Bio/Personality:Iris is a friendly and fun-loving young lady with an affinity for video games, music, and jokes (the cornier, the better). She may seem a tad aloof at times, but if one were to bring up any of her interests, she'd quickly and gladly jump into the conversation, and possibly even talk somebody's ear off. She's very passionate about the things she enjoys, to the point where conversations tend to be a bit one-sided if the topic is something Iris is particularly fond of.
Growing up, Iris' family didn't make a whole lot of money, but it was enough to keep everyone at least moderately happy. Growing up, Iris spent a lot of time playing video games and watching television, but the former eventually became preferred over the latter. Similarly, in terms of music, Iris grew up listening to a lot of country, but later on in life, her tastes in music became more eclectic, with rock and metal being her favorites, but she still has a fondness for other genres as well. Reggae in particular is a genre that she had also dabbled in, but she just couldn't seem to find any good bands or artists aside from the obvious ones.
Back on the topic of Iris' family, however, she never really had a proper father figure, since hers passed away at an early age. She was an only child at that point, as well, and her mother, while she did want a larger family, didn't want to find a replacement. Honestly, though, things worked out much easier after Iris' father's death than they would have if she had brothers and/or sisters, even though her mother had to take on a job of her own to earn money, and, as a result, spend more time away from her daughter than before, when her husband was the one earning money for the family.
Fast forward years later, and Iris is now an adult away from her mother, working as a barista at a local cafe, and hoping to start a family sometime soon. Although, before she can get a boyfriend, she'd have to get some actual friends, first...
