Name: Robert C. Wilson
Race: Human
Age: 14
Year at Academy: 1
Gender: Male
Appearance:A very tired looking individual, Robert simply has troubles getting the energy to do anything. He wears a light grey sweater and black dress pants. Robert has black hair and is slightly shorter than the average person, but this is because he slouches all the time. His slouched height is 5'4, but his full height is 5'6. He carries around a
purse satchel that contains numerous notebooks, buttons, and magic circles. Robert's bag sports numerous keychains, all of which are of some chibi anime character, usually a loli. He wears square glasses and has bags under his yellow eyes no matter how much he sleeps. He is slightly below average physically. He wears a shamrock pin over his heart, on his breast pocket. He carries around an ornate black pen, a gift from his Grandpa.
Personality: Robert believes that if something doesn't interest you, you shouldn't put in much effort. Coincidentally, very few things actually manage to catch his attention. He seemingly lacks the drive that other people have naturally, instead hyper focusing on things like anime, video games, and magic. He believes that the only person who can truly help you is yourself, and is able to dish out some pretty useful life advice if he felt up for it. Usually, however, it takes a massive amount of effort to get him to do anything outside of his very limited view of 'interesting' topics. Fortunately, however, this can be used to get him to do nearly anything if he were to be bribed with something he liked, such as a figurine or spellbook. He has no attraction towards women, whom he considers "3D Pigs", instead preferring the company of "2D QTs". Robert is heavily out of touch with reality, and treats life as if it were a game. Despite this, however, he is very close to those who make an effort to know him, and he would love to have someone to act out all those anime cliches with. He has a fondness for terrible puns, and will give nicknames to friends. Has a fear of wide open spaces and cars.
Skills: Robert is proficient at drawing, having once had a dream of becoming a mangaka.
Talents: Robert has a surprisingly proficient skill when it comes to lying.
Specialties: Environmental Magic: Elemental Magic
History: Born to a middle-class family, Robert was a normal, slightly shy child. That all changed at the age of 6, when he was in a tragic car accident that claimed his parent's lives. At first, things seemed like they would be alright. Classmates and friends sent him cards and flowers, offering him support. However, after a mere week, the gifts quickly trickled down into nonexistence. Sending their sympathy had been turned into a class project. Ever since then, he has been emotionally void, rarely adopting anything other than a monotone voice. He has a crippling anxiety over cars, instead opting to walk to and from school. At the age of 10, he discovered the world of Japanese culture, submerging himself in the world of powerful heroes and happy individuals. This became a major crutch for Robert, and has been one of the main reasons he had not committed suicide.
While browsing a local bookstore for textbooks, he discovered a worn, tattered journal. Having known the bookstore owner on a personal basis by then, he allowed Robert to take the book for free, as it did not have a price tag. In the dead of night, Robert created a lighter flame with a single sheet of paper and some ink. The ability to manipulate the elements was something that Robert was more than willing to learn. After all, it made him special.
It wasn't until three weeks later that Robert received his invitation. Having opened the worn journal, which he read religiously, he discovered a single plain, white letter, with no address written on it. Opening it revealed a plain white sheet of paper. A soon as his skin made contact, however, words appeared across the page as if it was being written right in front of him. Robert smiled after he finished reading the letter.
Finally. Something interesting.
Relationships:Grandpa Marcus:He doesn't show that he care about Robert's well being, and originally only agreed to raising him at his wife's request. He is extremely strict, and is the only reason Robert's grades have remained at a B average. He is willing to compromise and, while he doesn't approve of the whole "animu" thing, he understands that Robert is his own person and can have his own interests. He believes in hard work, and clashes with Robert heavily on multiple issues. While he doesn't show it very often, he sincerely cares about Robert and just wants him to be the best he can be. He is usually treated as an ATM by Robert, but Robert shows affection by doing chores around the house, which he has never done for any other being.
Grandma Milly:She cares about Robert and babies him incessantly, not that Robert minds. She is the one who enables his apathetic lifestyle, and also is the one who originally wanted Robert. After her kids left, the housewife lifestyle has left her craving for something to do, which Robert supplied. Her days usually include cleaning up after Robert, cooking for him, and reminding him about chores and tasks he had to do. Robert is extremely protective over her, and she is arguably the closest relationship to anyone he has ever had. She gifted him his shamrock pin on his 12th birthday, in an attempt to make him appreciate his Irish heritage. It didn't really work, but he still wears it, so that counts for something!
Kenny:A 22 year old, Kenny is a wacky conspiracy theorist who believes the entire world is watched by a feminist organization from their moon base, and are planning to take over the world. He owns the local bookstore that Robert frequents. Kenny originally started off his friendship with Robert when Robert's apathetic and uncaring attitude made him the only person who could listen to Kenny rant for any extended period of time without getting a brain tumor. Kenny likes Robert and occasionally lets him take some books for free, especially if they are something he is interested in. Kenny is openly supportive of the alt-right, but is not racist, only sexist. Grandma and Grandma do not know of his relationship with Robert. Kenny treats Robert like a little brother, and beneath all of the crazy talk and conspiracy theories, tries to give actual advice to Robert, with mixed results. He is the closest person that Robert could call a friend, and Robert goes to him with all of his problems.
Other: Robert has an unhealthy attraction to lolis. Robert also has a moderate distrust of women, nurtured by Kenny's years of feminist rants. Robert prefers to draw out the symbols of his spells, and feels uncomfortable without a pen and paper on standby. Robert has a large scar on his right hand, caused by the car accident that took his parent's lives.
Spells:Earth Prison: Pulls earth from the ground and encases the opponent in a tight prison of rock. Takes longer to cast and requires more earth the larger the opponent is. Spells requiring incantations cannot be cast while in the prison (Covers the mouth, but leaves nose open).

Earth Bullet: A rock that has been condensed into a hard shard of earth. Upon being fired, it cannot be redirected. Can only target one person. Will stick inside of a person's body until removed, and can be used to help create the Earth Prison.
