Soooo... we'll wait on proceeding with the 'main timeline' until these collabs are done, right? Otherwise, there'll be a risk of disjointed interactions and narratives.
Also, as Alice said, you can go ahead and basically copy-paste the interest check to the first post of the OOC tab. Since you've already made this thread, the interest check has served its purpose. Future applicants will just go to the main thread (this one) instead of the old one.
A crown of pale golden locks framing a youthful visage adorned by a pair of teal emeralds set on a petite and slender body, Erzsébet superficially projects the image of a young girl just past the eve of adolescence. However, the facade is merely skin-deep as interacting with her on any capacity will reveal the baleful witch lurking underneath the veil of maidenly innocence.
Alluding to the rumors of her ties to royalty, Erzsébet - or 'Elizabeth' when Anglicized - prefers to clad herself in fine dresses and apparel however they're obtained, looted from a harbor raid or forcefully stripped away from their previous wearer, it matters not. Due to the nature of her role within Captain Monroe's crew, these dresses are more often than not constantly soaked in blood, both fresh and dried. Tis' fine, she can always replace it after another raid.
BIOGRAPHY:
Erzsébet's past is one muddled in conflicting rumors, hearsay, and myths. Some say she's a demon masquerading as a child, others claimed she's the daughter of the infamous Voivode of Wallachia, Vlad "Dracula" Tepes, but the most prevalent theory is that she's none other than Erzsébet Báthori the Blood Countess herself. After all, between her shared name, bloodcurdling haemomancy, and apparent agelessness, the signs are all there. Regardless, the Blood Witch in question never quite confirms, nor denies any of these rumors, and the powers she possesses are indispensable enough for the crew to accept or at the very least tolerate her presence. Besides, with figures such as the Sea Witch sailing around, having one of her 'kind' on your side is more a blessing than a curse.
Speaking of the she-devils, the two witches seem to have history with one another. From Erzsébet's side, she appears to possess a sort of friendly rivalry with the dark-haired witch-captain. Peculiarly, the blonde often refers to Veronica as "that child" or "the upstart", suggesting that Beth is the senior of the two and once upon a time, she was also the more powerful. Regardless of the truth, the fact remains that as things stand, Veronica will overwhelm the shorter woman in a straight up witch-to-witch duel.
Erzsébet, being a witch, unsurprisingly has a rock bottom opinion of the Church(es); Anglican, Catholic, Orthodox, they're all self-righteous fools no better, nay, worse than the apostates they condemn. However, out of every members of the clergy out there, Beth has a seething hatred for one Bishop Gregor, an infamous knight of the Anglican Church. Merely mentioning his name would earn the speaker a death glare from the Blood Witch and to express support for the man would earn one a swift and extremely agonizing death via sudden exsanguination.
Rumors abound that Gregor was the one responsible for Erzsébet's fall from one of the most powerful witches of the known world to merely a blood mage serving under a young pirate captain. It was said she narrowly avoided the knight's divine judgment, but left crippled afterwards, a mere shadow of her former self. No matter, she'll soon regain her might and exterminate these so-called men of the cloth, down to the last priest.
As a person, though Erzsébet can rather convincingly put on the facade of a young girl she masquerades as, the figure behind the mask is a sadistic crone who ultimately serves no one but herself. She isn't fazed by death, nor torture, hell, she enjoys them. In contrast, Beth has enough pragmatic intelligence to know that wanton sadism is ill-advised and to achieve greater purposes, allies are necessary. Thus, the Blood Witch deigns herself to serve Captain Monroe and reserves her streaks of cruelty to those the crew deem as 'acceptable victims': hostile pirates, the royal navy, raid victims, etc.
NATURAL ABILITIES:
Erzsébet is well-versed in the study of the arcane. Though people may be able to cast spells, not all of these spellcasters possess the erudition required to know why magic functions the way it is; the inner workings of magic circuits, the flow of mana, and the patterns of ley lines, these are scholarly matters beyond the knowledge of most, including those who can otherwise cast spells by instinct or rudimentary knowledge.
Erzsébet is also quite knowledgable about the human anatomy. She knows what makes people tick from head to toe and she uses this expertise both to mend and break. As a result, she can fulfill the role of a doctor as well as a torturer, ...and sometimes both simultaneously.
She's a pretty good actress, able to put on various masks to fit the persona she's currently emulating. The blonde is perfectly aware of how she looks physically and has no qualms exploiting the bias for (or against) youthful innocence present in most people.
MAGICAL ABILITIES:
Magic Type: Haemomancy (Blood Magic)
Basic Effects: Erzsébet's specialty lies in the manipulation and utilization of blood as spellcasting reagent. She wields blood as a more traditional mage would wield mana. For Beth, blood is mana and mana is blood, it matters not from where the blood flows; herself, enemies, allies, or the environment, she can extend her arcane strings onto them and wield them as if they're her limbs.
