@Ammokkx It's kinda funny, so I went back through the posts a bit. -Kills- Yeager: 2ish Tentacle Beast- 1 CWM Eiswolf: 1 Sniper- 1 Tentacle Beast- 1 CWM ATY: 1 Tentacle Beast- 2 CWM Magus: 4 CWM X-7: 1 Sniper
+21 CWM deaths split somewhere between Atty/Eiswolf/Yeager? I was struggling to figure out where those other twoone went- if someone knows that would be great xD
X-7 has a Tentacled Beast as well. Just not from Troas.
Also, if what I am hearing is true, then I doubt we can launch the mist away either without handy-dandy telekinesis. It's entirely gas. Not going to do much. So I think if we can lure it away from the population centers, that is the best bet. Then anybody with explosives can unload on it.
Damn. If we could lure it away, a Tactical Nuke would be super useful...
@Mr Rage Can't fire this post, so I imagine I can move in this turn. Then I am in range to fire on next turn, then GTFO like none other on that same turn.
@Gate Keeper Well the Armor Piercing shot slaughtered thousands apparently, and that is a more directed attack. My HE shot is built as a bunker buster; which is usually associated with a large AoE (usually due to multiple explosions from a bomb fragmenting. I figured it is just a bigass explosion unless Ariamis says otherwise).
So I think it might be able to eat up multiple grid points, but I am not overly sure. @Ariamis, how big is my AoE?
Furthermore, I've still got around 190 Missiles ready to go, so I've two choices. Blow everything to hell with the big gun, or I can launch a large attack with multiple missiles, hitting it indirectly on all sides. Less collateral, I'd wager.
@AtomicNut you can also deal AOE damage or use exploding barrels to deal damage. So, throw a car in the vicinity and shoot it with explosive rounds or missiles or something. Just don't aim at the mist.
@Mr Rage You know right now I'm sure if I want to cut you or laugh myself to death at that name.
Also remember rageboy that MIST is high in the sky so tossing shit wont work. Unless you've got a catapult. Everything better when launched form a catapult. So to toss stuff at it they'd need to get pretty dam close.
