Remove the rank-up from elemental magecraft. I also question the logic of an A++ skill when her Divine Spirit aptitude is D, but I'll leave that to Fiddle.

You didn't reply to my comments on the range for both NPs.

I'm not really sure what makes these horsemen special. As an aside, it's good to remember that they won't be Servant-tier unless they take crazy crazy prep. Super Golem Man's golems, made with 800 year old materials over the course of days, are super below Servant-tier and it takes his NP to reach that realm, and Paracelsus's Elemental Masses, while capable of helping out in a fight against Servants (though not Servant-level themselves) require a crazy amount of prep including making a philosopher's stone.

Keep in mind if you're saying the Territory comes with a prana furnace, the time needed to deploy it will increase by a fair amount, in the interests of balancing, since we're talking about an NP-grade prana furnace without the limitations of something like the bookmonster.

Speaking of time, I'll talk to Fiddle about what a suitable length of time needed to set up the Territory and make a Horseman should be, and we'll get back to you on that.

That should do it.

@ADamnFiddle

Unless Fiddle has objections, Cu's fine.

If this is still open, I have a Master concept that needs brushing up and an F/GO Assassin in mind. I'll probably do some more reading up before I throw out my Master idea. As for my Assassin, I'm not sure if he will qualify or not. Seems like his skills are already translated, though.

We have Sanson's Grand Order Materials, so he's good to go. The individuals for whom the "no full information" clause applies to are Strange Fake Servants, and Grand Order Servants released after the USAica chapter. That said, Grand Order Materials IV, covering everything up to and including Goetia, is coming out in just over a week, so if we're somehow still in the app process by then, the eligible Servants from there will be possible as well.
Oops, its been a while since I refreshed since looking at my PMs. My bad from not noticing that hmmmm... (Spent a tad too much time trying to make Guinevere into a interesting servant)

We're not necessarily doing things strictly on a first-come first-served basis. If two sheets get approved around approximately the same time, we're open to evaluating both and deciding between them.

With that said, I'll give your sheet a look-over in the morning, unless Fiddle gets to it first.

That is a pretty weird NP. Can it straight up turn Servants into copies of the Constitution? Or is it only objects and details surrounding them? Can it transform NPs into the Constitution, and if so, do they still retain their abilities aside from their shape?

...Actually, the image of Achilles being forced to ride into battle atop a copy of the Constitution being pulled by three horses is kinda funny to me, if a bit out-of-place in an actual Grail War context.

Also, if the prana cost is low, does that mean it can be used repeatedly on a singly target over a short timespan, rapidly turning every aspect of their life into the constitution?

I won't go revealing the explicit strengths and weaknesses of it overtly, but all of the information needed to understand its strengths and weaknesses are given in the information.

It's worth noting though that while the prana cost is low, his MGI is still D.

Would it be possible to make an application for Robert Rotten?

You are but a child.

I swear I can’t fucking keep up with all this new shit that keeps coming out of Grand Order and the Fate franchise’s bajillion spinoffs >_<

P.T. and Elemental were things I just added because they made sense with Baba’s lore. I can replace them with something else if they don’t work for whatever arbitrary reasons the wiki decided weren’t important enough to mention on the skills page. As for the hut, it’s mobile because that’s what it does in the legend :P

Seriously though, do you want me to justify it based on in-universe rules or do you just want a throwaway explanation as to why it can do that? Also I’ll agree with whatever rank you think the mortar and pestle should be. I just thought that since it was chariot-esque and capable of flight it should have a moderately high rank.

Potnia should be removed since Authority's a no-go and Potnia itself is super strong even among Authorities, so it's not the best move either mechanically or for balancing.

For Elemental, here's Paracelsus's skill from GO Mats.

Elemental: A+
The ability to make use of artificial spirits corresponding to the five elements. These spirits are called Elementals, or more informally Elemental Masses by Paracelsus. Exactly what it sounds like, they are existences created using a super-high density crystal as a base.
For example, a Fire Elemental Mass is made from concentrated flame, and can manipulate incredibly high temperatures. An Earth Elemental Mass becomes super-high mass, gaining a hardness similar to that of diamond. (As a note, the Ether Elemental Masses made from the element of Nothingness are different from Ether Clumps, so please be careful.)
Though it takes considerable labour to produce them, they can be used as effective familiars even in battles against Servants.

Ergo, he makes a philosopher's stone, then does even more stuff to it until it becomes a cool familiar guy. I'll need some sort of lore justification for how she's able to do this without a philosopher's stone.

Really the Mortar and Pestle doesn't do anything particularly special even by modern magecraft standards, so it should prollly be E.
Here’s my Baba Yaga WIP. I’m gonna fill out the remaining sections and make it look nice when I have the time but I want to get this out here in the noosphere for review ASAP.

