In the time since the wedding, Elizabeth had found a sense of peace. She'd joined in on a DND campaign, taking the role of a bard, something she wasn't initially ready to do, but playing an outspoken, excitable murder musician really helped her work through some of her shit. That, and she'd managed to claim one of the plots of flowers as her own, giving her quite a lot to keep herself occupied with. She had some lovely purple hydrangeas, inter-spaced with light blue lilacs. It felt really good to create something for herself, these plants were her babies, and she loved them to death.

She wasn't too far away from Marygold, and sighed a bit as she was able to have flowers sprout up around her. Elizabeth had been looking into ways to make her gardens better with her transmutation, but she'd had mixed success. Gardening was simple enough, but biochemistry was hard, and something that was still a tad bit beyond her. Calling over to Mary, she said, "You've got the edge on me now, but I swear, my patch will be just as good as any of yours in time!" She called over playfully. She wanted to get closer with her, it'd be nice, she thought, for her to have a gardening friend, and Mary just seemed like a cool person in general.

With the passage of a few hours, Arthur was starting to feel a touch better, which he didn't know if he should be concerned about or not. He was worried about what this place was turning him into, but he felt like he just didn't have much in the way of options. Andy was nice, though, and he was glad that he could be with her through this. In any case, he managed to make it to the upper deck, regardless of the thunderstorm raging. As the situation as explained to him, it was obvious he would be paired with Andy. As she took a few down with no trouble, he nodded, ready to do his half.

Strapping on one of the backpacks, he sucked up the two Andy had managed to drop, and he shot a smile at her saying, "Lemme see if I can take care of one." He said, grabbing for the knife at his side, and having it fly up, and take a stab into one, before it zipped back in for the kill. "There we go!" Arthur shouted gleefully. He wouldn't normally take joy in the death of another creature, but these were unusual times. Sucking up the dead one, he breathed, and held out a hand to high five Andy, pleased with himself for how he'd picked this up. He wished he could have taken down two like her, but he'd settle for this.

Elizabeth pursed her lips, she could be wrong, she was fine with that, but she still felt like mentioning it to the Thanes wouldn't be a bad idea. She shrugged and said, "I mean, I hit my head all the time, that doesn't normally happen, but hey, far be it from me to interfere with fate, should you be wrong." She was being a bit facetious, sure, but she didn't really care about coming off that way, "Love god wants to have fun in the Goddess of Death's sex dungeon, that's on him, I suppose." As Runa ran off, she sighed, "And now the newbie is broken, somebody should deal with that."

Beth figured that her going after her might not be best. She was blunt, but not oblivious by any means. It was her words that caused this, but Runa would need to learn to be tougher. Words alone could not be allowed to break a person here, not when they'd be putting themselves in the way of real, physical danger. It was a process they all had to go through, to learn not to let your emotions dictate your actions, sometimes it took years, decades, or even centuries, but it was a skill they all had to learn. Turning her head to the armors in the aisle, she pretended to be looking for something new to wear, hoping one of them would try to help the girl.

Sitting within the Quinjet, Oliver watched as the results of their plan were laid bare to them. For a few moments, he really didn't know if that had worked, and, for all he knew, the next few moments would be the last ones he, or anybody, ever lived. But, as the ship disappeared, he felt a bit of relief. He knew he wasn't in moral danger anymore, but the damage was done. A city was dead, and Tinley had been killed. Stepping out onto the moon, and rejoining the rest of the group, he made his way over to Tinley's body. It was appalling, for sure, but he looked down at her somberly.

Her loss would not be forgotten, and he looked at the rest of the group before saying, "I wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for the efforts of each and every one of you." He started, "I will not forget this, and, I wish I had more I could say than thank you but... Thank you all." He knelt down next to Tinley's body, closing his eyes for a moment. He wasn't a religious person by any means, but he took a moment to thank Tinley in his head. Standing up, he looked over to the approaching group, raising an eyebrow, but saying nothing. They had endangered countless, even if it was meant well, and he didn't know if he could forgive them for that.

Flying backwards, Elizabeth reflected on the decisions that led to this turn of events. She really needed to learn to think things through, like mot attacking the king of metal. As she fell back on her ass, she grunted, feeling physically fine, if not a little banged up, but she was now angry. She watched Magneto exit, and it was everything in her not to yell at him over it. She did, however, exercise a modicum of self control, and not goad the villain anymore. All she did was glare at him, and grip her fist in a vain attempt to displace her anger into something non destructive.

Brushing herself off, Elizabeth smiled at Antoinette, and said, "Ego's bruised, but I think I'll be okay, um..." She wasn't sure the two of them had met, before saying ,"Antoinette... right?" She'd heard her name tossed around, but this was the first time they had talked, if she recalled correctly. Taking her hand, and pulling herself up, she smiled at her, "Thanks a lot, I probably shouldn't have done that, but I dunno." She fixed her hair, throwing it all back behind her shoulder, "He just really pissed me off, coming here and all. You know?" Watching Antoinette's illusion powers, she gave a kind of impressed look at her and said, "That's really neat." Clearly, Elizabeth was awestruck by this.

Arthur smiled and nodded at Andy's question, he wanted some things cleared up for sure, especially if he was gonna be staying with these people. The first one that came to mind was kind of an uncomfortable one, "Do we serve the gods?" He wanted to know that up front. After everything that happened, he didn't know if he could help them in good faith. At this point, he felt like the skies could part and the gods could die for all he cared, in fact, he might be happier if that did happen. He hoped that that question wouldn't upset Rebecca, but he honestly cared very little.

