It was momentary that her attention was focused onto Shinji, but it quickly shifted to the newest arrival and final member of their team - Koko. Her gaze traced the girl up and down, taking in her disposition, short introduction - nice. This sat well with Miyako, hopefully communication between the two would be easy and said within as few words as possible. Miyako retained her imperturbable demeanor, as the girl introduced herself - a small bow of the head in her direction. "Very nice to meet you as well, Koko. I am Kurosawa, Miyako" She stated, and promptly turned her attention to Sakana that was now spouting off about Koko's name, it brought one side of her mouth to raise in a cheeky smirk, but quickly dropped as it didn't humor her all that much. Then he began to drill into the nameless Shinobi, Shinji, Miyako keeping silent as he did.

Her attention stuck to Sakana, as he began talk of them needing a leader. Miyako being that of a bit of a submissive being - initially had no thought in stepping forward. But it was good that someone, namely Sakana, had stepped forward to go ahead and establish this dynamic. 'Better this happen now, than on the battlefield,' she somberly thought to herself, only imagining the worse to come from it being decided too late. As these thoughts entranced her, it would be Shinji's sermon that broke the chain of thought. Her eyes drifted to his face as he spoke, her hands still folded in her lap neatly - face still holding that of the most unimpressed being in the world. Miyako listened to him speak, nodding a few times - another sigh escaping her lips. It seemed this was her sign of being in deep thought, or frustration. Now that both Shinji, and Sakana had both declared they had no interest in being leader - Miyako found this to be a step in the wrong direction and now would step forward.

Rising elegantly from her seat and standing alongside Sakana, she looked to each member slowly "Koko, Shinji, Sakana....if there are no objections - I have no qualms in proposing the idea of myself as leader of this team. I believe it will be fruitful for us all to be within good standings of each other - despite our background." Side eyeing Sakana with this statement. "We are all here for the same end goal... I believe" her eyes stuck between to the two Kiri associates. "But, it would be within our best interest to work together and communicate effectively if we are to succeed. To come back alive," note she didn't say anything about friendship. Miyako believed friendship wasn't a key into carrying out a lucrative misson. It was communication, and trust. Her words were carried by a very dry and dull tone, it could've been more uplifting had she maybe smiled or changed to a chirpier approach. But she wanted to bypass any small talk and get to the point of figuring out what Sakana had started.

Her hands now lifted, folding into each sleeve of her kimono - eyes closing with a swift breath in, then out. "What do I bring to the table?" Miyako asked herself to the team, her eyes opening and moving from each member again, "I am part of the Intel Division in the Military.... I was hand selected due to my memory, with that being said - I am able to retain a majority of everything I read, even hear. I believe with what knowledge I have gained from what has been gathered and hypothesized - I will have some higher ground than most in helping to influence our decision making. It is with this, and my hope for a fluid moving cell - that I will nominate myself". With this speech, she again looked to each of her peers - Her focus resting on Koko. Speaking directly at the Kunoichi "It is only if you wish to lead this team - then I will not argue....But, I must ask the same question as Sakana. What is that you bring to the table?"

The conversation was stifled quickly, as the meeting began - Miyako turned attention to the screen displayed in front them then took her seat. Hands again folding in her lap, prim and proper. They would have to discuss further the inner workings of their company after the presentation. Her eyes darted across the screen, in tandem listening to the booming voice elaborating further on the pictures. "I remember reading about him..." Miyako muttered, possibly to be heard by another - but desired no response. All of the information being presented was probably overwhelming to most, but Kuro's eyes did not leave the screen. Any sounds of idle chit chat from around them did not break her concentration as she followed along intently. As quickly as it started, the meeting was adjourned - Miyako wasting no time to jump back to prior engagements."Unless any of you have any questions about what was just said - I suggest we get back to Sakana's question, and decide the leader. Like it was stated, we will have little to no communication back home. Before we even step foot back outside the VTOL, we must decide this. Decide a course of action in the event of an altercation, who will be our offense, our defense...". This could all be settled inside the VTOL - Miyako rose out of her seat and stared at her team members, "Shall we?"

@bladess4 @mesuokami @schadenfreude let's make it our personal objective to be as active and fast posting as we can. Team Sakana.. I mean.. team 4 gonna be the best.

