Teacher update: I feel like a villain from a cartoon. The laughter of teenagers gives me migraines, and I no longer feel guilt when giving bad grades to kids that sleep through my lessons.

First day as a Biology Teacher tomorrow - hopefully the kids will be able to read my handwriting.
Appearance: Standing at 5'10 and weighing 160lbs, Robert is above average physically and, if his bear hugs and attitude are anything to go by, is unaware of this. He has dark black hair and light grey eyes, an unknown fact do to the thick eyeglasses he wears almost constantly. Rob typically wears an oversized lab coat, white t-shirt and brown khakis, both in public and in private. While he owns a jumpsuit for use in Knightmare, he rarely wears it do to his lack of Knightmare piloting experience. Said jumpsuit is light grey with black highlights. Rob carries a notebook and pen constantly, taking notes and doodling whenever he has the chance, treating it as both a research journal and a diary. He rarely shaves, leaving a constant stubble etched across his features.
Personality: Those who do not know him personally would describe him as an eccentric, dramatic, and annoying annoying brat. He typically brags about his intellect and will use big words, even if he has no idea what they mean. Those who know him on a deeper level, however, are aware that he is a complete mess, doing his best to avoid people's criticism and seeking the approval of anyone who gives him the time of day. Rob places immense value on his intellect, what he believes to be his only positive quality. He originally did not care about the Britannian Empire, developing his anger towards them upon seeing how non-Britannians were treated. The main reason he decided to join the military was to protect his younger brother, Jean, from discrimination.
Rob, despite acting like a big-shot, does not enjoy direct confrontation, preferring underhanded and cheap tactics. He obsesses over Knightmares, and is intimidated when there is a more advanced unit facing him. Rob does not enjoy taking risks, and will urge others to take the 'safe-bet'. He spends hours every day either working out, or studying Knightmares, believing that an advanced enough unit would be able to protect him from the enemy. Rob believes that all people are at least somewhat evil and will attempt to protect and enrich their lives by any means necessary. He is much more laid back then most and, when his trust has been secured, is a very reliable source of wisdom and advice, cultivated by his time raising his brother alone.
Rob believes that his life is less important to others, due to the fact that he has considered suicide before. If it means that he is able to protect a friend or ally, he will use anything he has at his disposal. Rob has seen the effect that the Black Rebellion had on Britannia, which made him begin to appreciate tactics and strategy. He does not believe in the supernatural, instead believing that technology is the strongest force on earth.
Born in Amiens, France, Robert 'Rob' Guilloux was born to a middle class family. Considering the fact that his mother was thought to be infertile, Rob was showered by love from his parents. Despite his families status, he lived in a poorer part of the city, where he was bullied incessantly. This slowly developed into a crippling self loathing that persist to this day. His father, an alcoholic, spent much of his income on cheap booze. This led to angry outbursts throughout the house, further fueling Rob's fear of interaction. As the outside forces of his life continued to harass him, Rob began to lock himself in, hiding from the threat of people. This lifestyle continued throughout his childhood, and eventually led to his almost obsessive attitude towards research. It was a cold day in March when his mother once again had a miracle child.
A small boy, barely 5 pounds, was brought back to the Guilloux home that day. Rob originally intended to ignore and abandon the child, just as he did the world, when things began to change. His father got his act straight and went sober. His mother, who had been having an affair at the time, changed her ways and remained loyal. Even the bullying, which had been a constant throughout Roberts life, had died down slightly, or at least it felt like it did. This led to the only supernatural belief that Robert has ever held: This child was a blessing from god.
Robert spent every second he could around Jean, nursing him with formula, changing his diapers, and even sleeping next to him. He idolized the infant and did his best to help Jean grow. As the child grew, so did Robert's adoration, which was eventually returned in the form of love from Jean. By the time Jean had turned 5, the brothers were inseparable. This was also the time that the Invasion of Japan had begun.
Robert, like all people throughout the world, knew of Britannia. It was the largest empire in the world, and was also the technological powerhouse. The Invasion of Japan, however, opened Robert's eyes to the horrors and power that Britannia held. The Glasgow was the first Knightmare Frame that Robert had ever seen, and it was the machine that infatuated Robert with the weapon. A towering machine of steel and power, capable of easily destroying conventional weapons. Robert spent hundreds of hours looking trough every available source, analyzing everything he could about the Knightmare frames. It wasn't until the newly named Area 11 was captured that Rob discovered the horrible treatment of the Elevens.
Britannia was one of the most brutal empires in the entire world, and placed a large importance on bloodline. Those that were not Britannian were treated as scum to the nobility and commoners of Britannia. Rob knew that the EU was one of the only Countries that could stand up to Britannia and stand a chance, so, in order to protect Jean, he decided to join the military. He spent the next two years exercising and studying, all in the hopes of keeping the Britannian presence out of the EU. At the age of 16, he left his for Paris, the capital of the EU, in hopes of being accepted to a prestigious military academy. Thanks to his hard work and countless sleepless nights spent studying, he managed to enter the academy as a Knightmare specialist. After another two years of hard work, he graduated the academy with numerous scholarships awaiting him. He denied all of them, and quickly joined into the military as a Knightmare Frame Specialist. In the next four years, he could count the number of times he was in combat on a single hand.
During his four years in the military, he garnered much respect due to his research, and was selected to join a team assembled to wrest Britannian control over Area 11, the W-1 Task Force. He was to be sent as a member of an elite team, which had the potential to change the entire world.
No pressure.

