Kay walked over and sat beside John again, "she'll be fine. It seems to be just stress related so I reckon a proper long sleep and she'll be right as rain again" she explained. "so nothing to worry about right now. If she's still rough in the morning we'll drive her back earlier rather than later" she added.
Sam chuckled, "you're thinking of the traditional bows like long bows, recurve bows are very much modern. Olympians use them" she said, "but she would no doubt like that. Though, I don't know if she even still likes Archery" she said to John, "Dad took her when she was young to try and get her talking and to focus her angry outbursts" she added. "But as for Serena, yeah she needs the rest and break. You and Kay will have to have these couches when you guys wanna crash" she smiled. "babe you're forgetting, this one we're on is a sofa bed. They can fold out the bed to use" Lara told her.

"Any time" Kay replied, finding a throw blanket and pulling it over Serena before exiting the room and heading downstairs. "Sam, you got a bowl I can put beside Serena's bed? Just incase" she asked, "Yeah, I'll grab you one" Sam said, tapping Lara's arm as a signal to be let up off the couch, which Lara obliged and let her up so she could walk to the kitchen to one of the under counter cupboards and grab Kay a bowl. "Here you go" she told her sister, "thanks" Kay replied, heading back upstairs and placing the bowl down beside Serena, then headed back downstairs to reuntie with everyone else.
Kay smiled warmly at her, "its okay" she told her, "I just want you to be okay right now" she said, feeling like she would be okay, but still worried about Serena. She was a friend and she wanted her to be feeling better than she was right now.

"more like recurve bow. Crossbows are and I quote" the cowards bow"" Sam said, quoting her father. "he's very traditional in that sense. Even taught Kay how to shoot" she added, having a feeling he wouldn't know that tidbit of information about her. She looked up when John's attention got taken by Kay and Serena going upstairs. "I'm sure she's fine, probably just from stress or something, you guys must have also had a long drive to get here" she commented.
Kay helped Serena to the guest room, managing to figure out which one was the guest room easily enough. "it's possible there were some kind of drug in the vines or something I guess. It's not beyond the realm of possibility. Hopefully some sleep and you'll be fine. If you need anything just give me a text okay?" she replied to her, helping her to the bed.

The women laughed and nodded, "oh we've had that question plenty of times so it doesn't phase us anymore. Think yourself lucky Sam isn't drilling you about future with Kay" Lara chuckled. "or we are Sam and Kay's folks, they're notorious for those kinds of questions. They'd wanna know everything about you and if you see a fully thought out future with Kay."Lara smirked, making Sam groan but nod. "it's true I'm sad to say. They're your literal definition of the cliche American parents from the shows. Mom is the feeder and dad is the typical man who will say he wants to chat but will clean his bow as he's doing it" Sam sheepishly smirked.
Kay stood up and went to stop Serena from leaving too quickly, when she fell into the wall making Kay rush to her side. "take it easy. I'll grab you a bowl to have by the bed incase you need it. Let's just take it slowly" she told her, putting her arm round her to support her.

Sam and Lara chuckled at John's comment and smiled. "we'll see where it goes. For now we're enjoying living together" Sam said, which Lara nodded her agreement. "what she said. Though nothing is really off the table at the moment" Lara added.
Kay took her phone when Serena handed it to her and nodded with a small sigh. "Sure" she replied, opening up the messaging service and giving Josh a quick text explaining that she was texting on behalf of Serena and that the fight seemed to take it out of her a bit more than they thought, but she's being looked after and there's nothing to worry about. With the message sent, she kept a hold of Serena's phone as she focused back onto her. "You wanna go to bed? I can take you to the guest room?" she suggested.

