Niah snorted at Oliver's wish for them to use "Skrull" as their keyword. She shook her head slightly. But shrugged. It would work. She wondered if the doppelgangers were getting their memories too. Niah didn't like that idea.

Getting to London was easy. Space just warped around them. She wondered how Doctor Larson would react to how many worlds they had been to know. She had been shocked when she learned what Niah had experienced previously.

She looked where Bonnie had pointed. Seeing Doom and Luminous together in real life was unsettling. She didn't know what was going on with the two of them. Why they were working together, even if that seemed to be tenuous. She did not like that Bonnie said Oliver should fight Luminous. But she let go of the fear that started to build around the idea.

Yeah, there was no way Matt would have trusted Oliver's counterpart. Not with how hellbent his own counterpart had been on bringing him to justice. He did smile at the idea of having their code word be Skrull. "Sure, why not."

When they were in London, he looked up at the London Eye. A smile played on his face. He frowned at the whole Queen Betsy thing. Since he hadn't kept his memories of this place, he had no idea about her. Bonnie was right, though. They needed to focus. And he doubted Queen Betsy was the solution to traveling between universes. It wasn't impossible, just unlikely.

Once Doom and Luminous had been spotted, he frowned, focusing on the mission. He glanced at Cass. She was the team leader. Raynor started off. He sighed. Of course.

Andy was deeply unsettled. She couldn't have put her finger on it exactly. Other than it had something to do with Selene. (She couldn't quite think of Selene as her mother yet.) The way she was looking at Zari and asking her question, all of it was like when you're standing near a tall tree just before lightning strikes it. And, of course, she thought about it in electricity metaphors.

"Uh," She cleared her throat. Did Andy know how she would spend her last day? If she knew that it was as such? "Probably the same as Sunshine, that is fighting to save the world." She said. That's what she had done already. She had been certain the fights leading up to ending up here would be her last. It wasn't a big leap to say that's what she would do in the doomsday scenario Selene was posing.

An hour's walk to a nice shower and some food. Niah smiled. "Best get walking then." She considered taking off her armor but decided against it. She would have to carry it no matter what. Though she laughed when she imagined tying a rope through all the pieces and then having them fly over her like some metal balloon.

"I vote a steakhouse." She had heard that the midwest didn't have good ethnic food. She guessed they could pull of a steak well enough though. "Unless we find a Chinese restaurant. We might have to find a pawn shop and exchange some of our gold for cash before we go to the motel or anything." She didn't think most hotels would take payment in gold coins. They were not in a D&D game.

Rose Buckner

"Yeah, let me change too." Rose could eat. She thought about the last time she had eaten, which had been in the old camp. Yeah, food sounded great. She changed her clothing too. Much like Cassi, it wouldn't be good to wander the streets of Camelot in them, but they were dry and warm.

She checked her arm as she switched tops. It looked fine to her. She'd make sure to have it get looked over before going to bed. Maybe a change of bandages. But it should heal fine. That was a relief.

When she finished changing, she opened the door back out of the room. "Let's go." She said, smiling at Cassi and starting to where they knew some food had been started.

The tables turned as Willow pulled Colby along after her. He was stunned by the kiss from Maddie. Sure they had kissed a couple of times already. But part of him feared this would be the last one. So he let himself be pulled so he could watch Maddie until their paths diverged far enough apart that he couldn't anymore.

Once inside the rug store, Willow brought them toward the back of the store. Colby's eyes darted from side to side, trying to find a decent hiding place. Like a broom closet or ... His mind trailed off as he spotted a place he hoped would work. It was a small space under the stairs with rugs hanging on a rail. He pulled Willow this time and slipped behind the rugs.

Andy smiled a bit as Mary and Mads talked. It was kind of funny to her. They made it into a quiet corner of the Labyrinth. Andy had a sinking feeling that something was off. She felt like this might be the last relaxing moment they would have. Then Chocolate was there, leaping at her. She caught him confused. Chocolate was supposed to be with Arthur.

"Chocolate." She said, confused. Giving the hellhound puppy some pets. "What is wrong?" Not that the puppy could actually talk to her. "Where is Arthur?" She asked the puppy again. Not really expecting an answer, but worry was building in her gut.

"Yeah, there should be a dining car. We can check it out." Niah started to head out and look for which end of the train the dining car was on. However, there was a disturbance.

She ducked back into the room and closed the door quickly. Then pressing her hand on it, she thought of an electrical access door. Letting the mist manipulate their cabin door. It should be a good enough disguise. It was unlikely but not impossible that the cyclops would still try the door. Especially if they had their smell.

