If she had known Dean longer she would have probably elaborated but it had only been a short while since the one year anniversary of her fiancé's death and it was a sore spot still to talk about him. She figured though that over time she would open up a but more, just like she had with Sam as he helped her through her moment of grief. She was minutely aware of him looking at her, but she didn't want to think much about it at this stage, even if it was an effort to not just stare back at him and take in his features as well.

Dean's very satisfied groan from his first mouthful made both Lexi and Sam glance at each other and mirror each other's smiles, whilst Sam's also had that sense of relief his brother was eating a proper meal and not relying on the whiskey bottle to accompany it, whilst Lexi was glad that she had the habit of making far more than she needed to as it meant they had plenty for seconds and enough to be refrigerated for another day's meal. Sam then looked back at Dean as he replied to his question, nodding whilst also partially rolling his eyes at his brother's reply.

Lexi looked back at Dean and smiled back warmly, the smile evident in her eyes as she smiled and a light melodic chuckle escaped her lips at his remark about her cooking skills. "I'm not a maid Dean, but I'll gladly cook as a thank you for letting me crash here for a couple of days." she replied to him. She had no plans to get in the way of the brothers and she certainly didn't want to be some kind of horrible reminder of when Dean's girlfriend was around. She purely just wanted somewhere safe to crash until her car got fixed and mind her own business, whilst only helping out when it was required/wanted of her.

She listened as he explained where the other showers were and why he picked the room he did which made her smirk. His chuckle and smile just seem to completely transform his face, like he wasn't someone in the grips of mourning, but someone who had so much life within him. It lit his face up and made him look so endearing and addictive to look at. His smile was infectious as she was aware her smirk was turning into a warm smile yet again.

"good to know thanks, I promise I won't get in the way whilst here. Its just refreshing to not be in some grubby motel for a change or the car" she replied honestly as she continued to eat herself. Sam looked discreetly between the two of them, many thoughts going through his head such as how it was seeming Lexi bring around was bringing Dean out of himself again a little bit and how Dean was seeming to make Lexi smile in a way he hadn't seen in a little while. Was he accidentally causing some trauma bonding match making to happen in front of his eyes?

"you won't be in the way here Lexi, the place is big enough and I wouldn't have suggested staying here if it would be a problem" Sam replied to her reassuringly making her nod in response. "I have to admit, you guys do have a pretty amazing place here, feels really central for getting to whatever hunt you need to. It's an impressive place" Lexi said back, always appreciating old vintage architecture and this bunker definitely hit all her curious need to explore spots in her mind.
Josh nodded in understanding at Serena's words and let her initially walk away to the front door when Trish woke up and muttered what she did. He rolled his eyes fondly at his sister and sat her on the worktop, going after Serena, "Serena wait up a second" he called after her, reaching her and placing his hand on her arm turning her to face him. "good luck out there" he said, sweeping her hair behind her left ear and then leaned in softly to kiss her softly and briefly before pulling away. "let me know when you're there so I know you're safe?" he asked.

Kay couldn't help but look behind her when Josh called after Serena and when she saw him kiss her, she smiled. Turning back to the front door where John still was, she waited next to him. "seems we're not the only ones hooking up" she whispered to John with a light chuckle.
Kay put a reassuring hand on Serena's shoulder, before making her way to the front door. She could tell Serena was hesitant to leave Josh and Trish but she had faith they would be absolutely fine, especially as Chas will be looking after Trish at his home.

Josh looked at her, wondering what the look was for, "we'll be fine, go. Trish will be with Chas whilst I'm at work then I'll be bsck with her when I finish my shift" he reassured Serena. "he's right Serena, I'll get one of my cabby mates to bring him to my house if I can't go pick him up myself and Trish will always have at least one adult with her whilst she's at my place with Geraldine and Renee" Chas added.
Lexi found herself smiling slightly as he said it looked great so far and didn't seem to complain about her choice for a proper meal. She nodded at his assumption of bacon being involved, "yeah, there's bacon in the sauce" she confirmed, noticing he was drinking water and not more whiskey like he took with him to his room earlier on. At his next comment about staying here long, she found herself losing that smile that she had shown. "I might be here a couple of days, my car is in the garage in the town up the road and I'm currently waiting for it to get fixed up" she told him.