At John's question, Sam and Lara looked at each other fondly then back at John. "at the local bar. I was refusing to go home from a long day at work in the office and decided that I deserved a damn good stiff drink. Turns out that same night Sam here was doing the same thing. She caught my attention straight away and a few drinks later she asked for my number and the rest I guess you could say...is history" Lara smiled.
MIKA CHAMBERS

She couldn't help but continue to smirk as she saw the whole situation and her quips really were testing his patience, so she swore to herself that she wouldn't make anymore quips whilst they were working, just to play nice. Even if his wide smile did tell her he was always enjoying her sudden good mood this day. Even she didn't fully know what had switched inside her to make her be in such a manner, but she was enjoying it. She was so fed up of being the grieving girlfriend, the one that did nothing but cry and cry along with drinking herself to sleep, or if she really had to let out any frustration she'd do the rare hunt just to take out her anger at Lilith for sending Dean to Hell, on any monster that stood in her way.

She laughed at what he said back, easily imaginging how Bobby would react if they got forced by the wife to call him and she had to let the wife have her complaint heard. "Oh definitely, he'd gladly scold us like we are kids again" she smirked, as she then saw him grumble about not having halloween candy, but seeing children with bags full.

Mika listened to rant on and on about it before ending his rant with him wiping his hands of any responsbility if he gets denied food and sex for any longer. "Aww baby, we'll get you some candy from the shop when this is done and all the burgers you want, with other things. Though I'm surprised you even want candy knowing a dude died chowing down on such a thing" she told him.

As she spoke, she refrained from patting his leg, not wanting to make him anymore uncomfortable than he already was. She certainly was wanting to, but knew she needed to behave just as much as he did, if not more as she was the biggest distraction for him right now, and the cause of his discomfort. "The quicker we get this done, the quicker you can gorge on junk food and screw me to your heart's content" she smirked once more.

NATALIA AND SAM WINCHESTER

Sam laughed at her comment about him being very large and very mean, knowing that he probably really couldn't be that mean to a kid, but that didn't mean he wouldn't be highly protective over Annabeth either. He wanted her safe over all of them as he knew Natalia was more than capable of defending herself and would only ask for backup if it really was required.

Like Annabeth, both Natalia and Sam really didn't want to think about what would happen if they failed to prevent this seal from breaking. The idea of the Angels taking matters into their own hands if they failed left a cold feeling in the pit of both of their stomachs that they wished would go away, but sadly refused to.

Natalia barely even said a word during the drive as so much was going round her head over this job. She was worried they wouldn't find anything useful, worried that Dean and Mika wouldn't find anything and just worried in general about the whole situation. As she drive them all to the school, her fingertips tapped on the steering wheel every now and then. "Why do I have such a bad feeling in my gut about this whole job?" she finally spoke up, glancing at both Sam and Annabeth then back to in front of her yet again.

"You're not the only one Nat, I'm nervous about this job as well" Sam replied, "but we'll deal with whatever issue comes our way one at a time" he tried to reassure her, stretching his arm across and giving her shoulder a light squeeze. It was only another few minutes before Natalia was pulling up to the school and parking in the first free spot she could find.
Lexi wasn't expecting the reaction she got by her remark of not liking chick flicks. Yet it seemed she said something absolutely shocking to Dean and to some degree Sam as well. She couldn't help the look of absolute bafflement creep onto her face at their reactions until the chatter moved on with Dean saying he could work with what she said. It was only afterwards that she suddenly realised his ex probably was a chick flick type of woman, which if the case surprised her as not many female hunters were that way inclined in the tastes.

With Sam now gone, she had noticed how Dean went into the awkward silent type she first had met, which was why she asked him if he was good to go and start the movie marathon. She smiled at him when he said he wasn't used to Sam going to bed so early, but Lexi was convinced it was Sam's not so subtle way of making them be alone together as soon as possible. She didn't want to say anything to Dean about what she was thinking for fear of making him all the awkward.

She followed him to his room and noted how it looked like a typical bachelor room but she could tell it had been recently tidied up as she knew that someone in grief wouldn't care about the state of their room, she certainly didn't at the time until Sam convinced her to tidy, and even helped her do so. She looked around when he gestured where the bed was and where the tv was, smirking as he called a 20" tv 'sweet'. "Didn't think they still made tv's in 20inches, and thanks" she replied, unable to not make some joke about the size of his tv, having been used to much bigger when she lived at home.

