I am still on RPG, so do feel free to message me. Just don't have the time or energy to actually join any RP's right now. Focusing on a LOT of other projects, including getting into Audio Drama.

Morbius

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The door to the warehouse slowly crept open as Michael stumbled through, keeping himself concealed in the shadows, there was a noticable chill in the air, but ever since his infection, Michael had stopped seeing his breath in cold environments. "Victor?!" He called.

"You really don't understand the concept of Subtlety, do you?" Came a voice.

"Victor, please, i don't have time for this." He grunted. From across the room, he heard the stomping of feet as a large, glowing ssuit walked into view. "My god... Is this the real you?" He asked.

"Not quite..." Victor replied, looking down at his hands. "But it is the me that can survive in your world of heat." Freeze was a very intelligent man, but still just a man, not being able to see into the shadows. Morbius, seeing Victor's disfigurements, exitted the shadows a little more confidently.

"I had no idea, i thought it was just propaganda." He couldn't look Victor in the eye. Victor slowly pointed his freeze-gun at him. Morbius put his hands up. "Wait, no, don't!" he called. "This is... Just a setback." Fries stared at Michael.

"I did not believe you about the vampires, but i would take any help i needed for..." He gulped. "You plan to make Nora the same?" He asked.

"No, quite the opposite. I want me to not be this. If we can stablize this, i'm sure that we can cure Nora and Rachel's cancer's too." Michael sighed. Seconds later, he heard a strange sound, before everything went white.

Victor slowly began to regain his senses. "What the...?" Everything seemed distorted, even his hearing was acting up.

"Well, Michael, your blood samples are very interesting." Came the heavily dampened voice. "You cultivated the serum in Vampire Bats you say? Well, it show. You share an alarming number of DNA sequences with them." Morbius slowly looked around, he could feel intense cold, he then saw Victor without his armour on.

"Victor, i'm going to ask you this once... Did you shoot me with a freeze ray?"

"My apologies, but i cannot have anyone knowing the location of my hideout, not even you, my friend." He was sat at a computer, staring at the analysis. "Unforutunately, i've not been able to lock down how many, your DNA seems to still be mutating. A combination of multiple different sources vying for dominance..."

"So... I am only part Vampire?" Michael asked, slowly struggling off of the bed, he could see his breath.

"As far as i can tell." Victor rubbed his eyes. "It's like nothing i have ever seen. But, from what i can tell, your cells have become EXTREMELY adaptive. Come, look at this." Michael walked over to the computer to see a shot of his own blood cells, they looked... Strange. "Look what happens when i introduce some of my blood into them." He said, before pressing a few buttons. Some blue blood-cells float into view, before Michael's merge with it and adopt a strange blue tinge. "Now look what happens when we try to freeze it." He then showed a side-by-side of Michaels blood and the new blood as the temporature fell. Michaels blood freezes at -2, but the mutant blood remains unfrozen, even as he stops at -12. "Your DNA seems to be able to take the most desirable traits of your victims and change them to your advantage."

"Are you saying that if I bite Superman, i'd get the ability to crush a planet?" He asked.

"I have no idea. We don't even know if this will cause problems to your mental state. The one downside that i can isolate is that your blood is hungry. I've never seen blood with a metabolism before, but yours seems to, that's why you have the overwhelming urge to feast on blood. Your brain has figured this out and is now causing you to feast in order to keep your blood cells from killing each other."

"So, if i don't feed on blood-"

"A death so painful, i cannot imagine..." He got up and walked across the room to a drawer. "Take this." he said, before pulling out a briefcase. "It will help in a pinch."

"You're going to freeze me again, aren't you?" Michael asked.

"Yes, but it's only until i can move you somewhere else. He said, reaching over for his freeze-gun. "Just know, once you find a cure for this, i'm sure you will be able to step out of the darkness and into the light... Everything went white.
I am still here, just been really busy.
@Lotrix Molick Cassidy sat listening to the woman as she went on about the inhumanity that was on full display at the facility. She saw the woman pawing at her gun. She grunted before unholstering her own pistol and sliding it across the table towards Lin "Why the hell can nobody have a conversation unless one of them has a gun in their hands?" She sighed before taking another puff of her cigarette. The rancid fumes now permeating the room and making visible some of the beams of light from the fixtures. "Tell whoever the hell you like about what happened there. Nobody will believe you and whoever does will either not care or lack any real power to stop them." She then took another long drag before stubbing the rest of the cigarette out. "Which is why i'm going to tell you that it was me who allowed Crimson access to the facility. I won't give you the gory details, partially because i don't want to, but mainly because I know that Crimson has a flair for the dramatic, if he took you there then you will no doubt meet again and he'll want to tell you himself. God know's he deserves that much. But let's just say that it wasn't the first time that he was there." She then got up and stretched her back.

"Black division is the Federations special research bureau. Gundams, Cyber-Newtypes, Mobile Armours, Psycommu, all products by Black Division. I assume you are familiar with the Murasame Institute and their development of Cyber-Newtypes, as well as the early prototype Cyber-Newtypes and their notorious mental instability? Eventually we learned to turn regular people into stable newtypes. Not as powerful as natural-born Newtypes, but still far superior to the typical Earthnoid. Those children you met were natural-born Newtypes that Black Division have been trying to push the abilities of beyond known limits. To make another Amuro Ray, Kamille Bidan, Banagher Links... They were prototypes. Black Division was going to have them terminated after their experiments concluded. I wasn't prepared to let that happen. I realize that i have probably only traded a peaceful euthanasia for a fiery inferno in a Mobile Suit cockpit." She groaned. "But my hope is that Crimson has at least enough compassion to allow them some level of autonomy." She then sat down again. Is it crueler to give them a taste of normality only to take it away? she thought. "Did he ask about me?" she asked.
@Stern Algorithm Sorry, completely missed that question. Currently, there is not likely to be those kinds of ships in orbit. The current state of the war is that the Federation outnumbers Zeon almost 4-1, but Zeon are using their ships to blockade earth and preventing the Feds from escaping the atmosphere. If you want to play as maybe a smaller ship that has been battle-wagoning its way through Zeon space, that's fine.

@Nightwing95 Currently, we need Federation pilots more than Zeon ones.
@Keyblade87 Greg's face went from that of pride to one of confusion and mild horror. "Ummm, wait, conscripted into the Federation military? Look, i am all for stopping Fukushu Zeon, but i can't join the Military." He laughed, a laugh that seemed more to mask his horror than actually finding humour in the situation. "I mean..." He quickly ran through the reasons in his head. Too young? Amuro Ray was my age. A Coward? They'll never believe it. A Zeon Supporter? They'll throw me in the Brig. Go on, tell them the real reason, asshole. "My Parents will be pissed! I can fight, but i can't be a member of the Military..." He said. Coward... his brain replied.
@Stern Algorithm Aster is a Captain. Your character would be of similar rank, probably Lieutenant, maybe Lieutentant-Commander.
@Lotrix Molick After Einsamkeit had docked with Excalibur and her prisoner was detained, Lin found herself being called to the briefing room by Doctor Cassidy. As Lin entered, she would see the older woman puffing on a cigarette. "Take a seat..." She ordered. There was nobody else in a room. "My name is Elizabeth Cassidy, It has been brought to my attention that you captured a member of Black Division... I have his recounting of the story, but i need to hear the answer from you... Did you assist Crimson Hold in gaining access to a Black Division facility and aid in the escape of dangerous test subjects?" She asked. She took a long drag on the cigarette as she stared into the girls eyes, not blinking. "I need to know EVERYTHING that you saw."
@Stern Algorithm Accepted.
