Don't forget it's his first Mother's Day as your husband. Different families have different expectations. Maybe his family never did Mother Days/Father's day gifts. [/soap box]

Bio

Garth

I'm a long time RPer. I play group games and 1x1 games.

I only play MxF in my 1x1 games. Group games, doesn't matter.

I'm a guy and will only play 1x1 games with people 21 years or older. I'm trying to avoid going to jail.

I can't play fandom canon characters. I just don't know the characters well enough to do that. But love to play OCs in a fandom story.

I'm pretty flexible. I don't have any demands. Just have fun. One request, if you tire of the game or me, shoot me a PM and tell me. In your PM blame the game and not me ;P I'll let you know if I can't keep up with any game we are in.

I'll be honest, I enjoy romance and smut in my 1x1 games. I do enjoy the build up and plot.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you wanna play or just hang out and chat.

Rockmar stood by the railing of the ship, looking forward like the rest. However, he really wasn't concerned about what was before them. He was worried about what was behind them. He was sure that the merchant's body would have been found my now. He didn't mean to kill the merchant. But Rockmar was being cheated. An argument started. Before he really know what had happened, the merchant lay dead at his feet.

Rockmar has spent his whole life on the around the docks. The only he was skilled at was fighting. He was often hired as a guard or sometimes as a bouncer. He's even been hired to help against pirates from time to time. Rockmar was no stranger to bloodshed. But this time it was different. He didn't kill some gutter rat. He killed a wealthy merchant. He knew he could never go back. There would only be a hangman waiting for him if he ever returned. Might as well what the rest of the world and ocean had to offer.

He walked over to Charlotte and said, "Hello, it looks like we will be shipmates for some time. I'm called Rockmar."
Rockmar Roughneck

Character Summary

Name: Rockmar Roughneck
Aliases: Rockmar, Rock
Age: 18
Race: Half orc
Place of Origin: Port city, near the docks
Gender: Male
Class: Fighter

Things learned so far about Rockmar.
Not afraid of snakes.
Doesn't like heights.
Flirts too much
I would like to play a fighter. Either human or half orc. He was raised on the docks. Has served on ships as a guard/soldier/marine. Only wears light or med armor. Just so he doesn't sink like a rock. Big, slow witted guy. That way when I do stupid things, I can just say I was role playing.
"Oh God, Please us that me might blow the little heathen bastards to straight to hell."

"I'm not cheating. It was in my inventory. Don't you have one too?" Rick shrug.

"Whaaaat? You be careful. Scream if you need help." Rick laughed as he called back. He jogged over to the woods and began chopping the wood.

Harvesting wood was always boring. It was sort of odd swinging the axe many times and not getting tired. After some time he had enough wood to make their basic house. It was nothing fancy yet. But it was on the edge of the hill and forest.

Just as he finished the basic block house, Rick saw it. It was a cow. I fat beautiful cow. He walked slowly and quietly towards the cow. Then once he was close enough.... He jumped and attacked it with an axe. *wham* *wham* the cow disappeared and two steaks were laying on the ground. "Ha! That was easy." He picked up the meat and returned to the house. He needed to add a roof now.

What a strange wonderful Company Sundos found himself in. He was having a discussion of right and wrong, good vs evil, with two learned monks. Just yesterday he was speaking pigeon speak with Lob. And there were was the elf woman who make him blush each time he looked at her. At least Lob talked her into covering up with something. Then there was the ‘elf-friend’ who was scouting ahead. She still scared him a little.

”Sister, Something is good is what brings happiness, safety, doesn’t impose one’s wants on another by force. What’s ignoble is what tries to hurt, make afraid, to take the liberty of another. There is a difference between fighting for the defense of something or someone and being the aggressor. The militia was defending their family and friends against the orc aggressors. The orcs are a dark race. They thrive in causing pain and fear. They are usually the aggressor in matters of war. I have no issue doing my part to protect humanity and its allies from the orcan hordes.

"And brother, I know some view a code of behavior or honor as an anchor. I agree, but it's an anchor that keeps the ship safe in a storm. If I decide now when things are calm how I will act in times of chaos, I'm less likely to make rash or hasty decisions or flat out incorrect decisions. I know some people thrive on chaos. However, for me, I enjoy an ordered life more. I keep it orderly by knowing ahead of time how I shall react, but deciding now, while things are peaceful, what values are important to me which values and beliefs I'm not willing to compromise in the moment."

Sundos kept his watch as he walked even while they discussed many new and interesting (and in Sundos's eyes, wrong) ideas.

D&Desque

Hmm..... interesting
I like the idea of sticking to the base races such as Elves, Dwarves, Half elves, Gnomes...

I like this idea.

This sounds fun. Please count me in too.
"It's beautiful up here. It's still boxes but you don't notice the edges off in the distance. I know you always like to build a farm first. Let's get some wood and build a cabin. And a couple of beds." Rick pointed a he spoke. "Let's build the cabin on the edge of the plain. We should be able farm there and we might find some animals."

Rick laughed as out of the air he pulled an axe. "Lookie, iron axe in my inventory. That'll help with the wood."

"I was hoping we would see a village from the hilltop. Maybe we'll find one as we cut wood." He hoped that cutting wood was like running here, you do it without getting tired.

"Shall we?" He held the axe in his left hand and offered his right to Avery, hoping she would take it.

Sundos looked over at Keystone as he approached and smiled. He didn’t know him well at all. Sundos laughed, “There are healers all over the world. They do good work no matter how they do it.”

"Not from this kingdom. New here, really, so you're gonna need to explain somethin' to me. Y'see, I just don't get why a man's got to follow a god to be a good person."

Sundos thought for a minute then spoke, “I don’t think a man has to follow to a deity to be a good person or righteous. A person’s deeds determines if he or she is righteous or not. If we help people or bless lives, then we are good or righteous. However, I’m sure we can all point to examples of men who pray to a God of Light but does evil deeds. To me, that’s still evil.”

He shrugged, “I do think a person should have a code or goal or something that guides them. Like a philosophy or a following a noble leader. Having a Light or code we follow gives us direction. Without it, we are like ships tossed in a storm without a rudder. You have your philosophy. Some might follow a righteous king or knight. But having a guide helps many of us.

If our code or guides leads us to do righteous deeds, then it is righteous. But if it leads us to do evil, then it too is evil.

“Now, you might ask why I follow a deity. I do it out of love. Have you ever had somebody do something for you when you were at your lowest point in your life? Maybe even saved your life? How did you feel towards that person? Many might want to do things for that person, to please them. Not out of duty or obligation, but because they really want to impress the person.

“That is one the biggest reasons I follow Lathander. I never knew my parents. I was raised in the Church. Lathander and his servants have cared and blessed me my whole life. It’s not out of duty or ‘paying a debt’ but I feel a strong desire to pass along the blessings that have been given to me by Lathander. Now it’s my turn to go and bless others using my skills and talents. Lathander gives different gifts to different people. By the way, my gift does not include healing.

“Tell me about your philosophy. Do you both share it?”
Sundos asked Keystone and Seph.
Thanks guys. I'll get a post up later today. Hugs and Bro-hugs all around.