The news had almost come as a surprise that she would be heading off to Ame. From what the Kunoichi had read and heard, it wasn't exactly somewhere she ever cared to find herself. But for the Nation, she would gladly serve and give her life to help aid in the success of its growth. Miyako rubbed her Omamari's between her fingers at the VTOL craft landed, her expression remained blank and unsurprised by the massive vessel that would carry her to Ame. Her eyes shifted from each face of the Shinobi's that would be traveling with her to Ame, her mind began to wander on who she would cross paths with again - who would be sent home in the VTOL alive or dead. But these thoughts didn't loom over her, concerned with only her own well being for the moment. It wouldn't be till she was in a squad that she would begin to care about the misfortune of others.

As the craft landed, the chosen ones were ushered in - Miyako acquiring a window seat, she gracefully folded her hands in her lap as her attention turned to look out the window. The buildings were suddenly becoming the size of small hills as the craft soared up and away to their destination. The trivial chattering of her possible future comrades reached her ears, but she fell short of any conversation as she began to reminisce on any and all information pertaining to Village they would soon be arriving at. Her brain was like a rolodex, circling through random pieces of information she could pull from her memories. Her attention turned back to the window as rain began to pitter patter quietly, the clouds looming over head left an ominous feeling rising in her gut. They had arrived.

She grabbed for her Luck Talisman and rubbed it in between her fingers - the landing was smooth, and the door smoothly slid open. Attendants were parked outside to shuttle every arriving passenger to their rooms, and make light of their arrival to this gloomy village. "What a dreadful place..." She murmured as she exited the craft, her face turning to that of disgust as the foul air reached her nostrils. She placed her kimono sleeve over her nose and lower face - a feeble attempt at keeping the smell at bay. "Kurosawa, Miyako?" A voice called out to her, she turned and met eyes with a young man - "Follow me please". Keeping her arm raised to her face, she followed him obediently. He would try to make small talk with her, but it was a feeble attempt on his part. Her mind began to wander, and absorb what it could as they walked along towards her room for the night.

One day later..

As the sun rose, so did the Kunoichi - or at least she assumed it was rising through the rainclouds. The dead of the night became a bit brighter, but all the while the Village still retained a mundane feel to it. Feelings of nervousness slightly filled her body, only because she was unsure of what was to unfold at this meeting. Miyako stared around the rather large room she was placed in, it didn't impress her all too much. Except to wonder why her village would spend the extra coin to have their Shinobi and Kunoichi's in such comforting rooms. It left her to come to the conclusion that this mission may be more rigorous than she imagined, tho the comfortable nights sleep was appreciated. She ate a filling breakfast, and followed a similar routine to most - a shower, and then putting her attire together. What took the longest was combing out her long coal hair, but once she felt it was satisfactory, she rose and began to inspect the room of anything she could be forgetting. Nope. Nothing.

Miyako began to walk out of her room, but a small mobile spot on the wall caught her attention - her eyes shimmered with excitement at the baby spider that crawled along the wall to the corner of the ceiling. She gave a small bow, as an actual thin lipped smile appeared on her slender ghostly face. "Ah, such a symbol of fortune to of been bestowed upon me this morning..." Miyako hummed, she took her talismans in her hand and let out a relaxed, and relieved breath. The dreadful feeling that had filled her gut upon arriving was now to slowly dissipate with the good luck symbol that greeted her this morning. She watched the small spider crawl along the wall, and departed from her room - though her face wouldn't show it, she was beaming with confidence for what was to come.

It would be only mere minutes that she would arrive after Sakana, having to go through the same process as every other attendee and receiving a seat number. She thanked the correspondent after receiving her 'ok' to proceed. Folding her arms into her kimono, Miyako made her way through the gushing crowd quickly, to get away from any needless chatter that could arise. Miyako made eye contact with the young black eyed boy that was going to be seated next to her, she gave him a small bow. "Uragiri, Sakana - a pleasure to be alongside you," as if the boy needed his full name recited to him, it was a small way for her to affirm information into that library of a brain. She took a seat next to him, removing her hands from her kimono, resting them in her lap neatly. "I believe we will be successful in whatever is to come" she commented, leaving it at that. Very seldom few shared the same beliefs that she did, and it wasn't within her interest to ever elaborate on it, unless she was asked. The two could possibly be mistaken as sharing a blood relation, even the way they carried themselves seemed to be one in the same. She remembered reading his file one day back in Iwa, being of the Intelligence Division, she was introduced to a wide array of files and tales. Miyako was familiar with what the Shinobi was capable of, but not of who he was. The only thing she could hope for was a cell that would be able to communicate, and execute the task at hand appropriately.

