Thalia answered Jade's question. The City hall group headed off. He had wished that one of his group had been with them, but Pietro couldn't carry more than two people and Carolina had been so insistent that Lance join her. He hoped that they'd at least be smart enough to keep an eye out on the outside of the building in case of someone following them, or bad luck.

He turned to Cassandra, "Alright you can work with Jade. I'll work with Guin and Thalia. Thalia will cover aerial reconnaissance. We'll work in two separate groups, but within shouting distance so if something goes down we can support each other." That at least split Guin and Jade up. He did not need them fighting with each other during this. He straightened his coat and started out of the hide out the group had.

Andy smiled, she glanced around. Everyone seemed busy and distracted. She kept her voice low and hoped the noise of the place would be enough of a distraction to keep her from being overheard. "Magneto and I were talking about what happened and how the council wants to throw a party, but he seemed to be upset about it. So I suggested we build a defense team. That's really what hurt us. We weren't prepared." She noticed Magneto come in and was talking with Jack.

Andy shifted from foot to foot for a moment. "I thought maybe you'd want to help. You're really good at fighting and stuff. You have that Valkyrie training. I only really know boxing, which isn't like a team thing." She smiled. Maybe with this they could get some time to talk alone. Without other people getting involved and making the conversation uncomfortable.

Ed frowned. "Ah, yes, the others were farther north of us when I checked at the Manor. Tracking is one of my specialties." He explained. Though as he said it he glanced at Mage and had a feeling that explaining that was unnecessary. He got a sardonic grin from Mage in response and knew that was what he was thinking.

"At the time," He continued. "It appeared to be two groups. One somewhere here in New York, while the other group was even farther north. If there is a quiet space that I can use I can do my spell again and see how where they might be now." The tension oozing off of Mary was setting Ed on edge. He did not want to be here much longer. He also wanted as few people from this group joining them as they progressed as possible. Especially considering who was in their group.

At least it didn't seem the world exploded when two versions of the same person met. That was a time-travel thing, but it made him uncomfortable to be in the same room as Mage.

Mage, himself, was standing quietly to one side of the room observing the gathering of people. Orange light emanated from his hand and he cast Prestidigitation to clear the glitter away. He seemed to only focus on the couch, not bothering to clear anything else away. There you go Nightlock, you can sit. The glitter on the floor stubbornly stayed.

Andy nodded. She'd remember everything so she could tell Mads and Niah later. She frowned and then a smile burst onto her face. Officially she was the Head Camper of the Zeus cabin so she had to make the vote. We'll she'd have to do that before they left for their quest.

"Let's go put in our vote and then I'll find Aunt Mads and let her know what Chiron said." She told Arthur. "Do we need to go to the Big House or think we can just tell Chiron here who we vote to be the go-between?" She asked uncertain. "And who do you think it should be? I can think of some hard no's." If this person was supposed to work with the Romans she knew someone like Cassian was a bad idea.

"You're one of my best friends. You matter more to me in the whole world than anything else. I would defy the gods for you." Niah said seriously. "I will not leave you behind." She placed her hand gently on Nancy's back now that she was sitting up.

It was more than unfair what was being asked of Nancy. This was abuse. Pure and simple this was torture. She had never been so mad at the whole situation before. Niah wanted to save New Rome she wanted to protect Nancy and Mads. And everything felt so far out of reach. So impossible. She was ready to abandon saving New Rome if it meant she could protect Nancy and Mads. Forget the city. Her friends were more important.

Even with that a part of her knew how selfish that thought was. She knew that thousands relied on New Rome and abandoning it was unjust. But her heart was drifting away from it.

"No worries. I've known all along you were a package deal." Rose laughed. Squeezing Cassiopeia's hand back gently. There had never been any doubt in her mind that even just being around Cassi would mean she wouldn't also be spending time around Layla. She was fine with that. She liked Layla well enough.

"I'm all for not going slow, I think we've dragged the courting of each other out long enough." She smiled. Then pulled Cassi's hand up and kissed the back of her hand gently.

A part of Rose's mind had noticed Red walking past and looking their direction. She was thankful her mom didn't say anything. She really didn't want to have that fight. And she would. That was who Rose was. She had had the fight enough times already and her adoptive parents had been supportive. They'd honestly be happy that she was finally settling down.

Colby followed the others into the room. He happily set about to petting the cat that was demanding his attention. "Oh I don't mind." He said smiling. He sat down and allowed the cat to smell Silky and Jackson "I love cats. Though now that I know who my dad is, I'm not surprised about that. I always understood cats better than people to be honest."

He looked up when the woman came into the room. She was pretty and he understood why Willow geeked out about her clothing. The clothes here were gorgeous. Not something he'd wear ever. He raised his eyebrows when she was introduced. He hadn't totally been expecting Jasmin to be around. Her and Aladdin must not have had kids since there weren't any in the group.

"Hi, I'm Colby." He said grinning then went back to paying attention to the cat.

