Despite what Joker 2 would have you believe, the REAL Joker works for Nintendo. Check mate, Batman!

Okay but like seriously though, let's not tell Nintendo about this... About what, you ask? Exactly!

Alright fine. I could have images for my projects hosted on-site, but you gotta promise me you won't go snooping in there. There might be spoilers, y'know?

Whether you've seen me around the guild or not, I should admit that it's only been within year-6 of my time on this site that I've bothered to start work on this here "bio". I feel like I should apologize for not making it a higher priority much sooner, but lately I've adopted that "better late than never" mindset when it comes to introductions, and besides, I doubt there was much to tell in my early years anyway. I'm pretty much an amateur writer who got my start as a minor tag-along player in a fandom AU campaign ran by a small, close-nit remnant of a community formerly in association with a notable strategy-gaming youtuber. I'm being vague for brevity's sake. In the end, I value my first exposure to roleplaying as a personal learning experience more than anything, as I'm definitely the kind of person that sequesters themselves in any given community they find themselves in and RPG is certainly no exception.
That pretty much explains what I've been up to for the last several or so years, with only occasional public posts from me, as private 1x1 roleplays are easily where the lion's share of my attention goes to. Details regarding my particular interests and even approach as a prospective partner can be found in the interest check I update very rarely, but if you'd like to have a link to it or want to work with me in a similar capacity, then PMs are the best way to reach me. As for what you can expect in very broad terms, I'll say that I'm a 90s kid who'd grown up on Nintendo and Cartoon Network where, thanks to Toonami, I've developed an appreciation for the Japanese style of animation, a style that commonly influences my own creative endeavors to this day. That is in no way to say that I'm an avid watcher of anime and the like (I have my tastes and while that does sometimes coincide with what's current, it usually doesn't), just that I gravitate toward the ludicrous, extraordinary concepts and settings they commonly facilitate. That style aligns with what excites me creatively. That's the long and short of it. Exceptions do exist of course. ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄
@Lilissen I wouldn't go pinning your hopes on me on that front any time soon. But if against all odds a Borrowers RP (or one inspired by it) does come around, and they're accepting of course, I actually wouldn't mind being made privy to it.
@Benzaiten Well if one such RP opens up, then I'd definitely consider joining at the very least. I'd love to say that if the interest was there, that I'd GM the project myself, but unfortunately I'm just not in a position to do so. There are only a handful of concepts and such that would make me jump headlong into a group RP again, but that is certainly one of them.
Back in the day, I was really interested in a setting inspired by The Borrowers, or at least the idea of miniature individuals living their lives under people's noses. Seriously doubt enough people would be interested to the point of filling out a group RP, but it is something that I think about from time to time.
Finally added the second character to the MHA post. Yes she's a full-on student this time, pure and simple. The next character will likely be a tad more ambitious in terms of quirk, but I couldn't tell you when that'll come out. I feel as though my next post here has gotta be something new. Please look forward to it!
In regards this, her current and most advanced stage of progression when compared to similar cases, her quirk allows for many of the traits and abilities inherent to many species of moths. Chief among numerous physiological changes are her second pair of dexterous arms, her robust set of insect wings and her sophisticated compound eyes, well adapted for low light levels.
Even so, her unique anatomy is not without certain holdups. Also, flight, although very useful at its current level, has room for improvement in terms of speed, maneuverability, and sustainability. Should she attain to her true potential, her instincts will shape her into a highly mobile agent of nearly unmatched perception, especially in instances that would find most at a definite disadvantage.
The last few bumps are still relevant, especially MHA because I finally put out a link to the CS of that first character of mine. I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda trash at thinking up new and interesting quirks, really the main thing holding me back from adding a lot of OCs. Other options are possible so long as you don't mind helping me brainstorm.
At the core of his abilities are the characteristics typically found in dolphins. Even from a young age, traits such as his powerful tail and generous lung capacity have made aquatic environments more than accommodating for him. But by far his most impressive ability is his sonar.
With training and concentration, Aden can direct and amplify his innate capacity for echolocation, the lower levels of which allowing him that extra level of sensory input or even a vision of his immediate topographic surroundings. He usually gets a headache if he continuously uses this ability too much, but his tolerance steadily increases with experience. He can also raise the frequency for use in combat.
Almost everything is available, but if nothing else, I'd like to at least make it known that MHA is available again. At this point, I'm still game for that same character/scenario I posted, but as the same time I actually have a handful of other characters that I just haven't devoted to scenarios of their own yet. So if you're okay with the idea of being within the same continuity as the anime/manga, then I'm more than willing to work something out.
Aside from that, I will admit that I do have a craving for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, but I don't know if I should devote an entire post to it. I sort of did when I proposed centering it around fusions (found here), but I always knew it was a long shot.
Honestly, I'd be fine even without that gimmick though, mostly because I'd be just as interested in a setting that lets me play as a Marshadow (albeit an underpowered/balanced individual whose character-driven divergence from the species norm facilitates his growth throughout the story). Probably not very original, but I fell in love with the concept, what can I say?
