Personality: An older man who has been surviving the worst future for over half his life. He feels far more at home dealing with machines than with people. O's considers himself something of a father figure due to having to wrangle the Mini-cons.
Backstory:
Born in British Hong-Kong, O's signed up for military straight out of school, managing to become an RAF mechanic in the British Forces Overseas Hong Kong. After an attack by Cobra to try and take over HMS Invincible, the aircraft carrier that he was serving on, in which he managed to almost single handedly repel boarders, he was approached by Action Man, a top secret military agency, specfically Britains answer to America's G.I. Joe. Receiving top training and managing to earn a reputation as a top agent. He however, was powerless to stop Cobra Commander when he managed to stage a coup that took control of first America, then making his way across to Europe. Cobra managed to use a combination of stolen alien technologies and help from an unknown benefactor to take control of the entire world. Now, for the last 30 years, he has been working with a number of underground resistances, whoever are willing to fight back. Be they Oktober Guard, G.I. Joe or even a few Decepticons.
His most stalwart ally during this was Megatrons old second-in-command, Soundwave. After Cobra Commander killed Megatron using his own weapons, Soundwave vowed vengeance. And Vengeance makes strange bedfellows. Soundwave and O's worked together for over 25 years, O's helping keep Soundwave and the Recordicons repaired with is mechanic prowess, Soundwave keeping O's alive with his sheer brute strength and tactical genius. But the good times couldn't roll forever. About 5 years ago, they set up a job to steal a cache of weapons from Cobra, but it turned out to be a trap. Soundwave was damaged beyond repair and forced into permanent Stasislock. O's managed to get away with his body and now lives with just him and the Recordicons.
Abilities:
Mechanic prowess (Has been keeping Soundwave and the Recordicons up to snuff for the last 30 years with minimal new parts.)
Piloting (He has learned to fly most aircraft fairly proficiently.)
Marksman (Trained to kill people by one of the most highly efficient government organizations on the planet)
Close Combat (Although not really a martial arts master or anything, he relies on his fairly impressive physical body strength to overpower his enemies and his boot knife to silence them quickly)
Recordicons (Having Soundwave's Stasis-Locked body on his back, he is able to eject and utilize the Recordicons during battle)

- Rumble & Frenzy (A pair of bots who keep tripping over their own words. Frenzy is fiercely protective and tends to mispronounce his words. He is armed with a laser gun. Rumble is armed with a pair of piledrivers and causes minor earthquakes in order to keep his enemies off balance.)
- Ravage (A large and fairly aggressive kitty. Ravage doesn't play too nicely with the others unless he's told to. But this actually hides his fierce loyalty. He owes everything to Soundwave and if this human can help get his friend back, then he'll go to war with the entire planet to keep him safe. He is armed with a pair of missile launchers and sharp claws.)
- Laserbeak (The chief spymaster. He is the infiltrator who can get into anywhere. He has been shot up a number of times from Cobra agents who have gotten wise to his schemes, which is why he looks a little more... Rough around the edges. He appreciates the rebuilds and even has adopted the Action Man logo as a thanks. He is armed with twin laser blasters and sharp bladed wings and claws.)
- Ratbat (The brains of the operation. A clerk with a meticulous eye for detail. He is a strategist and always the one with an idea for asymmetrical warfare. He also has mild hypnosis powers, able to enthrall the weakminded for his own ends. He also is armed with razor sharp fangs that he uses to suck the very Energon out of his enemies.)

Appearance:
Personality: Loud, brash and with a fairly happy and boastful attitude. This is mostly to cover up the turbulent wreck of PTSD underneath. No matter what situation they are in, he always has a story that this reminds him of. He's also a fan of big, loud music and tends to blast it when he attacks (Especially a big fan of Black Sabbath and Knights of Unicron.)
Backstory: From Cybertron, he was one of the many who stood with Megatronus when he marched through the streets, demanding equal rights for all Cybertronians. That being said, he was also one of the first to jump ship after the whole "Kill anyone who disagrees" movement started. Express earned his name based on him being "The Express Elevator to Hell." With his violent tendancies, he was transfered to the Wreckers, where he fought under Impactor. After the flight to Earth, he quickly became enamoured with human music and culture. As the war with the Decepticons continued on, he grew increasingly violent and brutal towards the Cons, to the point where Springer, now leader of the Wreckers, relieved him of duty and he was forced to undergo psychiatric help. This was not really his favourite thing in the world. Eventually, due to him not really trying, he was forced to find employment elsewhere. The human faction called G.I. Joe didn't seem to see his violent tendancies as a problem, more as a solution to many problems, mostly involving "There are too many Decepticons on Earth" and oh boy does Express love being the solution to these problems.
That being said, eventually his violent tendancies were once again called into question when he began ignoring orders in order to kill more Cons. Psychiatric help wasn't seen as a viable option, as such, he was given a specific human partner, someone who moved slower and more quietly and hopefully her more stealthy traits would rub off on him.

A fairly muscular, yet still very feminine woman, tends to wear camo vests and trousers. She also has a number of tattoes from the organizations she has worked for in the past. Most notably her M.E.C.H. barcode on her arm that she usually keeps covered up but has a G.H.O.S.T. logo on her stomach and G.I. Joe logo on the other shoulder.
Personality: Inside, she's actually just a normal, reserved person who is just as happy to stay at home and read a good book as she is going out saving the world. When on the job she is a master of disguise and infiltration. She tends to try and seduce her way into anywhere that she needs to get into using her feminine charms, before charming her way out. That being said, when the chips are down, she's happy to blast her way out if necessary.
Backstory: Originally from Montana, Amazon had a fairly ordinary childhood until the age of 10 when Decepticons attacked her town. Her Father was killed in the attack with her mother able to get her out in time, but eventually succumbing to her injuries afterwards. She bounced about the foster system for a while, learning the criminal trades, specializing in computers. When she turned 16, she tried to hack the wrong place, getting found by M.E.C.H. An Anti-Cybertronian terrorist group. She became one of their top hackers and stayed with them for the next few years, helping to siphon money with her hacking skills. She had it out for any Cybertronian and didn't care who she hurt so long as it was an alien. This all changed when she was 25. After a mission in which he helped steal a number of Protoforms, she brought them back to M.E.C.H. but wasn't quite prepared for what happened next.
After watching M.E.C.H. almost torture these children to death, she quickly grew... A little too uncomforable with how unhinged they were getting. She quickly made contact with a pro-Cybertronian group called G.H.O.S.T. and helped take down M.E.C.H. from the inside. After she did that, she was quickly accepted into G.H.O.S.T. where she helped them in their cyber-crimes division. Eventually, though, she gained a taste for field work and so transfered to G.I. Joe as a liason from G.H.O.S.T. It was here that she was teamed with Express and they have been fighting the good fight ever since.