She ambled her way casually over to his closet, deciding it was the safer place to go rather than a drawer and opening it, unable to quelch the curiousity of just how many clothes he did have, for someone who pretty much wore the same thing everyday. Opening it she really did see just how many flannel shirts he had making her raise an eyebrow before glancing over her shoulder as she saw him removing his jeans.

At his comment about it being habit, she waved his excuse off like it was no big deal. "No sweat, don't bother me" she commented, picking one of his flannel shirts in red and black, luckily not one Mika used to wear. Little did she know the one that always favoured by Mika was the one to it's left in grey. The more worn out faded colored one but because of it's worn nature, it was the most comfortable in Mika's eyes.

She perched on the end of his bed and pulled her boots off, not wanting to put her dirty boots onto his sheets. She may be a hunter but she still had some kind of decorum when in someone else's home. She then pulled her vest off over her head as it was grubby from the fight and with her back to Dean, switched the vest for his flannel shirt, doing up the buttons, her small frame almost being swallowed up in the shirt, one side of the collar slightly sitting off to one side and not close to the neck like it would do on him. This also meant the sleeves near enough covered her hands.

Once half changed (she still had her jeans on), she walked over to his desk, her socked feet barely making a sound on the wooden floor, just a light patter sound as she walked. Looking at the box of films he had that he was pulling out and placed on his desk, she used her fingers to flick through the spines of the many dvds he had to offer, impressed with the collection he had aquired and the broad spectrum of films. She noticed the odd chick flick amongst the collection which she assumed were his ex's choices. "This one looks good, and one I've never gotten round to seeing." she commented, pulling out Se7en.
Dean's eyebrows being raised was an expected reaction by Mika, but when he made the remark he did, she couldn't help but chuckle and playfully nudge him in the arm, "cheeky sod!" she retorted with, even though she probably should have expected such a remark after the conversation they had only moments ago. She knew she had utterly walked into that comment by Dean but that didn't mean she wasn't going to playfully hit him for said comment.

She listened to him however agree to the idea, and clearly by his tone he was more than happy by the idea which just made her happy. She smirked at the ideas of cuddling and canoodling in bed before Bobby decides he wanted them to do something productive. As he grabbed her hand, she let him pull her up onto her feet, her free hand instinctively pressing against his chest as she got pulled close to him.

Before she could reply to him, he made her smile by kissing the tip of her nose then kissing her properly, to which she kissed him back just as firmly. "I love you too Dean" she told him back, "I'll go make the call for pizza and meet you upstairs. Also, I usually pick the movie so I'll let you pick tonight" she told him back.

Considering how the hunt went for them, how the skinwalkers made them fail and ran them out of town quite literally, she was in a surprisingly good mood and like Dean, she was genuinely excited for the lazy night in with him and just be a typical couple like most people their age. She then reluctantly pulled away from him so she could walk to the normal phone, which she did. Getting to the phone, she rummaged for the pizza takeout menu so she could remind herself of the phone number then dialled the number and waited for someone to pick on the other end.

She tapped her fingers on her thigh as she waited and whilst she managed to get through to someone, ordering their usual of the half and half pizza, a couple of sides and even ordered a large bottle of soda that they could have on the side during their movie night. With it all ordered, she got the price so she could leave the cash out in the hallway on the cabinet and then headed upstairs to their room.

"Pizza orderd, will be about half hour they reckon" she commented.
Kay smiled, "I don't know, I'm new to all this myself. I'm not even sure I'll even know how to stop John worrying about me either" she told her. "but one thing I am learning about this? If they're worrying then they care a lot. It's when they don't worry that we then need to worry" she told her, still rubbing her back. "but if you don't wanna tell him you've been vomiting then you don't have to. He doesn't need to know absolutely everything" she added.

Lara nodded with an impressed look on her face. "I'm sure Sam is happy to hear that" she smirked, which caused Sam give her a playful jab in the arm. "it's nice to actually finally meet everyone, even if we only knew about Kay originally." Lara continued. "I may have talked her ears off so to speak talking about how myself and Kay were as kids and at uni" Sam chuckled. "oh she definitely did that!" Lara laughed.