@vancexentan Lelouch should probably stay out of the RP, but remain relevant. I personally feel like having him serve as a symbol to work towards and for would be better than having him as an actual ally.
Ben is almost constantly wearing a depressed face, and he always talks in a low tone of voice. He is fairly muscular, and would be considered attractive if he didn't have a constant 5 o'clock shadow and looked like his dog just died. He rarely dresses formally, and nearly every piece of his attire has some sort of stain or blemish. He has dark brown eyes and and curly, black hair. He wears a small bracelet on his wrist constantly, even when he sleeps, which appears to be handmade. He stands at 5'11 (180.34 cm) and weighs 173 lbs (78.47 kg). He talks in a deep voice and wears dark clothing. A small, cheap set of earphones is carried in his pockets for use while working, and he rarely looks like he has had a good night's sleep. His biggest feature is the large scar that traces itself from his bottom lip all the way to his chest, a remnant from the accident that took away his daughter. He is very pale, a combination of only leaving his home during the night time and having few, if any, windows in his home.

Out of all the emotions out there, Ben is best described with sadness. Nearly every person he has ever cared about has died, and he has not held up well. Years of little interaction outside of work has caused him to be very 'out of the loop', displayed when he frequently freaks out and begin to apologize for any insult or complaint he receives. Ben develops relationships at a slow, snail-like pace, but his friendships quickly display themselves as harmful to him, particularly when he begins to rely on others to shop for him. Ben prefers to take the burden of other people's problems, and he would gladly be chewed out by a boss or superior if it meant someone would thank him. He does his best to keep others happy and has a tendency to make fun of himself for other people. He is very obsessive over his main hobby, weightlifting, and does it in almost all of his free time. Ben prefers to avoid direct confrontation, and will attempt methods such as letters or emails before resorting to such. Ben thinks of his power as a god-given gift that are to be used for the benefit of others, and will become agitated if someone uses their power to commit crimes. He places other people far above himself, and would more than willingly sacrifice himself for a complete stranger. Ben REFUSES to touch alcohol, and will do nearly anything to avoid doing so.