No announcements were happening yet. That irritated Andy. They could have had a few more moments of peace. She sighed and took a seat waiting to see what would be discussed.

Andy looked around the Pavilion to see what was going on. There were a few clumps of people here and there. She saw her brother sitting with Zeke and Kristin. They seemed to be having some sort of deep quiet conversation. The type Andy didn't feel like it would be good to interrupt. She also saw Kiera and Leda standing near a few others.

She should apologize. She knows she heard Leda talk to them but had been distracted and wanted to have a conversation with Arthur in private. Something that seemed almost impossible. She bit her lip and decided to stay put with Arthur instead. She'd apologize later.

What was Chiron waiting for?

That smile. That perfect smile. The anxious energy that had been building in Rose released and she smiled. "Okay, I can do that. If you change your mind let me know." She wanted to dance, but Rose kept herself calm.

"I know things are a bit in turmoil right now and it is hard to know what is safe and secure. So if you want to wait until things are not so dangerous I understand. But I knew that if I didn't tell you now I'd regret it if anything bad happened. I'll let you decide if we tell Layla and Robin Hood, and the speed of anything between us." Rose was certain by now Layla probably had a betting pool on when Cassi and Rose finally hooked up. She had been pushing them for it for ages. So she wouldn't be surprised.

She, however, wasn't going to push. She had said her piece and Cassi had reciprocated. It hadn't just been adrenaline for her either she had been genuinely interested in her since before they came here.

"I should add that while the events that just unfolded have to do with why I am saying this now, it is not a new feeling. It just made me realize that I needed to say something." Rose confessed.

Colby pet the new cat that was paying attention to him. "Aren't you a cutie." He said giving praise to the cat. He was a bit distracted with that as the exchange at the door happened. They were told to remove their belongings. He mostly just had his backpack with all of his stuff in it, and the deck of cards that he had swapped with Maddie in his pocket.

"You want everything? I don't think I can put cats in the tray." He said as he removed his backpack. Not wanting to part with it. He glanced at his dad. Chesire was doing as told. So Colby placed his backpack in the bin carefully. There were some things in there that would probably be very confusing to anyone from this world. Then he pulled the deck of cards from Maddie out of his pocket and put it in the side pocket of the bag.

A bit of relief went through Ed when Emma explained that their Ed, Mage, didn't appreciate mind readers either. That meant the family laws were held here. Even with their twin dead, Ed couldn't believe that Mage would have strayed so far as to break those laws. He listened and frowned though.

"As Ms. Frost has just mentioned. As a general rule, I do not like mind readers. As such I will refuse to subject myself to that. Beth, I would prefer you didn't either, but I cannot make that choice for you." He was glad Guin wasn't there. He was certain it would have made this conversation much more awkward. Then again if they had Guin that would give them the advantage of being able to read their minds back. Ed was a fan of even ground.

She smiled at Oli, glad he was okay. Niah listened to a bit to the directions to get an idea of how much longer they had to be on the ship. She leaned back into her seat. Oli was okay, almost no one had been hurt in that little side adventure. Though concern for Bonnie was still on her mind. Her stomach was twisting a little still but she closed her eyes and focused. Meditating a bit. Not a full meditation but something to just be in the moment and not panic.

They only needed to be in the air another hour from the sound of it. She nodded appreciativly as Matt started to remove Celestine's body from the main area. She hadn't made friends with her, but still. Niah frowned a bit at the explanation of the term for Mutate here in their world. She knew a few people who were Mutates, though no one on the team...anymore.

"Thank you..." He trailed off realizing he didn't know the woman who had joined the group's name. They had probably kidnapped her something according to the Iron. Even though she had seemed to come willingly and their group wasn't one for kidnapping.

Since Bonnie specifically asked for it to be cleaned up. Matt nodded and unbuckled. He trusted Amelia even if he didn't particularly want to risk getting tossed around the ship like a bouncy ball. He went searching until he found some towels and used them to clean up the mess. He wasn't, particularly squeamish but vomit was gross. He held his breath as he cleaned and then put the towels as far from Bonnie as he could in a biohazard box he could find.

"Is that good?" He asked her. The smell of vomit had a tendency to linger and he hoped that getting rid of the worst of it would be enough. He also looked at Celestine's body. "Let's move her to another room too." Matt started to move Celestine's body so no one would have to keep looking at her.

Andy had had so little praise from parental figures in her life. Only the Drummonds had ever really taken to giving her praise for a job well done. She felt pride swell in her chest. Pleased that he approved of her idea.

"Let me see if Zari wants to help." The awkwardness of the conversation forgotten and the desire to spend time with her friend easily outweighed any other thought about it. Magneto nodded.

She quickly went back into the Green Lagoon and came over to Zari, "Hey Magento and I are working on something, do you want to help?" She asked Zari quietly. Hoping the chatter and music would cover the conversation. But also kept it vague so anyone who overheard wouldn't know what it was. It wasn't that she wanted to keep other people from joining...eventually. But it had been her idea and she wanted it to be their thing.