For a magical discipline so narrowly focusing on a single essence, haemomancy is surprisingly quite versatile in its applications. The sanguineus maleficarum can use blood for offense, defense, and even support. It can cause bloodshed as well as heal them. As a catch, depriving a blood mage of the one reagent they almost exclusively use will leave them powerless.
Advanced Spells:
❖ Crimson Conjuration: Erzsébet's most versatile ability. She utilizes blood to construct various objects from blood spikes, a wall of hardened blood, and even a literal bloodhound. She must exert concentration to move and manipulate these blood-based constructs, even if they're otherwise shaped like a living creature such as the aforementioned bloodhound. ❖ Scarlet Surgeon: Practically the direct opposite of Captain Monroe's Touch of Entropy power. She staunches bleeding, stitch wounds close, and mends your body. No, the process does not look pretty at all, go to those clerical scum instead if you want one of those warm golden healing light. ❖ Excruciating Exsanguination: Erzsébet spins in place like a demented ballerina, grins madly, and cackles as she forcefully induces fatal hemorrhaging on multiple targets around her. When cast, a sanguine magic circle gradually expands outward from underneath her feet and anyone - friend, foe, bystanders, it cares not - touched by said circle will feel their blood being drained out until they have no more to drain.
It's functionally a hex-type spell and like all curses, it can be nullified or resisted. In this case, someone with enough physical endurance will be able to brute force through its effects. Some would call this spell a gross crime against nature, though she'd rather see it as... efficient. However, the technique is quite taxing on her reserves and she can only safely do so up to three times before needing to rest. ❖ Titian Thrall: If one believes murdering others by profuse internal and external bleeding is revolting, then they certainly will be pleasantly surprised that the Blood Witch has something even worse under her frilly sleeves. With her exsanguination spell, at the very least her victims will be granted a swift death, unlike the poor sod on the receiving end of this spell. Erzsébet manipulates a target's blood as figurative strings to directly control their physical actions much like a meat-puppet. The target is forced to watch as faculty over their own body is robbed from them, they'll be conscious as the sadistic puppetmistress compels them to kill their own friends and families, and they can only hope she'll grant them death once she's done with them, for truly, it'll be crueler to let them live after such an ordeal.
As a hex-type spell, a potential victim can attempt to resist succumbing under control, particularly those who are already familiar with regulating mana and spellcasting (e.g., mages, witches, etc.). Against these 'arcane-touched' targets, Erzsébet can at most attempt to briefly control a limited part of their body such as an arm or a leg as total domination is out of the question unless the recipient is somehow willing or already incapacitated.
EQUIPMENT:
❖ Several vials of blood for spellcasting ❖ A leather tome which doubles as both a spellbook and journal, enchanted to be waterproof
TRIVIA:
❖ Color Code: d62524 ❖ Despite how cruel she may seem, Erzsébet isn't a true psychopath. She's capable of feeling empathy and affection for others, they're simply... buried under her hubris, pride, and bitter jadedness. Her past has taught her that the world preys on the weak and the strong rules, therefore she must be strong. Those who can't stand up for themselves simply mean they're weak and therefore prey.
@RoseKnightJason I've updated Beth's CS as per your suggestion, adding this part:

Also moving the draft from the Interest Check to here for convenience.

Standing at a full six feet, Arashi is on the taller side of the curve. Between her height, toned athletic build, and sharp violet gaze, she commands an intimidating presence even outside of her Constellation armaments. A no-nonsense veteran soldier who seems ready to spontaneously engage in combat at all times.
Yet, that very same aura could also inspire confidence into those fighting alongside her in the fields. When faced with a horde of genocidal biomechanical aliens, someone with an unwavering resolve by your side is exactly what you'll need.
PERSONALITY:
Vindictive - Dauntless - Inexhaustible
If there ever was a manifestation of the ideal soldier, then Arashi will inarguably qualify. Disciplined, courageous, and unwavering even in the face of overwhelming odds, the Constellation is able to channel her bottomless hatred for the alien menace into an unflinching focus, becoming more of a living weapon than a person, an instrument of Aberrant destruction. Supported by her lack of fear towards bodily harm and even death, Arashi can be replied upon to see her missions complete or die trying.
However, these very same traits tend to push her into taking overly risky maneuvers, even if there's not much to gain in the long run. During these moments, a comrade or two should rein her in and help her see the bigger picture, fortunately, Arashi is pragmatic enough to listen to reason, usually.
Occasionally, traces of her old self can resurface, particularly when in the presence of young children. During these rare moments, the Skyward Storm seems... gentle, in that motherly sort of way. A sign that despite all of the hardships she has gone through, her capacity for care has never truly vanished.