Ben is attracted to short, soft women who are, or at least appear to be, weak. Someone who is in need of protection and require his help are what tickle his fiddle, and he is in a mighty need for someone who relies on him. Women who are in a more traditional role, or are unable to function on their own in society. Unfortunately, however, ever since his wife died, he has become completely detached from dating or creating a relationship. He became afraid of commitment, and now he tries to keep himself as far away from women that attract him as possible. He wouldn't do that to Laura.

Ben was born on a cold, November night in Baltimore, Maryland. His parents soon moved to Verona in order to 'escape the city life'. Ben quickly grew to be just like his father, becoming a sort of 'meathead'. Playing football and eating at barbecue dominated his childhood, until the age of 12. Ben's father, an alcoholic, died at the age of 43 from a drunk driving incident. Ben was left with a single, grief-stricken mother, and got a job as a secretary at the Town Hall at the young age of 14. For the next 4 years, Ben worked tirelessly to provide for his depressed mother and, on his 18th birthday, she committed suicide.
Having lost both of his guardians, he moved into a small home with his high school girlfriend, Laura Stevens. The next year would prove to be very difficult, and numerous arguments erupted throughout their small home. Eventually, however, they came out stronger, with Ben sporting a job as a garbage man and a wife. Only nine months later, and Emily Cummings was born, a healthy baby girl. Things were finally beginning to look up for Ben.
His wife died only a year later. The cause? Apparently, a trip to visit Ben's grandparents in Baltimore proved far less hospitable than they had anticipated. Laura was stabbed repeatedly, and bled out from her wounds. The perpetrator then beat Ben to a pulp, and left him next to the corpse of his wife. They were never convicted of their crimes, and still roam those streets.
Ben's return was met with the constant reminder of his wife: from the furniture, to the poorly constructed sandwiches he began to ate during his lunch breaks, to the soft, green eyes of his daughter. Ben did everything he could to support Emily, driving her to and from school, working over time to buy her gifts, and even setting aside nearly a fourth of his income for her college education. Unfortunately, fate wasn't done screwing with Ben's life. His daughter, Emily died at the age of 5 from a hit-and-run. The only thing Ben had to remember her by was the small bracelet she had made for his 26th birthday.
The next 2 years were spent in a blur, and Ben had been an emotional train wreck ever since. The only difference between the days were the type of exercises he did, and the weather outside. Sometimes, he would pause and begin to wonder what day of the week it was. Other times, all the things that had happened would come crashing down, causing the very clothes around him to feel white hot and sharp, forcing him to pause and reflect. That all changed on Thursday, November 10th.
The day began far differently than any other he had experienced, with a sever migraine and several nosebleeds. Ben slowly trudged his way to work and, while in the middle of driving, crashed into a tree. He awoke twelve hours later, gasping for breath with tears pouring down his face. He had fallen into a coma, and he was in a hospital. Luckily, Ben had more than enough money to pay the bill. After all, his daughter... wasn't going to use it. He began to make the drive back to Verona later that day.
Just as he was making his way to his front door, he was no longer in his body. Now, he was a floating entity, observing a boy playing in the middle of the street. Several seconds later, a Sudan plowed through the boy, leaving a red puddle in it's wake. Just as suddenly as it arrived, Ben was back to normal, looking around the entire neighborhood in astonishment. Standing 20 feet away, in the middle of the street, was a small child, directly in the path of a brown Sudan barrelling down the road. Ben ran with all his might and, with a few seconds to spare, managed to pull the boy to safety. After a heart-felt thanks from the boy's mother, Ben had already decided what to do with his gift. He was going to save... Everyone.

Visions last .5 seconds in actual time, leaving an opening for enemies to attack.
Ben has visions of every person who dies within 50 feet of him. Enough people dying at the same time will render him unable to move.
During a vision, Ben's body repeats whatever action it was doing before said vision, meaning he could run directly into harm's way.
His power is vision based, and losing his eyesight will result in him becoming powerless.
Ben needs a point of reference to find the person who is destined to die.
To much use of his power causes mental and emotional instability. This has yet to be discovered.