The chatter that filled the room played alongside the feeling of anticipation - as many mouths sparked conversations of what was to come from this meeting. One's self could be riddled with anxiety as the emotion of the room seemed to surge from excitement, to nervousness. Miyako detached herself from the emotions that were circulating as the universe had sent her a sign of a fruitful mission - she felt she had no need to worry. Her focus was now turned onto the newcomer that approached Sakana. Staring the Shinobi up and down, she began to form her first opinion of him - and then nodded as they met eyes. "Kurosawa, Miyako - I will be apart of your team as well," She spoke to the boy firmly, "Nice to meet you...?" Her eyes stuck to his face as she waited for him to introduce himself, her hands still perfectly folded in her lap as she spoke to him.

Kiku

Kiku turned her attention to the Shinobi approaching them, something was already unsettling to her. "Who?" She questioned under her breath and then looked around to her teammates, and then down to the youngest Nadia. Her lips pursed and then followed after her teammates. Her stomach tightened at the thought of what laid ahead of them, and the hopes that Nadia wouldn't let her pride of proving herself get herself hurt, or worse - killed. Making their way there, they all seemed to be in their own mind - a few passing words slipped out of Jaakuna's mouth that caused her to side eye him. Well if he could see through her mask that was.

As they arrived at the Café, Kiku began to walk forward only to be halted in her tracks as ribbons of purple hair that matched her own took the Shinboi in. Her mouth let out a quick click as she assessed the situation of all the bodies inside, relief sending waves through her body as she realized they were all okay. "Nobody is hurt," She stated, and shifted her masked face around taking in the area. This was all new to her - so letting out a louder click she mapped the area around them in her mind. Before she could react and remember Nadia, it appeared Jaakuna already was on top of her and berating her with an order as to not make a rash decision.

She turned her attention back to the Purple haired seductress as Kaba had spoken out. The rebuttal cooly leaving the lips of the enemy in front of them. "So we need to split up," Kiku stated and looked to her teammates "Maybe three of us stay here and two go to find these human bombs.." She bit her bottom lip "Maybe I can sense the difference in Chakra in these fakes? And someone else can dispose of them....." Her hands gripped into fists as she began to think of all the options. "I could also place them under a genjutsu, we could immobilize them then...try and cut it off...or.." Kiku looked to her teammates, "Anyone else have any ideas? We need to think and move quickly" Her attention turned back towards Yui, her energy was one she didn't trust and wasn't even sure if she should try and leave the area.

Kiku blinked a few times as the girl complimented her eyes, "Oh - thank you," She smiled, a small smirk placed on her lips as she heard his comment. Her head turned - following Kaba as he walked off. She wasn't able to get a good read on him, and never exactly talked to the boy in class. Jaakuna soared past them next, screaming something about being last - inhaling deeply, and exhaling a great sigh the girl gripped her backpack straps and walked forward. Following the group, Nadia sure to be at her heels only because her voice didn't stop ringing in her ears. Kiku had no will to run, as her legs weren't all that fixed just quiet yet - and the muscles continued to hurt as they were overly strained when running/jumping/leaping became involved.

"We're not really sure whats going to happen," She stated simply as she slid her mask back over her eyes. Letting out a click her world mapped out, following her teammates chakra flow. Hoping they'd reach Kumo sooner than later and all in one piece.

- Kumo -

Arriving in late afternoon, the Special Forces squad strolled into the town. Kiku reached into her Kunai holder and pulled out her glasses - quickly putting her mask in place of them. Adjusting them on her face, she stared around the town in awe. It was far different than that of Konoha, pillars, small mountains of pointed rock it seems. Brief small talk ensued between the teammates - leading to a more stable foundation. As they talked of their own skills, it solidified places during battle. At least that is what went through the lavender Kunoichi's mind. She looked to Nadia and sighed quietly, hoping that the prepubescent Uchiha would be able to hold her own - despite what they came across. She'd be of much help though, if she really was as skilled as she claimed to be.

Kaba tended to stay quiet and in his own world, him and Kiku only exchanging a small conversation based on him being next in line for Head of the clan. He was rather prideful on it - as Kiku questioned him about his clan. He seemed rather reluctant to talk about it, and then faded away into shorter answers. Kiku eventually stopped asking questions, and began to wonder what Shizuka was up to. He sure could make a trip interesting from his pure antics. Kiku had also gotten to talk more to Ryoko, learning a bit about her past from Kumo. She felt uneasy with Jaak as to how dismissive he was to her apology earlier, but he seemed unaffected by her presence. That was fine with her. Nadia of course would bubble up some kind of conversation, that Kiku didn't have a problem being a part. Her main concern was later encounters, but this was the young girls decision after all.

