My character will be a local who left to attend university and is (reluctantly) returning through her University of Miami marine biology program. She'll be a daughter of one of the local Big Deal families, but a black sheep and a troublemaker. Social hurricane, self sabotage, staying out all night type of gal. Stoked to hear these other ideas.

I’ve been imagining in my head that Rirvudd has been on a secret Terry Pratchett flavored Harper mission with a damsel who is very confused about what exactly ‘Neck Romancy’ is this entire time, just to keep myself chuckling at her marriage.
