Personality: Arthur is an easily excitable boy, with a curiosity that knows little bounds. Raised by a family that has been in the military since six generations ago, Arthur has inherited the immense loyalty for his country his ancestors had, and all in all he wishes he could become a hero, much like the ones in fantasy stories. Having a romanticized view on warfare and combat Arthur has a high sense of honor and doesn't like using underhanded tactics, unless he is ordered by one of his superiors in which his loyalty for the country overrides his sense of honor. When dealing with people Arthur is a sociable person, not having problems to speak with strangers and him rarely getting angry or annoyed at things.
Skills: Trained as soon as he learnt to walk, Arthur is proficient with almost all types of melee weapons, especially swords which he uses it as if it were just another part of his body. While he was also trained in long range weapons, his aim is nothing short of atrocious, making him ill fitted to handle them unless his target is at a close distance.
Abilities: With a bit of concentration Arthur can create weapon constructs from thin air. Apart from being lighter and less durable than a real version of it these constructs have no special quality of their own. While this is not a very flashy ability it perfect for Arthur as he can make the weapon needed for the situation appear as well as arming his comadres. Swords, spears, axes, daggers, shields, pikes, hammers, are some of the things he can make, while stuff like guns, any type of bomb or magitech weapon is currently out of his skill as he doesn't understand how they work very well.
Equipment: Arthur possesses an old armor passed down his family line, that while not having any hidden weapons or any boost to give him, its very durable and lightweight, as well as a source of pride for his family.
Brief History: Arthur's ancestors since moving into Tinnec many years ago, and decided to repay the happy life they had obtained by serving and protecting the nation. Starting training the body and mind as soon as possible Arthur was taught how to defend himself and strengthen his body so he could grab a sword with ease. Several years down the line Arthur tried to join the military, as war with Yeln became a more possible outcome with each passing day and he was ready to serve the country, but his father stopped him, as he believed Arthur was still too young and had much to learn. While his father went into the war, Arthur had no one to continue teaching him, so he decided that he should learn magic, one capable of helping him in combat. The war would soon end and Arthur would excitedly show his father, who had returned from the war with nothing more serious than a few permanent scars, the results of his studies and training in magic during the time he was gone. Impressed by his new abilities and the fact that with the Yeln threat gone there shouldn't be a conflict of that size for a while, Arthur's father used some of his connections made during the war to recommend his son for a job in the new agency dedicated to help rebuilding and hunt down Yeln relics.
