The searing pain caused Aurora to black out. She came to hearing Gabriel saying to stay with him. While she was certain he wasn't there a moment ago the clatter of stone on metal reminded her that the brigades had ambushed the group. Getting to her feet Rory looked around only to find that she could not see the leader of the brigades anymore. Had he gone invisible somehow? With a slight turn she saw that both Brutrumukk and Zavakri were down on the walk way with Gabe still standing. The situation did not look good. "Gabriel I don't know exactly what just happened but I don't think we can fight them all right now." The elf picked up her bow, quickly knocked an arrow, and loosed it at the nearest brigade. The arrow went wide, now lost in the fog. "It might be best of we get Zavakri and Brutrumukk onto the raft, and retreat some so we can get them back on their feet."

The elf quickly went around the fallen bugbear to Zavakri, knowing she couldn't move Brutrumukk. Rory does keep an eye on the rabbit folk to attempt to evade any stones or other stricks, while readying herself to drag the unconscious sorcerer.

OOC

Aurora uses half her movement to stand up, attacks but likely misses with a 6, (natural 1 on the roll yikes). She then uses her remaining movement to go to Zavakri ready to move her back towards the raft.

Bonus action to dodge.

For a brief moment Jørmund started to pursue the fleeing foe before stopping and processing what Flicker had called out to him. The cleric's gaze turned to Ervdul as the attackers retreated. He watched contemplating pursuing the statue, until Aura came up and slapped his back. He returned his mace to the metal ring on his belt that held it.

"Hmmm? Me getting soft? Well I wasn't expecting them to hit as hard as they did. Though I think our new friend here shoving him away helped quite a bit. Might I suggest if we ever face him again to not use fire. It did not seem to do much if anything against him." Once more he looked towards Ervdul, though by this time they were to far to pursue effectively. The earth genasi turned back towards his companions. "Flicker, thank you. I was losing myself to the moment. You were right in that the newt had enough. I should not have let Ervdul's insult get the best of me." He paused to look over the crowd of celebrating people, half expecting to see the spector of Haraldr. It could be that the potion from earlier had affected his reasoning. After all he did see Haraldr more than once since then. "Perhaps we should try to get some rest now. We have a long trip ahead of us."

That is why I said help rather than do it herself. I know she couldn't move Brutrumukk by herself.

It might be best. Looking at it from Aurora's perspective, she just got knocked out only to come back to and see both Brutrumukk and Zavakri both get knocked out. She might try to do her best in using her bow to take pot shots at the brigades, however to her this looks like a fight they would likely lose.

Looking at it as the player, our tank got wrecked, as did the sorcerer, and my character got one shotted and does not have enough HP left to take anymore hits. If she take another hit there is a decent chance it'll just be Jub and Gabe again.
