if anyone is interested this page contains some interesting fan made transformations, as well as some of lesser quality
@Dark Light Personally I think a point buy system is a good idea for balancing purposes, but I can understand not everyone agreeing.
As for how to give humans transformations I have two idea's. The first involves genetic manipulation like what was used to create Cell to implant alien or animal DNA into humans, and the second involves someone wishing for it on the Dragonballs.