As she began to examine the crowd of people, she realized eyes were on the team - her face turned to Rokyo. "So, where do we go from here?" Her eyes met a few of the natives of Kumo's and she swallowed a small lump in her throat. Kiku hadn't traveled too much to other cities - this being her first time in Kumo. It had a slightly overwhelming affect, as to not being in her own hometown and knowning the inns and outs. Rokyo being here had eased the that worry.

The rain surged down harsher than before, Kyo's eyes flicked up for only a moment - to resurface upon the man that was now making his way towards her. She did not flinch, or tense a muscle as he glided towards her. This scene reminiscent in some way. Her breath was cut short as their eyes met, she knew this man. She knew him very, very well. The girl kept her hand with the katana extended. He gracefully pushed into it, and his ruby life expelled down the sword onto her hand in a soothing warmth. Her satanic smile faded as she was gently swept into his arms, the two words that left his mouth causing her body to shake with resolution.  Her body crumpled into his as she shook, her arms quickly shoving him away as she removed the katana. Throwing it to the earth, she placed her hands on his face - her thumbs rubbing his cheeks. "Senpai, Havoc, it really really really is you," Kyo began to jump up and down -spinning in a circle she collapsed onto him her arms wrapping around his neck. Her eyes opened to see the surging of blood from his wound, she moved her mouth closer lapping up some of the blood.

"Its you, its you, its you, its you....." She continued to repeat, as she nuzzled her face against his scraggly beard. "You really have to get rid of that, it doesn't feel good. We can't go home, I burned it down. We have to find a new home, did you know that I've killed over 100 people since you've been gone? You'll have to read the scroll, our writing has gotten better" Kyo continued babbling, filling him in on the past 2 years. Her stories cutting short, as she thought of another,  better one to tell in  the midst of every single one. "Oh, wait!" She released herself, and ran to where the umbrella was. Still floating with the chakra she was providing, she lifted her hands up and it sailed gracefully into them. Holding it over her, she walked back to Havoc and placed her hand on his head, as she sheltered them with the umbrella. Her hand rested on his head, fingers swimming through his long mane he acquired whilst away - her fingers getting tangled in with the knots. She looked around and back to him "Its like when we met, except this time we didn't fight. Remember you almost killed me? Oh! Her, We have to kill her. Lets go back. She took me, Senpai, she took me and made me not remember. I remembered though - after you left, these men tried to take me. I guess they did, I don't know. But she knows us, she's been watching us. We have to kill her before she kills us, she wants to. She said it. She's sick, should we wait so its more fun? She'll be more surrounded now. We could go back undercover"

Plans soared out of her mouth as she stood over him, umbrella blocking the rain from coming down on him and her. Kyo rocked her head side to side as she rambled on more plans, then stopped dead in her sentence. Looking at him. "You're really here," her finger touched his cheek, then pinched it as if to make sure his skin and body was real. "Who was that girl with you? What have you been doing? Why are you here?" If one thing was certain, it would have to be that Havoc may have to readjust to her consistent babbling. Giving the umbrella to the worn  down man, Kyo ran back out into the rain. Hopping in puddles like a child, as she scooped the Katana from the ground. "Do you like it? I made it with some help - Chihone" She held it proudly, dirt and debris washing off in the pounding rain. A smile was prominent on  her face, prideful, manic, expressive. Walking back to Havoc, she quickly resheathed the bone and wrapped her arms around his waist. Nestling her head into his chest. "Never leave again. I was so bored, I missed you"

Looking out into the rain Kyo examined the edges of the field, unaware of the Konoha Kunoichi that were heading their way. But it'd be a perfect start to the duo reuniting. A true test of their workmanship as a famous killing duo. Kyo inhaled deeply, and squirmed with happiness from the reuniting of the two. "What was it like when you were gone? You missed me? I thought of you every day, it's been 2 years. Do you think I've gotten stronger? I still trained a lot, but I cant do that umbrella thing like you can, Senpai. Look at all this stuff I got!" Spinning quickly, showing off all her charms she had collected in the past two years. "So many things, I have to tell you all the stories"