BIOGRAPHY:
Once, she was a bright, yet otherwise ordinary young woman. Once, she was a loving mother of one beautiful son, the fruit of love between herself and her husband, her childhood sweetheart whom she had met when they were but young kids. They grew up together, experienced hardships and triumphs, fell in love, and finally married; a fairy tale love story between two soulmates through and through, inseparable until death would do them apart.
...only she never expected for said death to involve neither of them.
On that fateful day, Shizuka, her husband Hiroyuki, and their son Furuya were enjoying an extended family vacation on one of Humanity's resort colonies, a beautiful planet wholly dedicated for leisure and relaxation. However, the idyllic peace was soon broken by a sudden incursion of Aberrants, biomechanical eldritch abominations hellbent on exterminating every lifeform that isn't them, humanity included.
The family of three evacuated along with the others as planetary defense forces tried their best to hold the aliens until reinforcements could arrive. On the way toward the nearest fortified shelter, a truck-sized Aberrant crashed against a building, sending rubble down onto them. Hiroyuki was fortunate enough to be left unscathed, but the same couldn't be said for his wife and son, who were each pinned under a separate pile of rubble. With hordes of creatures closing in fast behind them, at that moment he knew that he could save only one of them.
Meanwhile, amidst all the chaos and destruction, Shizuka wailed like she had never wailed before, begging for Hiroyuki to save their only child's life, the fruit of their love, the one among them who had his whole life ahead of him. Hearing her cries, Hiroyuki sprinted back, dodging debris and stray projectiles...
...then pulled his soulmate out of the ruins and carried her away, never looking back.
However, the same couldn't be said for Shizuka, who watched with utter horror as the alien monsters violently tore Furuya apart. At that very moment, something inside her snapped.
A parent should never have to watch their child die.
A parent should always try to protect their child, even if it means sacrificing their spouse.
How dare he leave their son to die? He knew she'd have saved him had their positions were reversed? Why couldn't he do the same?
Love, he loved her more than their son...
...and she despised him for it.
Soon after, the couple had a falling out and divorced, though it was primarily due to Shizuka's newfound resentment for her former soulmate.
Over the next couple of years, she fell into a deep depression and contemplated ending it all several times, until one day, she decided that enough was enough.
It's said that spite is one of humanity's most potent driving force, and Shizuka certainly embodied this sentiment as she channeled all of her rage, sorrow, and regret into a singular burning ambition, to spit on the so-called 'second chance' her ex-husband gave her.
In doing so, Shizuka signed up for the Constellation program, something her younger self would never even think of doing, then along the way, she discovered hidden, unpolished talents, including her bloodline's ancestral capability to wield an Anomaly, supernatural powers beyond mundane comprehension.
A decade later, the soft-spoken, gentle young woman was no more, and in her place, Sora no Arashi - Storm of the Skies - Constellation, slayer of Aberrants, and humanity's first line of defense. Infamously known for her lightning-quick maneuvers, unbridled tenacity, and propensity for risky tactics, Arashi would never stop fighting, saving as many lives as she could until the sweet embrace of death would claim her.
C O M B A T
EQUIPMENT:
❖ Anti-Barrier Sword #81 "Kaminari": Arashi's main weapon takes the form of a long two-handed curved sword bearing resemblance to the odachi, a type of bladed weapon hailing from Japan, one of the oldest nations on Earth. The weapon is mainly metallic gray in color, but when engaged, its edges start glowing purple and constantly emitting electric sparks in the same color. Like all AB weapons, it's specialized at penetrating the barriers of Elite Aberrants, a feat that no other in humanity's arsenal can accomplish. This one in particular is best suited for quick, deep cuts, striking as swiftly and precisely as a lightning bolt.
Kaminari has an AB Quotient of 60%, on the higher end of the curve, complementing its ideal combat style.
Like the rest of her personal equipment, the sword has been attuned to be able to act as a conduit for Arashi's anomaly abilities. She can use it to channel her electric powers and it can quantize along with her.
❖ Ikazuchi & Inazuma: The two shorter swords sheathed behind her back. They bear resemblance to a pair of wakizashi, Japanese-style shortswords. They're practically a smaller version of her main weapon, trading power and range for speed and dexterity. Unlike Kaminari, these twin blades aren't one of the six hundred Anti-Barrier weapons, they're 'merely' high quality monocarbon swords serving as secondary weapons, mainly for use against non-priority targets, aka anything other than Elite Aberrants.
❖ Susanoo: Arashi's signature Defensive Coating coat. It hosts all of the basic functions of a Zayin-tier suit as well as fine-tuned to synergize with her anomalous powers. Additionally, it's capable of disengaging its safety measures to perform beyond its limits at the risk of inflicting self-damage, both to itself and its wearer.
