Oli was really really hoping that he'd never have to actually be hit ever again in his life, and up until a second ago, it seemed almost reasonable. The man was fast, and even if he couldn't keep distance between himself and aggressors, he figured dodging normal speed attacks would be easy. He now saw how foolish that thought had been, as one of his teeth flew out of his mouth. As blood pooled in his lower jaw, he reached for his sword, and there was a rage in his eyes. He wouldn't stoop to murder, not yet, but there was a bloodlust in him now that had to be sated

"And you," Oliver said, a piercing look in his eyes, "Are going to regret thatm" Without thinking, Oliver took his sword, and almost casually swing it towards the back of The Captain's ankle, severing the tendon that kept his calf connected to his lower foot. If Oliver knew his biology, and granted, he didn't, that should keep Cap from the rest of this battle, and even future ones. With the blood that had accumulated in his mouth, Oli spit on Captain America, before turning his attention to the rest of the fight, unsure of how best to help.

Arthur drummed his fingers on the table, eager to learn about what exactly this place was. He was concerned, of course, about the potential dangers that any given place could have, but it sounded like this was a known location, which meant that, hopefully, the demigods of Camp Halfblood were well equipped to deal with whatever threats their loved ones would need to face. This was better than, in his mind, them going to a place that was not as well defined, and having to deal with dangers on the fly; this was something that Arthur's mind would likely never want to engage with.

Arthur grabbed Andy's hand instinctively, making small circles with his thumb on her wrist. He hadn't thought much about physical contact before, but he quickly realized how much he would miss it. Even if they could keep in contact with Iris Messages or Chocolate, it wouldn't be the same. He realized just how much he'd be needing a hug from her the very moment they were reunited, and her squeezed his hand as he thought about his.

Oliver's head was swimming; caught between his obsessive thoughts on killing Raynor and worry about his recently rewritten friend, and that was before people who wanted to kill them showed up. He gritted his teeth, he had thought that they were supposed to be safe here, but it was danger and death once again. Maybe the reason he was so fixed on killing Raynor, not some evil magician forcing world's together, but just because he was so on edge from the amount of wanton murder he has committed over the past year. Oliver probably, in any case, needed a therapist.

Without even thinking much about it, he targeted the person who recognized as an Avenger, Captain America. Normally he'd be worried about trying to take out a Super Soldier, but he was sure he could at least snatch the shield and get the rest of his team a a significant advantage in the fight. It was a surprise then, as he tried to phase it out of Cap's hands, that the shield exploded. In the endless contingencies he'd come up with during the skrull invasion, he had no idea that the shield would respond like that. He made a mental note, and in the chaos, slashed Captain America across the stomach with his handy dandy laser sword, before zipping off to safety.

Arthur allowed himself a smile, pleased that that had worked. A part of it, honestly, was he liked the feeling of exerting power over things. He'd felt powerless recently, and he just felt like this would not have come to pass without his action. It made him feel like his actions mattered; like his thoughts and feelings actually counted for something. He liked that, even though the gods didn't seem to care at all one way or another about what he wanted, his fellow demigods thought he counted for something; that thought brought him significant comfort.

At the mention of another prophecy, Arthur cocked his head a bit. The group splitting more was worrisome, he at least had the comfort before that some of the people he cared about would be safe at camp, but now that wouldn't really be true. He didn't know what this hotel was, but he knew the places that people got sent around here were rarely safe. He wished he had more complete information at the moment, but he could at least be patient. He'd know before long, and that was enough for him.

Upon making eye contact with Amelia, a part of Oliver realized what she had actually just said. He swallowed hard for a moment, shocked that'd he'd been so absorbed in the murder of his best friend, that he failed to realize his other best friend has seemingly forgotten about him. He felt slimy, like he'd done something awful, even if he was only distracted for but a moment in the grand scheme of things. He blew air through his teeth, lightly whistling as he thought of something, anything he could do to help. The best he could think to do was try to remind her.

Oliver shook his head, saying, "I refuse to believe this is permanent." He looked over at Amelia, with a bit of a frown, "You're one of my best friends, and quite frankly I've lost too much to lose you too." He said, hoping his honesty and directness would help her in some way, "I... if you've been affected, I'm sure we can find somebody who can help; Maybe if Doom caused this, Doom can fix it, but I've never met a problem that didn't have a solution." Oliver was clearly upset, not the least because hew as getting very worried at the prospect of whatever it was in him that wanted to kill Raynor taking over.

Arthur watched as the room reacted and started to vote, but kept quiet. Pushing further from here would be seen as desperation, and wouldn't actually help their case. No, the only thing he could do was keep his voice down and hope. He'd like this to go his way, but ultimately it didn't matter much either way at this point. Kristin was a fine choice, and, most importantly, Cassian seemed incredibly unlikely at this point. His dislike for the boy was honestly a little irrational for the level it had ascended to, but nevertheless, it was there, and he held onto it.

