Location: Great Hall, Hogwarts

Antonio looked over at Taener, taking a deep breath before speaking. “Bar hopping is when people go from bar to bar with friends and have a couple of drinks in each bar.” His face kept the smile that seemed permanently plastered on his face. Ignoring her comment about drinking in front of the students. “Dragon scales? That reminds me of my collection of Billywigs. I got a few of em as pets.” Antonio then continued eating his breakfast. Peering over towards the egg shell and scale, Taener unwrapped. Whistling being quite impressed by what she was gifted. A thought came into the back of his head: Should he start a dragon scale collection? “Lucky you, missy, I’ve been thinking about collecting dragon scales meself. Any tips for someone who wants to start collecting?” He asked after swallowing some of his breakfast. Looking down at the rottweiler and smiling. Having a soft spot for animals, he offered some bacon for the dog to eat. “I think I’ve read that book before.” He said, thinking of where he had seen or if he had even read that book before. Perhaps he had used the pages for some nefarious purpose, but he wasn’t sure.

The older man chuckled and offered Kai the empty mug he hadn’t used. “Ey, I wouldn’t mind a bit, friend. Thank you.” It seemed that he would get along with some of the professors. “I got something published, but it was a long time ago. It was about the various fauna of England.” Shrugging again as if this wasn’t as important as a book about dragons.

“Yeah, it’s like potion making, except it's with alcoholic drinks.” He said to Liam before finishing his breakfast. He was relaxing in his chair and feeling like he needed a nap. “I heard a rumour that the new headmaster was a former Deatheater. But were forgiven for their crimes by the ministry. Maybe he betrayed the Deatheaters to save his skin and go to Azkaban.” He seemed to be ignoring Kennedy as he thought of him to be quite uppity.

Also how long do... these buffs last would last (guess this is an everybody question?
Or would you say they're constantly being refreshed?
Still no idea what the death knight buff did. Maybe vampiric touch?
Invisibility to undead would be a funny classic, or protection from health drain or negative energy?

Hope I'm not annoying just kind of spit balling around.

Like with the Jester could maybe tie in the NPCs we're with to em (maybe adding to the Ranger's grumpiness).
And put an online cybersecurity bounty to find info on the player.

I assume the buff would last a couple of seconds. Once the buffs are finished, they would need to refresh it. The death knight's buff was protection against poison/ debuffs.

I'm kinda curious though.
Are there specific poisons that work against undead, or are all poisons neutral (meaning works normally against them)?

I would assume that poisons and diseases would not affect the undead. And I'd imagine that fire and cutting would work very well against the undead.

WADE WILSON/DEADPOOL

Issue 4: Bad Guy

Location: A Divebar In New York City

Over the past few days, Wade has been in the city doing more jobs for various criminals and the occasional civilian who needed his help. But for the most part, he has been hanging out with Vanessa. Learning more about what a mutant is and that there were others like him. The thought of it sparked a memory in his head. During the Weapon X program, he was sure he had met a few other mutants. A name came to mind, but he wasn’t sure. “Aogan, Bogan, Hogan, Sogan, Rogan.” Was the name he could think of, trying to remember the mutant’s name. Maybe this guy wasn’t that remarkable; it was best not to think about this loser. However, he did remember another mutant, a girl named Neena. She seemed very nice when they could chat. Most of the time, they would speak via notes. He always wondered where she was and if she was okay. Looking at his phone, he noticed he had a text from Vanessa that they would meet this Sunday for dinner. He was responding by saying that he would be there. However, he didn’t remember where they would be having dinner. He was sure that he’d remember it eventually. In the meantime, he had contacted someone who would need his services. The contact was a mother looking for his son, who her husband took. Her husband has been freebasing with various drugs and seemed to have gone off the deep end when she wanted to divorce him. He kidnaps his son and is hiding somewhere in the city. Having taken this job pro bono because he felt sympathy for the mother.

Wade’s first place he was going to investigate was the local bar the husband liked to hang out at. Wearing some casual clothes as he entered, his nose was filled with the smell of cigarettes and booze. He sat down at the bar and ordered a Molson. Scanning the room of all the patrons that were sitting and drinking. Noticing a group of men who were talking loudly. Wade was watching them while sipping on his beer. Wondering if they knew anything about the missing kid. An older woman sat beside him, ordering a J&B on the rocks. Looking over at the bartender calling them over.

“Hello, my name is Wade Wilson. I am a private investigator looking for a missing boy. I was just wondering if you saw this boy anywhere or if you have seen his father hanging around here.” He showed him a photo of a young boy. Also, showing them a fake identification that he is a P.I. "I heard his dad, who had kidnapped the boy, likes to hang around here.” The bartender took the photo and stared at the picture. The bartender looked pretty concerned looking at the picture.

“I've seen him before; he gives me the creeps. Been ranting and raving about how mutants would rule the world or something. What the hell is a mutant anyway. That guy must be gacked out of his mind. Said his son was the key to taking over the world.” He said, handing the picture back to Wade. The bartender then gave Wade a brief description of the father's appearance.

“What is his name? Do you know where he lives?” Wade asked which one of the men had responded.

“His name is Jeff, but I don’t know where the guy lives. You might want to check out the local drug dens in Hell's Kitchen. He had mentioned Hell’s Kitchen and some guy named Bubby.” The bartender was now attending to other patrons. Wade meanwhile thanked him before leaving the bar and heading towards Hell’s Kitchen.

Maybe a longer misson over the course of a couple of posts would be cool? It would be nice to see his relationship with Vanessa develop a bit too, I've not really read many Deadpool comics in my time but she's a pretty central character in the movies so it might give him a good character arc to have something more to fight for than just money if you involve her in the greater storyline?

Mmm i was thinking she could be kidnapped by William Stryker to be experimented on. Or tortured for some reason. And Deadpool along with Domino has to save her. I can also build more on his relationship with her. Maybe have her introduce him to other mutants.
