother 2 1/2 years her senior, and two parents who were together and happily married. The first 10 years of Brynn's life went by like nothing, things seemed to be going just great. Even with her asshole brother constantly bullying her, it wasn't enough to dampen her spirits. Sometime shortly after her 11th birthday, Brynn found out that her mother was deathly ill. She never made it to see her 12th birthday. Her father says she had been sick for some time before Brynn and Daniel actually found out, but she didn't tell them sooner in hopes that she was going to get better.

Brynn didn't take her death very well, and neither did Daniel, although both acted out their grief in different ways. Daniel became very reclusive and hardly spoke unless directly spoken to, and Brynn turned to causing trouble both in school and at home, often times getting into screaming matches with her brother and growing bold enough to yell at her father once. Yes, once. Cause after that one time, she didn't dare do it again. So instead, she decided to thumb her nose at her father another way and.. well, at least once she hit High School, started sleeping around with boys. Which eventually got her into the trouble that forced the family of three to uproot and move up to Everbrook, where Brynn's dad was lucky enough to land a job working at a warehouse overnight in Portland.

With the promise of a new life and the chance to create a new name for herself, Brynn has decided to make a change to herself and focus solely on school. Since the Knowles moved to the area, Brynn only met a couple of kids her own age to talk to before the quarantine hit, Strict orders kept both the Knowles kids inside the house, even while Jackson was away at work. No visitors. With quarantine being lifted, Brynn is excited to get out and explore the new area, maybe make a few new friends and go on an adventure.. or a few. Nothing is off-limits to Brynn, this summer.

2. Deep, Dark Secrets?: "I slept with my Chemistry teacher's TA, and we got caught. He was 20, I was only 16. It's part of the reason why we moved."
3. Job or Internship?: Part-time summer job as a life guard at the local pool, as well as another Part-time "internship" with a professional dog trainer.
4. Pets: Brynn has 5 pets. 4 pet rats named Black Betty, Blue, Mochi, and Narcissa and a Belgian Malinois named Shea.
5. Known Languages: English, of course. She speaks a little French, as well, but not well. She took a year of it before getting transferred into Spanish 1-2 in her Sophomore year. The class had been packed in her freshman year and was forced to take an alternative. Brynn has also practices ASL, and is fairly fluent in that.

Rockin, one thing though is the street: Everbrook is a small town and for the most part has 4 residential streets that represent four of the major social classes of the town: 

Turner Street: The quintessential suburban middle class street. Houses range from one-story ranches to two-story townhomes. The parents here tend to work for the local government or larger industry. 

Applen Avenue: Living near the main street of the town, these houses tend to be a bit shabbier than those on Turner. Single-family homes, apartments, and such are here. Living here most likely means you’re a latchkey kid, and you have all the excitement of riding your bike around the main street to look forward to after school. 

Courtland Street: The low-income part of town. Shabby shotgun houses, trailers, and such live here. If you’re a Courtland Kid, you’re definitely looked down on at school. You wear hand-me-down clothes and you probably only have one parent and multiple siblings. You want a car? Good luck even having a bike.

Everbrook Circle: The rich part of town. Large 5 bedroom houses, multiple cars, and the always coveted at summer pools. Only the most well-to-do live here. The mayor’s family, the plant owner, and old money families live here. You definitely got a car for your sweet sixteen.

He'd never actually had a spell cast on him before. It wasn't like he'd ever been in a situation that needed spells; apart from fighting off some small dire rats and marmots back home, he'd never been a warrior. That didn't mean he didn't know how to fight, however. Part of his time spent tinkering had been creating strange machines to better help people. 

When the machines didn't explode, of course. 

"Wow!" Edgar explained. "It's like I can feel a force hardening my flesh! That's incredible! Does this spell come from the power of your voice? Or your harp? Or the aldite?" Edgar had spent his time working and engineering the flow of magic an a natural energy, but seeing it be harnessed by someone with the gift was exciting. 

Of course it would be Edgar being so chipper after comparing the group to flies being sucked into a flytrap.