The pie got the reaction she was hoping for. She knew it was all too possible that he would be indifferent to her baking a pie, but she had hoped that even though he was in a stages of grief, he could still find something to smile over, even if it was brief and that knot of guilt got tighter inside him. As he frowned again, she knew exactly what was stopping him from smiling and chuckling as she had gone through it all herself. She was however glad that he agreed to actually stay and eat and not just take everything to his room and eat alone.

"eh, its the least I could do. It's nothing really, to be honest I actually enjoyed being able to do something that's not hunter related again. Reminds me of...well, when things didn't get entirely shit for me" she replied, catching herself to stop saying something that would require mentioning her departed fiancé's name and re-wording what she was going to say.

Mentally shaking her thoughts from her mind, she was about to call for Sam as he still hadn't shown up when he did eventually show his face. "smells good Lexi" he smiled, before seeing Dean had left his room once more. Walking over to the table, Sam sat down opposite his brother and wasted no time in grabbing his fork. "hopefully it tastes as good as it smells" Lexi chuckled softly and slightly sheepishly, not used to being given so many compliments for a while.

She eventually sat down with the two men on the end between the two of them. "well tuck in" she told them, picking up her fork. "Lexi tell you she may be here for a couple of days?" Sam asked Dean, in his own way trying to see if it would be a problem or not having another woman in the bunker, and not knowing she had I fact already explained that she would be and why. He tucked into his bowl and took the first bite gladly, savouring the taste, nodding his approval, waving his fork above the bowl. Swallowing his mouthful, he turned to Lexi, "this is amazing, I never knew you could cook!" he said to her, taking another big bite.

"you never asked before" she smirked back at him.
(lol yup! All 3 of my pairings for rps!)

As John came back downstairs, Kay walked back into the main room to make sure she picked up what she felt she needed as well as putting her empty mug and bowl in the sink, washing it up quickly so it didn't stay on the side dirty for however long they'd be in Seattle. "pretty much yeah" she replied to him.

Josh gave John a nod of reassurance, "she's fine" he said back, to him, "you guys better get a head start, I'm sure me and Chas can deal with anything else" he
Josh waited for John to do what he needed to and when he brought Trish out in his arms, Josh audibly sighed with relief to see that although she was asleep, she was breathing and okay. He took his sister into his arms and nodded, "It's alright, I'm just glad that she's okay" he replied.

Downstairs, there was a knock on the door to which Kay went to the door and opened it cautiously just incase it was a threat but luckily for her it was the car hire driver. "We got the car you hired" he explained, handing her the keys and got her to sign all the contracts and waivers before leaving in his other vechile, letting Kay close the door behind her. "hire car is here!" she called out to everyone in the house.
SAM WINCHESTER

"From what I've gathered, yeah, he has. From what she's told me, or at least hinted toward they were a thing for a long while. FInding out he was a demon I'm guessing is what broke it off, Dean I don't think she fully understands what she is and what she was capable of and whatever Alistair made her do or told her is no doubt a massive shock to the girl." Sam replied, trying to find a reasonable explanation for everything that Dean was no doubt thinking in his head about the information he was being told.

Hearing his brother call Annabeth his problem and how Dean would gladly load the gun and kill her if she so much as goes 'darkside' as he so eloquently put it made him grit his teeth and lips tightly together, reluctantly nodding his understanding and agreement. It also hurt a little bit when he called Annabeth not all human as it was only a couple of years ago when people were calling him not entirely human, with Dean trying to defend him until his last breath that Sam was of no threat. So it felt incredibly hypocritcal of his brother to say such things, but then he knew how hypocritical Dean could be when he got into his stubborn angry moods like now.

Natalia's distracting moment brought great relief to him as it seemed to even bring a smile and chuckle to Dean, seeing his brother and sister flipping each other off as Nat passed by and drove ahead of them made him actually snigger. "It's Nat, that girl is an enigma sometimes but she sure does know how to make us smile and laugh." he replied back, agreeing with his brother somewhat. "just wish she'd open up about her time in that damn asylum to us ya know?" he added with a sigh, when his phone buzzed with another text from Annabeth.

Opening it up he read it and typed out a reply to try and reassure her and in turn Mika that things were okay in the car.
"I'm okay, things are alright I promise. How are things in Mika's car?"

