@TheUnknowableAgmundr started thinking. According to the information currently available to him, what was it what the fort needed most urgently ? Food and security! As far as he knew silver wasn't an important metal for making weapons, armor or building something, and it would take a while to drive the goblins out of the mine and get the operation going again. He concluded that on the bottom line, more could be achieved in the same amount of time by building an additional wall to gain a protected area for farming or doing other things.

"I opt for the forest" he said. Driving a saw or an axe should be something he would be fairly good at, and he wouldn't be exposed to very dim light where one could clearly see the light in his eyes... What an utterly useless feature of his undead existence this was! That glow was bright enough to tell everybody he wasn't completely normal, but it wasn't bright enough for him to read in the dark. It was just annoying! There was one question however that popped up in his mind and that he wanted an answer for immediately: "Erm... can you tell me when the next full moon will be ? I've lost track of time a bit during that cruise."

Hello there.

as the GM in the other RP has gone missing without announcement (at least none I've heard of), players have begun to bail out again and my hope of the RP ever getting of the ground is dwindling, I've changed my mind about personal no-nos and added enough modifications to make a substantial difference.

Personality

He's a hot-head. Not that he's especially loud or more convinced of himself than others are of themselves, but there often are many ideas roaming around in his head and once he has focused on one of them, you better get out the big chains quickly and wrap him in them tightly before he starts to let off steam, possibly mumbling something about a belief in 'speed and power'. He definitely doesn't lack cognitive ability, but experience, patience - and a bit of emotional continuity. Especially since the rumours of an upcoming war are spreading, one can feel how strained his nerves are.

Appearance

Hrrstag's skin feels rigid, rough and is dominated entirely by a dark gray hue. He's got a mane of long hair one can discover a bit of a blue opalescence in, but the most noticeable features of his head likely are his coiled horns and piercing eyes. Hrrstag is 'only' 6'8" what makes him short by gargoyle standards, but having a closer look will quickly revise the first impression of him being a weakling. In fact, almost every inch of his body could be used as an example for pure... savagery.

Equipment

He tailored himself a large, hooded cloak he can hide his sharp skeletal extensions and wings under if he packs them tightly together. Whilst this certainly isn't a disguise that would survive a close inspection, it at least saves him from having to walk around naked and being discovered immediately. Aside from that he doesn't posess anything worth mentioning, especially no weapons.

History

One night, the Manhattan Clan found a small crate someone must have placed on top of their skyscraper in an unobserved moment. There was a document attached to it in which the anonymous parents pleaded for accepting their yet unhatched son. They stated that they had been expelled from their clan and did not want their child having to grow up under the conditions they were now confronted with and not to be associated with their disrepute.

There was quite a debate about what to do in the situation the Clan found itself confronted with and an investigation was started. Thanks to it, it is known today who they are, which clan they were expelled from and for what reason. The proof the other clan provided wasn't totally convincing, but the present location of Hrrstag's parents is not known as they hid away.

Hrrstag was raised within the Manhattan Clan, but it was not always easy for him as there was noone specific he could always talk to and neither did everyone accept him at once. This all has settled, but if someone gets in trouble or caused such, he's still often the first guess.

Kostya's body has been put to the test in the mines and one can clearly see that: He stands at 6"4' and has an impressive, muscular build, however he's put on some fat by excessive eating and drinking as well. His hair has the color of a somewhat faded red that it has in common with the dense beard covering most of his face. He often looks grim, but that's more of a 'default state' of his facial expression than purpose. He appears to be older than he actually is.

Kostya is chronically wary. Life's hard and with the wrong attitude it can get even a lot harder, so keep the things in your pockets, have a look around frequently and don't believe what people tell you but what you can actually see. However, he himself would probably be his own arch-enemy: He hates pretty much the entire economical system that allows a few lazy people to live their wasteful lives whilst a majority has to suffer for it. If there would ever be a serious uprising, he would probably join. He became very good at hiding these thoughts and pretending the obedient servant that has accepted his fate a long time ago.

Background:
The Angelov family is quite large, but unsuccessful to a full-scale extent. His mother had gave birth to no less than six children, the first four of them sharing the same father. He died too early to get to know the last two - Kostya and his brother. Not having any monetary reserves, all of them had to menial jobs. Kostya ultimately descended into serfom as he first believed that one would take at least a bit of care of him for not loosing a good worker. It was a misjudgement and it took him many years of his life to work his way out of the mines, though it wasn't the legal way. Having been rather isolated from society during this time, he has lost track of his siblings, and they, whereever they are today, don't seem to be too dedicated in finding him either. Since at least his youngest brother Sasha would be easily identifiable, he assumes that he's dead. What he wants now is to escape the city, since with so many people that could find out who he actually is and report him to the authorities, it has become almost as dangerous as the wilderness outside.

