I sound like a broken record, but only 2 months left till I'm done teaching. Not sure what's next, but it feels like anything would pay more and be less stressful lol

Teacher update: I feel like a villain from a cartoon. The laughter of teenagers gives me migraines, and I no longer feel guilt when giving bad grades to kids that sleep through my lessons.

First day as a Biology Teacher tomorrow - hopefully the kids will be able to read my handwriting.
The classroom, which was given out on the student handout before the semester even started, was class 1-A. Daichi ran into the room and, luckily, the door was already open. He panted furiously after entering; on the way to the class, the flickering lights returned to their luminescent wonder, causing Daichi to travel to the classroom even slower. Luckily, no other teacher crossed his path, and Daichi was safely able to arrive to the classroom, his "companion" in tow.
"*Pant**Pant* S-sorry... for grabbing... you so suddenly..."
Daichi chocked out a response, which was met with a silence. It took nearly a minute of catching his breath, and several other people rushing into the classroom, until Daichi finally realized that in place of the short boy, there was now a lone backpack. Daichi nearly fainted from the surprise, before he finally managed to calm down. After all, he managed to make it to class in time... Wait...
Why did he have to rush so fast to get into class?
Sure, a first impression was always nice, but the teacher would surely understand that there were technical issues at the gate. Besides, this was one of the best academies in the entire nation! Surely, a place that spawned so many heroes, would be forgiving and kind as well, right?
Daichi slowly laid the backpack by the door, before making his way to the back of the class. One of the desks in the class was far larger than the others, and even someone like Daichi was able to figure out that it was most likely meant for him. Luckily, it seemed to be a way's away from a small gathering of other students. Social interaction is pretty scary. And being in the back was very nice. It meant that he wouldn't get called on as much, he wouldn't embarrass himself as much. Plus, it also meant that people would be less likely to stare at him. He already knew that he was a lot bigger than other people, and it wasn't very nice of other people to rub it in all the time... even unintentionally.
Soon, the bell rang and the teacher, a tall, tired looking man who was.. smoking a cigarette entered into the room. He walked to the front of the classroom, and began a long, drawn out speech, which Daichi listened to intensely. Authority figures always had a strong bond with Daichi, mainly because he was so submissive, and Daichi always did everything he could to keep himself in-line. The teacher glared at one girl, and made a remark on the rather strange scent that permeated the air. It was similar to the smell of Daichi's bathroom after he accidentally ate vegetables. So, it was probably vomit. The teacher, who identified himself as Yoshida-sensei, quickly went into describing the school and how it would be laid out during their stay at the boarding school. While the thought that a course like Math petrified him, the thought of having English calmed him considerably. Daichi had always been a natural when it came to foreign languages, and the thought that he may actually be better than some of his other classmates in an academic sense... Made him quite happy.
The news that the boys are would be on the first floor greatly pleased Daichi. After all, someone of his size couldn't really risk falling down a long way. While it would probably not hurt himself too badly, Daichi would never be able to forgive himself if he accidentally hurt someone. Then, the dreaded news came. The class would be giving introductions. Sure, Daichi already knew that he had talked to some of his classmates, but the thought of actually using the voice he hated so much this early was quite discouraging. At the very least, teams were assigned. Daichi would never be able to talk to other people and ask them to join his team, especially after embarrassing himself with the introduction. Luckily, Yoshida-sensei pointed to another student and asked them to go first.
The boy, who was named Aki-san, seemed to be... nice. He had a different set of interest than Daichi himself, but that can be a good thing! Besides, he liked reading- that meant he was probably smart! Daichi liked reading, it was much easier than actually talking to a person. Next, a tired looking girl named Sazama-san walked up to the front of class. She seemed kind of strange, but then again, Daichi didn't really have room to talk. She soon walked back to her seat, and began to sleep once more. The third girl piqued his interests, however. Su-mi-san was an artist, similar to Aki, but she also liked helping people. Additionally, she appeared to also be shy, which was something Daichi could relate to. Ken-san was a little... intimidating, to say the least. But, maybe he was trying to act tough! Daichi knew that some people wanted to act a lot stronger than they actually were, and that was understandable. Some people need to do things like that to get far. Sayuri-san was up, and it was nice to see that there was another mutant in the class. Even though Daichi was a much more obvious mutant... a-and very scary. It felt like she was glaring daggers at Daichi her entire introduction, and he did not even realize that she was looking at someone on the other side of the room. Daichi finally decided to get up the courage to introduce himself.
Walking up to the front of class, Daichi felt himself become light-headed and his palms grow sweaty. His knees felt weak, and his arms were heavy. And it was so dang bright... After what felt like an eternity of lumbering, Daichi finally made it to the front of the class.
"H-hello... M-my name is D-daichi Nakai... I-I like to g-g-garden and I am g-good at b-boxing too... I h-hope we all g-get along."
Daichi tried to flash a smile, but without lips, it appeared more like a snarl.
It could have been worse. Daichi slowly made his way back to his chair, being careful not to accidently knock into any of the desks on his way.
...A-at least he didn't have to pick his teammates!