He then clicked send and placed his phone on his lap once more and looked ahead at the back end of his sister's car. His mind starting to think back to when they found her trying to escape the hallway that her room was in, woozy and wobbly from whatever night time drugs they pumped into her to try and knock her out for the night. She really did look a sorry state in her grey tracksuit and sneakers, hair down and eyes glazed over. That first look at her, he never saw the elements of their father in her, finding it was only when she sobered up and a lot more alert that he began seeing the resemblance, but refused to believe it until she showed them a photograph of her with John.

Snapping out of his memory, he forced himself to think about the case they were etching closer to, anxiety filling his mind as he worried if they could even stop this seal from breaking.

MIKA CHAMBERS

Annabeth's reply to her comment about Natalia made her smirk and chuckle slightly. "You'd be surprised. Yeah I get away with quite a bit but Dean is highly protective of me" she told her, glancing over with a smile on her face. "I know that may be hard to believe for you at the moment, but he does have a softer side, even if he doesn't show it very often. There's been plenty of times in the past where he's sided with Bobby trying to convicne me to not do something, not that it ever really works" she smirked.

She watched her text Sam out the corner of her eye, whilst also focusing on the road ahead, making sure to not be too close to Dean's impala but close enough so they didn't get separated on the road. Hearing the girl's phone buzz again, she knew Sam had replied once more. Letting go of the steering wheel with one hand, she grabbed the water bottle she always made sure was kept beside her for easy reach and balancing it on the wheel, she unscrewed the lid and took a swig, thankful for the drink.

"By the way, help yourself behind you from the cooler if you want anything" she offered to Annabeth, before deciding to put the radio on for a bit of music and background noise, and unlike Natalia, she didn't have it blasting out at almost top volume.
Seeing John make a bolt for the staircase, Kay wondered what was happening to cause such an urgent reaction out of him. Hearing him shout up to Josh told Kay it was more urgent than they could have imagined, especially after he explained what it was. Josh heard John shout up and looked up, he didn't want to leave Trish but he also learned pretty quickly that if this group told him to do something, he should actually do it. Getting up onto his feet he reluctantly left the room and stood outside. "What's going on?" he asked when he saw John come into view.
Josh rose an eyebrow at her relucatance to get up. Sure she could have days where she was an utter pain in his ass for getting up, but on the whole she was relatively easy to get out of bed. He pulled the blankets fully off of her and grabbed her gently, pulling her into him. "You can sleep in Chas' car when you go to his place with him, but you gotta get up kiddo" he told her, trying to ignore the aura in the room.

Chas and Kay looked between John and Serena at the initial question before Chas looked at JOhn solely and shrugging his shoulders. "I didn't particularly notice to be honest with you, I came down before Serena did and just paid no mind to the other rooms." he explained, now feeling a little bad that he didn't pay any attention to the others rooms. "Did you see any glow Serena?" he asked her.
Dean's laugh was always infectious to Mika, so when he chuckled she too chuckled, especially when he remarked on trying to drive. The drive did seem to feel like it went by quicker than it did when they were coming to the town, part of her wished it was longer because she was nervous about how her uncle was going to react to their various pieces of information, and the other part of her was excited to be leaving the town of skin walkers behind and not risk their lives again.

Back at home, car in the awning area where she liked to have it, she looked at Dean back and smiled. "yeah, sooner rather than later" she agreed, getting out of the car as she Bobby emerge looking surprised that they were back so soon. Closing the passenger side door she stood by the car as he questioned their early return. She let Dean take the lead on the talking for the most part and internally sighed when Bobby gave his all too familiar exasperated tone at the news they had to quit the hunt.

When Bobby looked at her with narrowed eyes, she briefly looked down toward her feet before looking back up at him again. "let's just chat inside" she mumbled sheepishly, walking inside via the back door that linked to the garage, suddenly feeling like a little kid again, all down to that look he gave her.

She waited for the others to get inside and she sat down on the couch. "when it comes to the hunt, it's just like Dean said, that town is run by skin walkers, one of them got jump on me and if it wasn't for Dean having the upper hand on another one I would have been a goner. That town needs more experienced hunters and a much larger group than two of them."she explained. "as for the other thing? Umm, well, when Dean decides to head back to his dad... I wanna go with him" she sheepishly told Bobby.
