Kharne had been one of the first to arrive, only led by the young looking priestly one. Which means he got second best seat in the rickety carriage with a pair of donkeys for pullers. He was unfamiliar with carriage and equine languages, it was all gobbledegook to him. Still he paid his dues, plonked his ass down, and seemed to be waiting for others. Or a specific time to leave. He was unsure of which, he normally traveled everywhere by foot.

A pair of men soon set up shop, swiftly followed by woman in fancy clothes. Ah fuck everyone was starting to introduce themselves, he didn't really feel like getting all buddy buddy with what was a female hunter judging by her gear, a man of god, a trouble maker, and an enforcer. The barbaric dragonborn was not one for socializing unless he was drinking, and he was very much sober right now. Ah fuck it, why the hell not. It's not like it's going to do any harm giving them a name.

"Kharne." He rumbled out gruffly, his voice uncomfortable to listen to given its incredibly deep nature. It had a touch of something else though, a draconic accent that had a sort of hiss and gutteralness to it. Dragonborn were known for having their own magical language though...

With everyone present and seated the carriage moved, trundling uncomfortably through the countryside of the cursed land. A fog rolled in, toxic apparently judging by the old man motioning for them to covered their faces as well before banishing the rotten smelling air with a talisman and mystical words. Possibly. Or maybe king cheese pulled it back as a game to see how far they could get before dropping? Eh too much thought not enough smash. How much longer until their first destination?

While the spider kept scuttling backwards the two orcs kept their pursuit. Fastest chase in all the land, cautious steps forward with defensive scuttles backwards. But the spider hit a wall, literally, and had lowered itself enough to get into melee range while trying to avoid physical and magical projectiles. The unnamed one kicked Grunthor's sharp stone back to him, which was tossed up into his empty hand with a flick of his toes. Practiced ease from being to lazy to bend down and pick up his washcloth in the human world.

"Fine, but watch my back. I'm not in the mood to be lunch." He replied as he darted in. The spiked club drawn back before coming forward in a hard swing towards the spiders legs. Damn things were as big as a king crabs back home but significantly less spiky. He had taken note of the form off to the side, but it wasn't his priority. Grounding and pummeling the spider was his main priority right now.

@Vlad Tepes Clear Skies, which...makes it like a spring day if it's day time XD Removes all fog, cloud, weather so it's a completely clear day. Also woo more words of powa! I do wanna fus ro dah peeps...maybe as the rp proceeds he'll remember more of the power language. (Hell english is my main language and I forget how to word a lot)

@Vlad Tepes I got a very important question. As a dragonborn, in the description for them... "Like their dragon ancestors, they can speak in draconic tongues, using the power of their voice to project powerful magics, and their hardened scales give them strong resistance against physical attacks."

Does that mean I have thu'um from Skyrim?

I'm gonna break your snoz and it'll be funny.

Name: Kharne

Equipment:

• Steel Kanabo - A solid rod of steel five feet long and tapering from the end down to a leather covered grip. The studs on each side of the octagonal weapon were made from brass. At the end of the grip it widened out into a ring that could fit his hand.
• Armored Kilt - Over his loose patched pants was a series of small metal plates, potentially steel, sewn into what could only be called a kilt.
• Meat Snacks - A satchel of wax coated canvas holding dried and preserves meats from various animals. Roughly ten pounds of the meaty nuggety goodness.
• Waterskin - A simple leather waterskin holding whatever it is he drinks. Water? Booze? Blood of his enemies? If he shares you'll find out.

Skills:

• Bludgeoneer - While he prefers his kanabo he can use pretty much any bludgeon except the most outlandish ones. Few require edge alignment to be effective, but he can use them with ease borderline second nature.
• Hunter - With his enhanced draconic senses he is a surprisingly capable hunter given his size and bulk. Succeeding more than failing for any ground-bound game he goes for.
• Hand to Hand - The first thing he remembers learning was how to fight and defend himself with his hands and body. Since he had sharp claws on each fingertip and thick spikes on his elbows. His style of fighting was quite bestial in comparison to normal humanoid races and he was a master of fighting in this manner.
• Carving - He has become quite good at carving wood of various sizes and densities. His claws were more nimble than a blade he felt and it showed in the detailed work he did. A nice hobby to have that brings him some money.
• Swimming - The big man enjoys swimming, a vital thing to know where he came from. He was also exceptional at diving, able to hold his breath for long periods of time.
• Draconic Words - Certain words in his language hold a magic power and he can recall a few of them to get certain effects.
  • Fo-Krah-Diin: Your breath is winter, your Words a blizzard.
  • Wuld-Nah-Kest: The Words rush forward, carrying you in its wake with the speed of a tempest.

Personality: Headstrong, Gruff, Early Stoicism, Swift to Anger.

Likes/Dislikes:

• Meat - As any predator he enjoys meat a good deal. Unless it's rotten he will eat the meat.
• Cooking - Despite his barbarism he enjoys cooking food. Mainly meat but he is capable of cooking a few other things.
• Fighting - He loves a good fight, brawl, or skirmish. The clashing of steel on steel, the thuds of flesh meeting flesh, the crunch of breaking bones. It's a bloody party.

• Insects - They're annoying, buzzing, nipping, too damn many, make itchy, and they don't taste good. Where's the flammenwerfer!?
• Cold - He doesn't like being cold, it makes him feel sluggish and sleepy which is annoying.
• Swords - As much as he likes fighting and weapons he dislikes swords. Needing perfect edge alignment to do anything except poke the enemy and easily countered with shields or armor. A good bludgeon is best!

Yeah, there was some buggery regarding that, but thankfully it's settled. Just use the CS provided in the tab. The flintlocks are mainly for balance purposes and fit better with the setting. Plus like Kazemitsu said, just carry multiple 😆. Though I admit that's gotta be heavy.

Iono. How much does a flintlock weigh? Seems to be around 2lbs...so...carrying 50 would be 100lbs extra weight >.> I could do that >:3 gotta have strong legs and back lol
