Well... I'd be lying if I said I didn't want a little conquest :) Hopefully, though, the game won't be riddled with autocratic über-military nations. It'd be cool to see alliances form and dissolve over trade and diplomatic issues, not just war and greed.

EDIT: Also, it's cool to see this has netted so much interest! I'll get the OOC up in a few hours!

I'm thinking "fantasy" as in not our world. My personal preference would be humans as the only sentient race, with fantasy creatures (both common and new) as the fauna of our world. The tech level will vary from nation to nation, with the cardinal rule being "more tech = less other stuff" (like, perhaps, magic). There will be some restrictions governing military might and stuff like that. The game will however mostly be free form, with maybe a few numbers thrown into the mix. Does that answer your questions?

Welcome to the Interest Check for yet another Nation RP!

It's been a while for me now since I last got to play a good game of nation rping, so I thought I'd give it a go here. One common problem with NRPs is the lack of uncluttered fantasy maps. So I decided to make one myself (in Paint :P) and upload it here (click the hider).
