As Perci walked inside the library, he was a bit surprised by how busy it was. There wasn’t a single empty spot- wild. He unzipped his bag- a messenger style themed bag, open and started going through the books. He haphazardly read the titles, trying to remember which ones he needed to return. He held about three in the crook of his arm while approaching the book drop, which was located by the librarian desk.
Perci opened the book drop and dropped the books inside, and they fell to the bottom with a muffled thunk. He then turned away before taking out his phone. Class didn’t start until another two hours for him- he was lucky this was one of his lighter days. Perci was so tired of being busy... Normally, he’d sleep in today, but he felt so restless that he took a walk to the library to return the books. Seeing all of these productive people made him feel the slightest bit upset, though.
He could sit down and work on schoolwork- after all, he had his school bag with him. Unfortunately, his laptop was in his dorm, so if he wanted to work on anything important he’d need to grab a library computer or head back. Being a digital arts student was a bitch. Perci scanned the library and its sea of working students. The goat then deduced that most, if not all of the computers were in use. Oh well, there was nowhere to sit anyway. Maybe it’d be best to just go back and sleep.
Perci zipped up his bag and fiddled on his phone for a moment. He hadn’t had breakfast yet, and the library cafe he spotted earlier was looking rather tempting. Fuck it, he thought to himself, maybe some tea won’t hurt. He made the cafe- which was at the far end of the library, his new destination. Perci didn’t put his phone down as he walked since he was currently stalking Marcello’s social media page. Marcello sent him a friend request not too long ago, but he was still debating whether or not he should accept.