ANOMALY:
❖ Name:Electrostatic Quantization
❖ Origin: Tobiichi
❖ Phenomena: Arashi's Anomaly allows her to not only supernaturally harness the power of lightning, but to also embody the concept itself. Basic applications include firing off shock bolts, imbuing her weapons with the electric sparks, and invigorating her limbs with thunderous agility.
However, those simple applications aren't what earn the moniker of 'Sora no Arashi', Skyward Storm, instead it's her ability to be lightning itself, harkening to the second-half of her Anomaly's codename. By converting a part of her physical form into lightning itself, she's able to, among other things: zip through the air faster than the naked eye can follow, leave behind flickering afterimages to confuse and disorient her foes, and at the zenithal expression of the power, completely transform herself into a bolt of lightning, allowing her to perform nigh-instantaneous short-ranged teleportations, bypassing everything between her and the target point before shifting back to a corporeal form.
All in all, Electrostatic Quantization isn't as complicated as some other Anomalies, but it excels at what it can do. The power is tailored for a certain strategy, enabling Arashi to close in on a target Aberrant then eliminate it before it and its cohorts can properly react, then by the time they do, she'll already be harassing the next target on her list. Just like lightning, by the time you hear the thunder, the bolt had already done its job.
❖ Limitations: Generally, the Anomaly suffers from a lack of versatility. Other than using it to fling projectiles at enemies and imbuing the user with lightning powers, it can't accomplish much else, at least by its own merit. It can't protect, support, or provide any other utilities; it's very much an offensive power, best utilized for aggressive hit-and-run tactics
Specifically, just because she can theoretically move as swiftly as a lightning bolt, it doesn't mean Arashi shouldn't pay attention to where she wants to go. After all, Constellation she may be, her reaction time is still far slower compared to the velocity of lightning. Proper utilization of her power is not that much different to playing chess, she ought to plan her moves ahead of time; where she wants to go, what paths will she take to get there, and when should she do it, as once she has committed into a dash, she won't be able to stop or change directions before she passes a certain distance, again due to the bottleneck that's her reaction time.
Furthermore, she can't use her full quantization to bypass obstacles her lightning can't otherwise slip or penetrate through.

HOMEWORLD:
Shizuka was born on Torii-3, the third planet of the Torii solar system which hosts one of humanity's many colonies across the galaxy. It's a quite idyllic and peaceful planet compared to the average colonies with a stable climate, breathable atmosphere, and cooperative tectonic plates. It didn't take much terraforming to be deemed ready for colonization.
Speaking of, the initial settlers of this terrestrial body were primarily of East Asian descent and this aspect influenced the development of the colony's architectural style and dominant culture.
Governed by an amalgamation of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cultural values, the Toriinese emphasizes the importance of maintaining group harmony, and expects one to put the needs of one's family and comrades over one's own. Generosity and humbleness are cherished while selfishness and arrogance are frowned upon. Of course, not every single colonist follows this mold exactly due to the complex nature of human society, but when seen from the bigger picture, they can be categorized as a collectivist society.
WARRIOR FAMILY:
Shizuka's bloodline can be tracked back to the Tobiichi warrior family. They're a group of thunder-blessed fighters embodying the ancient code of Bushidō, The Way of the Warrior where honor, discipline, and humbleness are cherished. Though they can trace ancestry all the way back to the Solignis progenitors, the Tobiichi calls Torii-3 as their home world. Their Anomaly is "Electrostatic Quantitation" aka Ikazuchi no Gugen (Lightning Embodiment) in their ancestral language, a supernatural power allowing the user to embrace the concept of lightning itself. The most powerful users are as fierce and lethal as a raging thunderstorm, decimating multiple elite aberrants in a single streak of lightning.
They lead the Tobiichi Sect, their symbol being a stylized purple bolt of lightning; simple, swift, and efficient. They're most often employed as rapid response strike team, if the MHA needs priority targets to be eliminated ASAP, they need only to call upon them and it'll be done.
NOTABLE CONTACTS:
❖ Hiroyuki Matsuda: Childhood friend, lover, husband, soulmate, he was once all of these, but now none of them. In choosing to save his wife over his son, he ended up losing both. Yet, it's evident that he still loves Shizuka, and this infuriates her. She wants him to resent her, despise her, anything, just so she can vindicate herself that he made a grave error in judgment, for she refuses to acknowledge that deep down, buried in the darkest recesses of her heart...
...she still loves him too.
TRIVIA:

Sympathizes with their victims. ❖ Used to have a drinking problem, but had gone cold turkey before relaxing a bit, nowadays refuses to imbibe anything except lightweight stuff like beer and sparkling wine. ❖ Loves noodle soups (ramen, lamian, ramyun), hates spicy food.