Clearing his throat, he also continued to ask, "And, if so, do we need to go on Quests?" He didn't mind exploring and putting his life on the line, but if he didn't have to, he legitimately didn't know if we wanted to. The camp seemed nice, and he didn't mind the idea of staying there forever, especially if Andy was with him. He just, didn't want to be fighting all the time, at least not right now. As cool as having powers and everything was, it seemed like it came with a cost he really didn't want to have to pay. He wanted to be a kid, live life, and have fun, not be a pawn in a god's war.

Righting herself up, Elizabeth rubbed her temples, Trying to make sense of everything she had just seen. Turning her head towards Klara, she furrowed her brow, "I didn't expect new girl to bash my head in, shoot me. In my day, we had a modicum of respect for the blind." One thing she did miss, was the ability for here to roll her eyes, which she would very much be doing right now if she could. Rubbing her head, she looked at Runa and said, "Nice reaction time, that'll serve you well here. Flame's the name, no hard feelings about the concussion. Promise." She said, trying to be nicer to the girl, since she seemed like the take no shit kinda person.

She frowned, before saying, "On the downside, I think the world might be ending. Pity." She crossed her arms. That vision, if she recalled correctly, it was one of the events leading up to Ragnorak, the capture of Baldur, "I had a vision, when the new girl knocked me out. Hel's captured the god of love, or I just had a weird dream. 50/50 shot. That's how Ragnarok's supposed to start, right?" She exhaled, not wanting terribly to have to deal with that, but if it was happening, she'd have to do what she could to prevent it. Hoping her fellow residents had some thoughts on the matter, she leaned against the Aisle, waiting for them to respond.

Watching as his plan crumbled beneath him, he was quickly looking for alternatives, but then he received salvation from the most unlikely of sources. It felt like he'd taken some kind of drug, and now he was hallucinating a cat leading a charge of winged dinosaurs into combat against alien conquerors, but that was the world he found himself in. Thinking quickly, he leveraged the randomness of it all. Three of them were down or dead, and the circus that this fight had devolved into seemed to be a perfect time to enact their plan. Picking up some of the dust on the ground, he looked at Gamora and said, "Fun fact, since this moon doesn't have an atmosphere, the dust and dirt here is very sharp." He played with a bit of it, before launching it directly into her eyes. "So, have fun with that." He said, before speeding off to the Quinjet, stumbling at first, but maintaining his footing, as, in a blur, he grabbed the LMD, and marveled at it for what felt like a moment to him, before placing it in front of Gamora, and heading back to the ship.

There was still one more thing that needed to be taken care of. Flynn could take out the LMD well enough with his rocket launcher, but Goose would be caught in the cross fire. He couldn't let that happen, putting aside his love for cats, Goose had joined them for this conflict. Fluffy or not, he was a soldier, and he wasn't about to leave a man behind. Sitting at the controls for the Jet, he had an idea. If Fury was half as crazy as he thought he was, there was no way the director didn't teach his hyper intelligent cat Morse code. Firing up the speakers, Oliver set them to blast a message in an ultrasonic frequency, "GOOSE GET OUT OF THERE, ROCKET IN BOUND." With that, all that was left to signal Flynn that it was time. One thing he wasn't sure of though, was if their coms were being monitored or not, so he elected to be careful in his communication, broadcasting to his teammates. "Cass, get out of there. Flynn, it's time to end this, take her out with me." He put special emphasis on the last word, wanting to make sure he understood that he'd swapped out.

Stepping off the Quinjet, Oliver was surprised by how quickly things started to turn to combat. He didn't know what he expected, but he thought there might be at least some conversation before the abject carnage, but alas, this was the world they found themselves in. Watching in shock as one of Tinley's legs were severed, he gasped. Shit was getting real, quickly, and it wasn't just about him anymore, they'd wipe the Earth clean if the Secret Warriors failed here. They were Monsters, each and every one of them, and as the green one had the audacity to call herself his sister, something broke in him.

Gripping the spear, he trembled with anger as a black inky net shot out of it. "My sister?" He said, his eyes blazing, "That must mean something else in your tongue, because you look a lot like scum to me." He lunged straight at her, but the spear was knocked from his hands. In a blind rage, a new kind of feeling awoke in him and, almost instinctually, he turned on the spot, and with his speed, he brought his fist towards Gamora, only for her to side step him. Still though, he continued forward, rushing past her and turning on the spot, putting distance between the two of them. At that moment, he had an idea, and he reached over to his phone, tapping a few buttons quickly, and releasing the raptors. Calling out to Strange he said, "Doctor! Open a portal back to the Headquarters, something will be joining us shortly, and they need a way here." As he did this, he kept his focus on Gamora, malice in his eyes.

Elizabeth was about done with buckethead's bullshit. Crashing a wedding was one thing, but if his son hated him so much that he was willing to leave his own wedding to get away from him, he needed to get his ass out of there. Before she even really know what she was doing, she was around the wall that had been constructed, shifting her arm along the way. She had an idea, and it was going to happen, she didn't care if it blew the dick's head off. "What part of fuck off don't you understand?" She asked, resting the blaster of the gun right under the helms lip, before firing it straight off of him.

Her rage boiling, she started say, "Maybe now you can hear us better," as she reared her arm back, intending to slam her arm right into the back of his head, saying "Now, won't you j-" She found herself cut off by shock, as her harm froze mid-swing. She realized, she had ignored the crucial fact that her arm was made of metal, and she was currently attempting to attack the man who could control metal with his mind with it. This may have been, in retrospect, something that some might argue could be called akin to a mistake. Gritting her teeth, she tried to yank her arm back to get the hell away from him, but she was stuck. A look of genuine fear crossed her eyes as she looked over to Guin, hoping for some form of help.
