Current Is it just me or has the number of ads increased rather dramatically? I'm seeing them in the middle of people's posts now.

Did not expect to see a new mobile layout today. Definitely different and it'll probably take some getting used to.

They don't dark. That dignity left awhile ago with the earlier secret lairs. Though I do still enjoy MtG and D&D personally.

I don't think I'd be able to drink only one cup of coffee in the morning or a day. Then again I've started measuring my consumption in ounces most recently.

It just occurred to me next to Zav, Gabe and her have possibly the most (or at least somewhat) normal backgrounds

Having just read Zav's backstory and knowing a little of Gabe's I can see that.
@Dark Cloud just so. From the magocracy of Aglarond, which if memory serves borders Thay. She had left her family two years ago fleeing an arranged marriage that would have been more of a political marriage for her family.
I think most of initially sent their whole backstory to Haruki. I had to double check and see of I had put Rory's on the CS tab and did not. I did make a mistake with her age in the back story though.
@XxFellsingxX I am curious now how long Jub has been out on his own.
I feel like this is an accurate statement.

Rory would have absolutely grown up with an enchanted tea pot that had the sole purpose of boiling water for tea in less than a minute.
@XxFellsingxX that wouldn't be her intention and this will only likely occur if Brutrumukk ever finds out and tries to harm Gabe. I don't think she would expect Jub to choose a side. Even then I don't think she would do anything to harm Brutrumukk, just keep him from harming Gabe or anyone else
He could try, I doubt Rory would stand idly by. The way she sees it still is that Gabe couldn't have know and was trying to help.
Aurora

"I do understand, at least a little bit, what you are going through. At least we know where your sister is and we can plan how to get here out of there. And it isn't your fault entirely. Part of this mess was from trying to keep Brutrumukk from barreling into the room where the hag was in his drunken state." Aurora was sympathetic with Zavakri in the matter of being concerned with her siblings safety. She was also sincere about helping Zavakri get her sister out of whatever predicament she was in. The elven woman hoped that when the time came the others would be willing to help as well.

When the magical energy started to bolster Auroa, she gave a nod of thanks to Zavakri. The extra benefit would be nice when they had to confront Bavlorna. With that, Rory started towards the two other buildings that were nearby.
Jørmund

Jørmund made sure the horses were taken care of and the wagon stored, and their supplies on it put out of sight. Once that was done he stepped into the inn just as Gorgash announced he was buying food and drink. The cleric smiled and he approached the table. "Bring a flagon of whiskey if you have it, ale if you don't, to start. Not sure what the rest of my group will drink." He sat down in a chair rather heavily as the fatigue from the travel and poor sleep from the last evening set in. "Oh, I would like meat, bread, and roasted vegetables to eat." Jørmund paused for a moment before remembering what the others had been trying to work with him on. "Please."
Aurora

"I understand the feeling. It is more surprising to see nothing here at the moment. We could perhaps use this as a rest area if need be." Aurora looked further down the path and noticed a few more structures across a bridge. "It looks like there are more buildings over that way. We can check over there next." Rory says to the others and pointing towards the two other buildings, (D16,D17).
