With a snap of bone, the fight was over. Persephone had killed the werewolf leader and the other ran away. Niah smiled, it was a satisfied grin. However, it faded quickly. Now that asshole was in Tartus. He probably would see Mads soon. She shook her head and then turned to the group. "I'm ready-" She cut herself off at Stella's question. She turned her attention to Stella and saw how badly the young girl was doing. Niah's stomach clenched, had Stella been bitten and she hadn't seen?

Andy reached into her bag and pulled out a first aid kit. "Here, my brother put this together for me. I don't know what all is in it, but it might help." She offered, Naih took it from her and opened the box.

After handing the box to Niah, Andy stepped back. She didn't know first aid, so she just watched as Niah set about to help Stella out.

"Let me see your back, please." Niah said. Andy wondered why Niah wasn't just giving Stella a piece of Ambrosia. Stella moved so that Niah could start examining her back. Niah's hands were shaking as she looked over the other girl's back and because of that she dropped a few items. It took her a moment to gather her wits about her. Andy was nervous for Niah (and Stella). Niah was clearly shaken.

Once Niah had cleaned up Stella's back and then given her some of the Ambrosia. Stella was much better off. Andy let out a little sigh of relief and looked at the others checking to make sure they were all okay too.

Both Mandy and her father shook their heads no. They didn't have any other information. Mandy remembered during COVID how hard it was to get information. There had been a few people who posted videos on Youtube explaining the situation in ASL or she had read the CDC website. That gave her an idea.

"That email said its information was from the CDC, maybe they have more information on their website." She signed, mostly to her father. She did not want to deal with masks again, masks blocked people's lips making it so her and basically the rest of the Deaf community couldn't read lips. There had been some masks that had a clear see-through section but not everyone wore those. Her school wouldn't have them, not this time. It wasn't Deaf focused like RIT had been.

He nodded and headed back to his office to his computer where he could look up the CDC site. Mandy grabbed another cookie and waved Millie to join them.

Skills: Magic (shield)

Ed flinched at having Guin in his head. But he could see the reason for it. They needed to get moving. He wondered if he could make a bubble big enough to fill the hanger.

"We need to get moving toward the hanger. If you see other people tell them, shout it or whatever. If there is another way to access the PA system on the way we use that too." He was relieved there was some sort of backup system, hopefully, that meant there was some redundancy too. More than one way to do things.

Mira showed Ed a map of the place. He took a good look at it, memorizing the route, and then took off running toward the hanger. As he went if he saw anyone he would yell at them to head to the Hanger for an evacuation. He didn't know if anyone would actually listen to him or not, he didn't wait around to see.

Ed slid into the hanger. He paused for a moment taking deep breaths trying to center himself. He touched his shield pendant. This would be the largest one he ever made. Keeping the shield pendant tucked into his hand, he pushed his magic, a gentle orange glow, out filling the room until it settled around the walls of the room.

Andy nodded and smiled. "You're absolutely welcome to join." Andy said and made her way toward the food. Her stomach was growling. There was a creeping sense of dread that she had thinking about that hunger that had started to claw through her. She had been hungry plenty of times in her life. She had lived on the streets. She had been near starved at times. But the hunger that had started to seep into her since leaving the haunted house was not the same.

As they walked over to the table Andy thought of the few times she had 'eaten.' There had been a feast at Genosha, that had filled her so much but had been basically purged for the sake of those she had eaten. Then had been the accident with Mads, the drink she had then had been quickly countered with a stab, and last had been the drink during the fight for a place in the Contest of Champions. Now she suspected that whatever had happened in the Haunted House had started her appetite up again. The thought of asking a teacher for a way to...eat. It seemed like something that would quickly get her expelled. But taking from her classmates and friends was just as likely to cause that.

At the table, she got some punch and quickly drank three cups of it, the hunger not abating. The food seemed unappetizing but she filled a plate and took a few bites. As expected the food itself was bland, despite the smells of spices. This was going to mean a conversation with Selene later. She didn't like that idea much.

"Well, so do you still want to watch a horror movie?" She finally said after a bite of food and a sip of drink to wash it down. She tried to smile, tried to cover the concern that had settled into her bones. Also, ignore the chaos that April's breakdown was causing. Nimue had moved and was now in that area. Andy looked away focusing again on Mary Sue and Zari.

"Never." Niah said gritting her teeth at Lycon. She didn't know how she'd get out of this, but she refused to surrender to him. Thankfully Persephone had stepped in. Niah sighed relieved and took her hand getting back to her feet. "Yeah, thanks for that." She didn't know if Persephone could get involved in this fight, but Niah figured she only would have if she could.

"Gonna help them now, you've got him?" She gave a head tilt indicating Lycon, before joining the fray. She went straight for the werewolf messing with Andy. She killed that werewolf and spun heading for the next nearest one. It gave her immense satisfaction to be killing these werewolves, she hoped that Lycon was watching. Another werewolf fell at the swipe of her sword. She noticed somewhat out of the corner of her eye that Andy was following close on her heels.

