@vancexentan You know I honestly forgot I posted Rider with no personality or history. I'll get that up tomorrow; I'm refusing to post in any other RP until I've made an IC post for this.
Since we are about to have conflict with Raditz. Do any of you want to have one of your characters die in the battle and go train with King Kai?

Training with King Kai means Instant Transmission right? I'll consider it but probably wait to see how the fight is going first.

Get ready for 20 posts of progressing down Snake Road.
@vancexentan I have no excuses. I have just been distracted and not giving this RP due attention.

That being said, here is my Master.

“Ok, sounds like as good a plan as any. Let’s get going.” The late additional of a phantasmal fox to their list of abilities made the prospect of finding these creature in the woods a lot less daunting; assuming it had abilities similar to that of a real fox it should be able to sniff out anything unusual, or maybe as a spiritual power it simply had the ability to sense Yokai? Either way, locating the creature would likely be the easiest part of what they were about to do.

The hard part was going to be driving it out of the woods and into their little trap and judging by their current line-up it looked like most of that burden would fall on him. His abilities made him the perfect choice to try and literally smoke this thing out of hiding but how effective that would be would depend on how much he could produce as well as how much this thing disliked the smell of barbeque; his main concern was that the range of his smoke seemed to be limited to how hard he could exhale and whether or not he could produce smoke fast enough to fill the air before it dissipated.

Well, the entire point of this exercise was to test their limits, probably, so he might as well see what his inner Enenra could do when he was put on the spot. Turning towards Ayame, Sora gestured towards the path leading into the woods. “I’ll follow your lead; the fox can show us the way and I’ll go in after it.”

@Raging Fenrir
Just a quick post from me to get Alex heading towards the dojo to join up with the others. I'll wait to see if @Renny posts or not before I do anything else; my next actions will depend on whether or not Alex sees another person with a monkey tail hanging around outside the dojo.

If Taeto is MIA then I could have Alex run into Momo @Double, I was kind of looking for a fight anyway.
Lashing out Alex made to grab the strange guy as he flew off but was too slow to reach him before he got out of reach. Instead his fist closed around empty air as he watched the alien woman and the guy with no energy signature fly into the distance. "Who are you calling a rat, freak!"

Seething with anger the young martial artist considered chasing after them, maybe follow them till they found whoever this guy was they were looking for or ask more questions of the woman, or at the very least he wanted to try and teach that loud mouth a lesson in respect, but decided against it. He couldn't take this situation lightly, these were not the kind of people he could afford to mess around with.

When both figures had disappeared over the horizon, though he could still detect the woman's power if not the other guys, he turned around and began flying in the directions of Master Kojiro's dojo. He needed to get back on track and arrive at the dojo before his master called to check up on him and realised he wasn't there yet; he could only imagine what kind of hell awaited him if his master found out he had gotten sidetracked.
And so Sully calls his character Kenshiro by mistake for the first time but, I expect, not for the last.

A new arrival spoke up before Alex could answer, making himself known by announcing that he knew who she was looking for and that he had killed someone; the smile fell from Alex’s face upon hearing that and was replaced with a frown as the stranger continued to talk. So this guy that his master was so afraid of was a killer as well as being stronger than anything he had felt before; just what was it they were dealing with here?

What’s more, this guy was trying to ally himself with this woman, making a not so veiled suggestion that he would fight Alex for her if need be. He was confident that he could hold his own against the woman, from what he could tell she wasn’t that much stronger than himself, but things could spiral out of control if he let these two gang up on him.

What worried him the most was that he couldn’t sense anything from the new guy; there was no Ki, no energy he could detect, yet the guy was clearly flying. It wasn’t something he had an explanation for and he really didn’t want to be dealing with an unknown variable if he was already going to be dealing with someone stronger than him.

Maybe he was in over his head with this; he was just a tournament fighter after all, the worst thing he ever had to deal with before this was being knocked out in the first round. From the sounds of it this was a big deal, if a fight broke out here and he lost he could end up dead.

“Hey buddy, there’s no need to be rude; we were trying to have a conversation.” Putting the smirk back into place Alex turned back to face the alien woman. “I haven’t seen him, but it looks like you already know where you’re going; keep flying the direction you were heading, and you’ll find him. So, who is this guy? Ex-boyfriend?”

Something powerful lay ahead of him, burning like a beacon to his senses, bright and intense and tempting him in like a moth to a flame; Alex flew after it, well aware that it was probably a bad idea but unable to resist the promise of a challenge, of a strong opponent.

He was supposed to be heading towards the dojo of a Master Kojiro, an old acquaintance of his own master apparently, to begin undertaking what his master had described as ‘emergency training’. Alex had not been able to get much more out of the old man after that, just something about how they needed to be prepared for what was to come; the response was unusually cryptic coming from a man who was most often blunt, stern and straight forward, but the omen was said with enough solemnity that even Alex had to take it seriously.

As far as he could guess it had something to do with the powerful energy they had sensed earlier. His master had suddenly called a stop to their training that morning, stopping and staring into the distance as his face went white as a sheet; then Alex felt it himself, a source of energy stronger than anything he had felt before, stronger than any opponent he had ever faced, stronger even than his master who was no slouch in his old age. After than his master had disappeared for a while, only to suddenly come back and announce he was being sent off to train with some guy he had never heard of along with a group of other students.

Whatever it was he had sensed earlier, it must be serious to provoke this kind of reaction. He had never seen his master shaken like that before.

It was while he was on the way to the dojo that he had felt it; another energy source. It wasn’t as powerful as the one before, though still strong in its own right, but it was flaring, as if whoever it was was trying hard to draw attention to themselves. So of course Alex took the bait, he had to, especially when he realised that whoever this was was flying directly towards the powerful energy from before.

Eventually Alex caught up to the beacon, overtaking them and pulling in front to block their path before stopping. What he saw was someone who looked mostly human, aside from the monkey tail flowing behind them, though judging from the strange armour they wore they weren’t from anywhere around here.

Crossing his arms over his chest Alex put on a cocky grin and called out to the woman.

“Hey beautiful. You look pretty tough. Do you have anything to do with that energy I sensed earlier?” Alex jerked a thumb over his shoulder in roughly the direction the other energy was now, detectable through his senses even when he wasn’t looking that way.

@geminironin
@CaptainSully I'm planning on having Alex head there, but there's something else I want to do first. Feel free to start without him.

I'll try and get a post up today.
