Dammit, dammit, dammit. Why didn’t he notice sooner? Why, HOW, was he so caught up in his thoughts, so busy thinking about that woman and the weirdo with no energy signature, that he had missed the battle going on around Master Kojiro’s dojo? The power level behind that blast was off the charts and he hadn’t even noticed until it damn near blew up the city.
If his Master found out about this he’d have his hide. He’d kick him out of his school. He’d stamp the word ‘failure’ on his forehead and ship him off back home. Worst of all, he’d wait until after he’d finished lecturing Alex to do it.
Arriving at the dojo it was easy to see which way the battle was going. There were a lot more people here than he had expected to see only two of which he recognised, the master of this dojo and his student, and almost all of them seemed beat up to some degree and only a few of them were even on their feet. And at the centre of it all was the Saiyan.
Even if he wasn’t pumping out more power than anyone Alex had even seen it would be easy enough to recognise him. From the stupid looking armour to the monkey tail to the futuristic looking monocle he wore he was clearly from the same place as the woman he had seen earlier; they even shared the same penchant for overly voluminous hairstyles. Standing opposite him, Alex was vexed to see, was the freak that had ruined his meeting with the woman earlier; somehow, even though he had gone the opposite way, he’d still managed to get here ahead of Alex and was for some reason squaring off with this threat. His attempts to get on their good side had apparently failed, but Alex wasn’t so ready to believe that he’d decided to join their side just like that.
Whatever the situation, it seemed the Saiyan was distracted for now. Using this opportunity Alex circled around behind Raditz, moving slowly and supressing his energy level so as not to attract notice until he was directly behind the Saiyan warrior. Taking a ready stance, Alex prepared himself to strike; he gathered his energy carefully, still keeping it supressed for the moment, before letting it all explode out at once as he dashed forward.
“HA!”
He closed the distance to his target quickly and lashed out with a palm strike aimed at the centre of the Saiyan’s back, just below his shoulder blades and directly over his spine.
“Piercing Ki Strike!”
A moment before the blow would land Alex unleashed a focused beam of Ki from the centre of his palm, a short range but powerful attack that would lance through both armour and flesh if it hit. Not only that, but it was much, much stronger than normal due to the fact that Alex had spent time gathering his energy before this strike, utilising the technique he called ‘Overdrive’ to increase his power at the cost of severely straining his body.
Ok, I guess this is as good an opening as I'm going to get. If everyone else wouldn't mind leaving Raditz alone for a minute I'll bring Alex back into things with a bang.
Bio: Some people like to say “honesty is the best policy”, most people think little white lies never hurt anyone and others spend every day pretending to be something they are not just to get through life. As you grow out of childhood and into adulthood it’s important to find the right balance between truths and lies that will allow you to comfortably navigate social situations in a way that both lets you get what you want while also not troubling your conscience too much; in Erika’s case, she found that life got a lot easier when she started telling people what they wanted to hear rather than what was true or what she really thought. She also found that lying didn’t really bother her that much.
Erika is a popular person, well-liked by almost everyone she meets at school or elsewhere; she is seen as kind, caring and intelligent, always willing to help when asked or always available to lend an ears to someone’s troubles. She’s never short on friends, has a thriving social life and always has a smile on her face; no boyfriends though, she’s always too busy to date and will gently turn down anyone who asks her out. She seems almost perfect.
Because this is what she wants people to think.
To tell the truth, and she rarely does, the Erika most people see is just a character she came up with to make her life easier. She doesn’t care about the people she helps, or the petty problems they come to her with, she just helps them because it’s what’s expected of her; besides you’d be surprised at how quickly you build up favours like that and when you’re seen as someone who is always so busy helping others it is easy to pass your responsibilities off onto everyone else. She doesn’t actually like the people she hangs out with nor shares any of the interests she claims to share with them, but feigning interest and asking questions at the right moments will get you through any conversation. It’s easy to pretend to have a busy social life when you get invited to everything, even if you end up going to none of them.
She doesn’t like people nearly as much as she pretends to; if anything she’d say she hates them. But people don’t really like it when you tell them that; nobody actually wants to hear the truth.
Personality: Like most Wormmon, this one is timid and nervous by nature; severely lacking in self-confidence and overly worried, she is often trying to group up with others to comfort herself and is especially dependant on her partner for reassurance.
As she Digivolves she becomes more and more confident in herself as she advances through the stages, as a Champion being more self-assured but still preferring to let others take the lead and as an Ultimate and Mega gaining increased confidence in her strength and abilities.
@Chiro I won't offer much of a critique, that's the GM's place, but I notice a few formatting issues.
You can remove the part in brackets next to techniques for the Baby Digimon, there seems to be a broken image or a tag by Guilmon's first technique and you missed out the species for the Ultimate Digimon. You're also missing the Hex code for both the Digimon and Raymond.

Although the fight is to the death; before termination of either party, both contestants rejoin their fellow prisoners until the next scheduled fight. Though all tournaments must end, not all should be allowed to finish.
Just to make sure I understand this; the combatants are expected to fight as if they were fighting to the death but the bouts are stopped before anyone actually dies. Is this going to be in a tournament format or is this just gladiatorial in nature?