Arthur drummed his fingers on the table, his gaze eventually landing on Chiron. He was happy for each second he had with Andy, but there was also a small part of him that wanted to rip the Band-Aid off. The more they danced around leaving, the more that that was all he could really focus on, and eventually, it got exhausting. He knew he'd cry a lot when it happened, or at least shut down for awhile, but a part of him knew that that would pass, and once it did, he could start thinking about other things, and that was something he needed soon.

Oli was happy to be near Niah, and stayed in step with her as much as possible. As his brain would normally try to process the new variables of the situation, and come up with plans for the different possible avenues everything could go in, he was instead preoccupied with a different thing. He eyes bored into Raynor for a few moments, and his brain couldn't quite realize exactly what his head was now stuck on. Tried as he might, he just couldn't escape trying to come up with a way to kill Raynor, and the various potential fallouts of different methods.

His fingers drummed steadily against his leg, and he opened his mouth for a moment, disoriented, but ended up leaning into the new thoughts. He was convinced he wouldn't act on it, but he entertained it all as a thought experiment. Raynor was a more experienced fighter than he was, so he'd need a surprise attack, if he came at him from behind, he could phase his hand through his heart and rip it out, he thought. That seemed like the most direct method that would be the least likely to result in his own death. The bigger problem with that was, even if he could get Raynor alone, it's a shortlist of people who the team could reasonably suspect to have committed that act. Of course, he could maybe blame it on Luminous, and kill her before she could be interrogated, ultimately being seen as a hero who avenged the death of one of his closet friends. He liked the idea of that, still being seen as a "good guy", after an incredibly evil act. He tried to keep as much of a poker face as he could, but if anybody looked at him, they'd see total revulsion.

Arthur briefly wondered if it was cool for the two of them to coordinate their votes like that, but he internally shrugged. He wanted somebody he knew to have the position, and that made the list of people he was okay with short. In addition, it was honestly just another way for him to attempt to express a degree of control over a world that increasingly showed itself to be cruel and uncaring. He smiled over at Kiera and waved back, taking a seat next to Andy and getting ready to make an argument for Demi. He looked at the room around him, and cleared his throat.

"I'd like to put forward Demi here." Arthur said, taking a scrap of paper and writing down Demi's name, "I trust him not to mess things up, and I think he'd be an effective liaison." Arthur said, folding the scrap an placing it in front of him. "He seems the type to do the job and not let his feelings get in the way, should things get tense." Arthur looked over to Andy, hoping she had something to say as well. Between the two of them, he hoped that they could convince enough of them to listen to the two of them here.

Oliver spent most of the trip lightly dissociating himself away from the awfulness in the cabin. There were things to do, of course, but he was confident that with the current information they had, and the lack of information they had about everything really kept him from doing much. As they landed, Oli rose himself, ready for whatever they'd have to face in The Blue. Hopefully their respite would continue, but he was at least recharged enough that he could knock around a few heads without having to worry about collapse from total exhaustion, and that was all that could be asked of him.

Oli deplaned, and looked at their welcoming party. He was initially shocked by the look of those in front of him. Not that he was one to judge people for their appearances, but he struggled to see how a person with what appeared to be human skulls on her waist could be particularly kind person. As such, he kept his mouth shut, and waited for more data. He wasn't going to attack somebody or attempt to verbally engage when he didn't actually know anything, but he felt uneasy. Whoever these people were, he got the feeling that, at best, their interests were temporarily aligned, rather than them all being called towards a greater good.

Arthur made a face for a moment as he thought, not one of disagreement, but one of contemplation. That was an interesting idea, though he wasn't sure how much it mattered. He'd never heard of a Greek demigod being approached by their Roman counterpart for the purposes of helping Camp Jupiter, but it was a worthwhile consideration. He wasn't sure, however, if such an act would be seen as an act of distrust between the two camps. If it was an ultimately meaningless thing, then all it would do is sew division between the two camps, which wasn't something they'd want in the things to come.

"I think I'd still prefer Demi, Zeus as a parent might make the other campers respect him, between Camp Jupiter and here." He explained, "I'm a bit nervous of trusting Tammy since I don't know her well, and I don't expect her to vote for herself, which might make her winning the election hard." He said, pursing his lips. "If you wanna try it, I'll back you, but I still think Demi is the best all around bet." He said earnestly, as they entered the Big House, laying his cards on the table. He didn't want Andy to feel like she wasn't being listened to though, so he was willing to acquiesce if she strongly believed in this.