Andy was reeling a bit from the werewolf that had suddenly attacked her. She was a bit off balance, but there was Niah behind the cloud of dust that fell. Niah, nodded at Andy once and moved on. Andy blinked a little stunned. She hadn't expected that. But she saw that Niah was heading for another werewolf. She followed after her, going to stab the next werewolf while it was distracted by Niah, but it didn't matter because Niah had already killed it and was moving on to the next one.

Andy got the feeling that Niah was pissed and taking out all her anger on these werewolves. She quickly figured out that it was probably these werewolves that had turned Mads. She followed again. This time getting in a jab with her knife on the werewolf and it turned to dust.

Chocolate jumped and bit another werewolf, it also dissolved. She was thankful for the little dog and hoped that Hellhounds were immune to becoming werewolves. She did not want to think of what that combination would be like.

Mandy sniffed the air as the smell of the cookies wafted out from the now-open container. She took a sugar cookie with a bright smile and after taking a bite set it down so both her hands were free to talk. The joys of ASL were you could have your mouth full and talk at the same time. She could also sign with one hand but that wasn't as clear and Millie wasn't fluent.

"Dad's school sent him an email about some sickness spreading. It isn't like COVID. The symptoms are a little different. Have you heard anything?" There was an advantage to having a hearing friend that lived close by and would drop by with cookies, well more than the dropping by with cookies. They also could listen to the radio, or watch T.V. Mandy remembered not having T.V. until she was in middle school. Any time she watched it before that was at Millie's house, or her Nana's during holidays.

"Killing of flesh and blood should not have been within the parameters of that droid." Emzie said. They didn't like the situation. They followed Kayleila out of the ship taking in the area around them quickly and then turning their attention to the Clone Troopers.

The possibility that the droid was being used as a scapegoat came to Emzie's mind. Kayleila had a point about the droid having been there are the wrong time. They'd keep that in mind for now. Something to remember but not rely on as the option. Keeping options was ideal.

Andy couldn't help but smile at her girlfriend's enthusiasm. She was glad that Zari had had fun with other self. "Yes, I saw myself as well. It did not go as well as yours I believe. She choked me out with my vampirism." At least Andy could now say she understood what her victims felt like when she ate from them. That wasn't something she wanted to ever experience again. It had been different from the fight with Selene. This had been meant to hurt her not just drain her of all the extra souls she had been consuming to protect. Andy closed her eyes feeling lost for a moment in her memory.

She flinched when Leah yelled. "Come on, let's go get something to drink. I think we don't want to be here right now." She wanted to help April, but also Sabine and Leah were already there. What extra help could she provide? Also, Leah and Sabine were big mad, super pissed at the moment. If she was honest Sabine's power terrified her in a way she couldn't quite reckon with. Her past was dear to her because it was what brought her here and if she forgot any of it she wouldn't be herself.

Ed had stayed with Mary and was quickly regretting it when a woman whom Ed did not know used powers on Cortez to see his memories and project it for them. He shifted not wanting to be part of such an invasive thing...even if it was for good he did not like things that seemed to be smack of telepathy. He even sort of flinched when OfAll suggested she use telepathy to pass on the message to the people on the station. At least she didn't seem excited about it.

He frowned heavily at the information they learned from the memory though. It might already be too late to stop whatever this game was. And OfAll had a good point...there were others and some mastermind behind this. Ed hated that implication.

He focused on Max when Max explained that he had backup plans for getting off the asteroid. Max's teleporting powers would easily be one of the faster and better ways to get everyone off the asteroid. He just didn't like the possibility of Max self-sacrificing to get that done. He smirked since he wasn't the only one with that opinion.

He didn't understand how there weren't safety measures like escape plans in place. That was suicidal in his opinion. If they could incapacitate the sister then they could escape, but they couldn't leave the whole asteroid defenseless. "Or an emergency announcement that tells everyone to evacuate." That was the most basic safety feature. If there wasn't an actual PA maybe their was a fire alarm that could be pulled for the whole station. He doubted it.

Mandy had followed her dad into his office and sat at his computer. The email was open and ready for her. It was an announcement to all the teachers and parents of any students. She was a little surprised about that last part. However, in Deaf culture information was so vital. Deaf people couldn't get their information in a lot of the standard ways people did. Hearing people were never aware of how much of their world information they got from a T.V. or radio playing the background, or just from snippets of conversation caught while on the bus or walking through town. Deaf people didn't have access to that vicarious learning. So it had become ingrained in the culture to ask semi-invasive questions or give what a hearing person would have considered TMI.

She read the email quickly, frowned, and read it again slower. There was a new sickness, she couldn't help but worry about COVID. That had caused so many issues. Would the school cancel and go back online? She hated online learning. Symptoms included a cough and high fever, bloodshot and or redness of the eyes and yellowing of the skin. The last few stood out. The sickness also seemed to have come from South America rather than China. She was about to start discussing the email with her dad when a light flashed. That light indicated that someone was at the front door.

Her dad left the room heading for the front door and Mandy followed behind him. The door opened before he got to it but Mandy only smiled because she saw who was entering over her dad's shoulder. She waved and joined the woman, Millie, in the kitchen. "Thank you." Mandy signed and hugged Millie. She then kissed her fist.