"Well, there are four cyclops on the train. I had the mist disguise the door. Hopefully, that's good enough. Unless you feel like fighting." She said the last part with a creeping grin on her face making it clear she'd be fine with a good fight.

Going down the path, Andy snorted when Mads asked who Dora the Explorer was. Then she realized she was serious. "Uh, a bilingual cartoon character with a talking map. The map is always for what she needs it for." Andy explained. She had seen the show often enough in various foster homes. She had picked up some Spanish from the show, not enough to matter.

When they entered the big room, Andy was glad she had stopped talking already. Looking at the pit made her stomach drop. She wasn't afraid of heights. Heck, she had a pet Gryphon that she flew. She had spent most of the winter doing just that whenever she had free time. But that pit seemed to be menacing almost. She looked up at her Aunt and then Mary. Andy didn't want to ask which way next because it might draw the attention of the monsters across the way. She really hoped that wouldn't be the direction they needed to go.

Just in case she put her hand on her dagger charm, ready to pull it to fight if it came to it.

"We wait and enjoy the ride as best we can." Niah shrugged. "With the money, we have now, we can eat a feast." She had experienced plenty of hungry times on quests. She knew it was good to eat when they could.

When the commotion out the train started, Niah tensed up. She was ready to fight again if she needed to. Thankfully though, the train started moving. She had a hilarious image of the older cyclops man going to Tartus to try to find his wife. That image was quickly sobered by the thought that she would end up going there for Mads after this quest.

She relaxed as the cyclops family was left behind at the train station. She shook her head, still dumbfounded. "Have you named the dog?" She asked Stella.

Neither Thalia or Jade seemed too concerned about Ed's methods. At least not enough to bring it up. He'd take it. His stomach was twisting, though. He pushed through it. Ed and went down the empty hallway, opening a door slowly. He was rewarded with an empty room. It seemed unused. He came back to the stairwell.

"That room seems unused. If we put the bodies there, that'll take care of that problem." He summoned a bubble big enough for the three corpses. He then directed them into the room, unceremoniously dumping the bodies into it. He waited for Jade and Thalia before he continued.

Rose laughed at Layla's teasing. She smiled. "I promise I keep it clean" She leaned into Cassi a bit. She headed up the stairs after Rapunzel. Layla picked her room. Rose went to the one opposite it. She wanted to wish Layla good luck with being alone with Rosalia. Rose felt Rosalia might not even want to spend the night in there. She wouldn't be surprised.

She waited for Cassi to join her in the room. Then gave a bit of a sigh of relief. It was nice for it to be just the two of them. "How are you doing? There has been a whole lot going on. I got my memories all back, and I want to know if you're doing okay." She wondered if Cassi would choose to stay here in the long run or not. Rose decided she'd join Cassi in whatever decisions she made. Even though the woods here called to her in a way the ones in Kansas never had.

"Well that was effective." Colby grinned as Rumple retreated. He hadn't expected it to end that easily. He followed his dad, especially since he had Willow holding onto him, and figured she want to be with her mom. He didn't know which way Maddie would choose, so he looked at him.

If things got too hairy, he could teleport them. Though maybe Jafar's ability to sense magic would be good enough to track him. He wouldn't want to lead Jafar right to them. They'd have to be careful going by foot anyway. He started moving after Chesire.

Ed Penior

Location: The Mansion
Skills:

Ed took the pen from Bethany and did the same markings on himself that Runa and Bethany had done. He was irritated at Guin for invading his mind, but she had a point. As such, he bit the irritation back. It better have been just a token, not anything she could manipulate later.

"I am mostly defensive. However, I know that I would be very dangerous if I were unscrupulous. If he has gone full Sith, removing my tools would be how to deal with my ability to cast. I cannot cast my shield spells without a token." He removed from his pocket a small shield talisman.

"To be safe, if he carries a staff, remove that from him as well. Unless he has spells, I do not know if that would remove him from the fight. Except for healing."

Ed did not say as much as he could. If he spoke about the family and how the laws were as unenforced here in this world as they were at home, it would give too much away. He understood his counterpart's choices too well. That didn't make them right.

As supposed family reunions could go, this wasn't the worst. It was awkward. There was no question about that. Even Zari was blushing about something. She glanced between Zari and Selene. What had she missed? Then, Casper was affronted by Selene, saying she'd do away with waffles.

Andy's gay-dar did not seem to be functioning. Considering her socializing, that wasn't totally surprising. The only one in the group she would have said with ease was somewhere on the LGBTQ+ spectrum would have been Casper, but you'd have to be deafblind not to notice that.

The conversation at least seemed to be flowing, and no one was asking her questions she couldn't answer.