Skills and Divine Abilities:
Bestial trait: As they were young childs, Kostya and Sasha once found a wounded Tak (a vicious flying creature that, despite being carnivorous, doesn't pose a serious threat to humans as it is too small). The two brothers in their childishness simply didn't know what kind of creature they were actually dealing with, but it was somewhat cute and allowed the two childs to approach as it was in a lethargic state. They cosseted it up and - returning to its original routine - it started biting them weakly and finally escaped. The two had collected the damaged and loosened fur of the creature's skin and put it into small metallic vials. They soon found out that as long as they carried them, they were granted some of the creature's speed. This is still true today, and though Kostya did slow down over the years as he became bigger, he can still move and fight at a surprising speed for his size.

Heavyweight: He isn't skilled in weapons, but in a brawl with bare hands he tends to be on the winning side. One can expect his attacks to hit really hard - if he hits that is.

Equipment:
Two-handed hammer: The shaft is thick and wooden, the head is made out of copper with a rather flat side and a pointed other one.
Dragonscale armor: One of the less expensive variants of body armor you can get, especially if you intend to pay flat out nothing for it.
Knife: Rather for common utility than for engaging enemies.
Tiny metallic jar filled with Tak fur, granting him his divine ability.
Rations and bedding.
Large supply of food and water.

@TheUnknowable The revenant shook Harald's hand. "That is correct. I've just arrived with the latest ship and as I've heard that the fort is in a pretty dire situation, I thought it could be a good idea to look for work straightaway. So tell me what I can do for you as long as I've not starved to death yet." He laughed shortly, though it probably was still enough to give the impression of a minor earthquake going on in his immediate vicinity. "Oh... before I forget: My name's Agmundr. Just Agmundr, nothing else."

@Eviledd1984 "We really should move on, now!" Madawc didn't really care about if the guy Xavier was waving at had to catch up a little or not as he was sure he would be able to. His own horse was a bit overburdened and thus slow, what made it even more important to get away before the priestress could reach them. The demon turned around and with only the single word "C'mon!" directed to Xavier, he rode away.

Agmundr winced when Esther more suddenly than not appeared next to him. He had seem him before on the ship, but the way he moved... He himself would've never been able to move around in a way even close to that. The revenant noticed that Esther's eyes were moving back and forth, but before he made a more profound thought about that, he plodded away anyway, the construction supervisor being his destination. Large loads of timber next to a warehouse shouldn't be that hard to find, even without a guide. So he followed Zane as long as he could and then diverted.

The hulking undead looked around for anyone to stand close to the location described, but perhaps the guy was inside ? He knocked at the door - perhaps that was considered more polite than just entering. Normally he wouldn't have cared about it, but he was the rookie here and didn't want to take risks that could be avoided easily. However, he got hungry... Hopefully there was anybody among the new recruits that was more adept at hunting, fishing or farming than he was.

The revenant laughed again. "I'm not that good at lifting entire walls. However quite a few people claim that I am a wall myself. And sorry for expressing my self so vaguely: I meant that I'm here to help whoever needs me." Then he was interrupted and turned his head. "Oh, hello... Iolaire ?" He really hoped that his memory was correct. "Ah well... I'd like to. Zane ? You know this place better than me. Is there a place where we can get something edible between our teeth ? And ideally a lot of it." In fact, Agmundr was gambling on him simply joining them, but perhaps he was too busy...

@TheUnknowableA doctor ? That meeting most likely had just incremented the number of persons knowing or at least having suspicions about his true nature... That would've been less of an issue for him if there had not been that other man behind them. Agmundr sucked in a lot of air and opened his mouth - but then shut it again. Telling somebody that one was undead himself wasn't such a good idea if that somebody was worried about cannons not being able to fire on one's own kind. He would have to investigate this later on. For now, he looked friendly at Jile. "Good idea." and he got moving. The prospect of having something to drink that most likely wasn't water or tea was quite interesting. He still was able to eat and drink and the magic inherent in him apparently did somehow absorb the energy and other nutritional values in order to keep that physical appearance going. He knew that conventional medicine didn't affect him - that's why he didn't ask for a cup Jile's invention - but he had never tried out if a massive intake of alcohol would affect him in a negative way.

Agmundr looked ahead and had to grin. The way that one guy held his hammer was pretty funny.
"Hi. Is there something special about that black dust or why are you eager to cover your face with it ?" he asked in a very deep, but friendly voice and grinned even more. "Agmundr. Here to help you." and he offered his hand to Zane. @EurmalEye