Potnia Theron (D): As an extension of the Earth Mother in Slavic folklore, Baba Yaga is permitted use of this skill, though its effectiveness compared to a true or major goddess is severely downgraded. Allowing the communication and parthenogenic “birthing” of various animals and monsters, it makes Baba Yaga’s hut a frighteningly well-guarded place.

Authority is barred in the modern day outside of very specific circumstances. Also this is a shard of the N U M B E R O N E Authority.

Elemental (A++): Baba Yaga is commonly associated with the Earth Mother and is attributed with control over the elements as well as the weather. While her ability to control the weather does not allow her to do much other than dictate the day’s forecast because she lacks access to Koschei the Immortal’s island of Buyan, the home of the winds personified, her command over the raw elemental forces is excellent, giving all her elemental attacks a Rank Up in effectiveness and allowing her to summon Elemental Masses as familiars, which she refers to as “her four horsemen”. Little is known about them, but they appear not to be the same Four Horsemen known throughout Judeochristian lore.

Controlling the elements isn't the same as making Paracelsus-style Elementals. It's important to remember that Paracelsus makes them by taking a philosopher's stone (photonic crystal), which is itself a very prep-heavy thing, and then doing even more prep to it. They aren't an instant thing. You can have her able to make "Elementals" in the Paracelsus sense, but you'll need to explain how she's making them in the same way Para does.

Also granting plus corrections on top of HSDW isn't going to be permitted for balancing reasons.

Baba Yaga’s Hut

Justify the range.

Where is it generating that much magical energy from?

I'm assuming the plus modifier applies defensively in the case of offensive NPs below the Anti-Fortress level.

Mortar & Pestle

I'm very confused by the range.

I'm not sure why a broomstick that amplifies magecraft is B rank.

The effect will be treated as magecraft amplification in the sense that, while using it, you'll win against something of equal rank.

Fixed up Lancer's profile a bit and I hope GM @ADamnFiddle will be satisfied with the results. Also, am I allowed to copy my Approved submission for Master Sebastian Thompson onto the Character tab?

In the meantime, I'll start reading up on some of the others' submissions.

Peace~

Since it's approved, go ahead and pop it into the Characters tab.

You're born with Circuits, they don't manifest past a certain age. It's just a matter of if you learn how to open them (a magic senpai/parent realizes you have Circuits and trains you).

I'm assuming the Tohsaka/Aozaki mention is just as a comparable example.

Define what the fist wraps and gloves do.

<Snipped quote>

Does F count or does it end in E? I can put LCK on E, I guess... I'm not sure about MGI since I've never heard of Ragnar use mana before.

<Snipped quote>

You got it. o7

<Snipped quote>

So I should just put C+ instead or don't add anything at all and leave it at C?

<Snipped quote by ADamnFiddle>

Ah right. Does lesser spirit work?

F is not a rank.

MGI isn't "how good you are at magic", it's "how much magical energy you can store". If they have no magical experience then it should be at the lower ranks, ie D or E.

Leave it at C.

Summoning wraiths is fine. Keep in mind the dangers of prana expenditures regardless, though.
<Snipped quote by Over Illusion>

So is it just changing people’s memories and the written references to something, or can it affect the physical world? What happens if they change a vital detail of someone’s legend? Will that Heroic Spirit or people’s memories of them change to accommodate the alteration or is it limited to just changing what’s written in history books so they all say stuff like “Napoleon rode into battle on a giraffe”? I’m a bit confused.

Also Shakespeare’s NP never made much sense to me. I was operating under the assumption that it was actually altering the “story” in a meta sense, not just showing you illusions (keep in mind I haven’t finished Apocrypha yet).

It's applied to discrete informational quanta. I won't go revealing the explicit strengths and weaknesses of it overtly, but all of the information needed to understand its strengths and weaknesses are given in the information, which the GM agreed with.

I recommend leafing through Vol 5 of Apo or at least the description in Apo Mats for Shakes.

Anyway I'll also be serving as your Co-GM for the purposes of applications, all, since Fiddle needs another hand to help out while they juggle some real life goings-on. Reviews of all currently-submitted characters should be done later tonight.
<Snipped quote by Over Illusion>

Was that approved by Fiddle? You probably should’ve waited to put that in the character tab. Also, as entertaining as the idea of 18th century Berserker Donald Trump is, that NP is a bit... out there. Especially for someone of his youth and minimal fame. I mean, Shakespeare pulled that reality warping shit too but it only worked under really esoteric circumstances and he was also William motherfucking Shakespeare.

It was approved.

It's not reality warping, it's information-altering. Saint Graph modification is par for the course; this has little difference where a difficulty standard is concerned. It's not as if it's altering that core impulse from [ ]. In terms of age, mystery, and power, he's decisively low-class.

The comparison to Shakes is also pretty moot since First Folio doesn't alter information, it just "shows you a story".
Ay yo it's your boy Berserker
@Polaris North

Eh, I suppose there's not much value in being all that strict so long as something doesn't outright spit in the face of logic. You're good to go.
