Current No matter how subtle the wizard, a knife between the shoulder blades will seriously cramp his style.

Arguing over petty details at times of dimensional emergency was a familiar wizardly trait.

A wizard never had friends, at least not friends who were wizards. It needed a different word. Ah yes, that was it. Enemies. But a very different class of enemies. Gentlemen.

No problem :)
E@viledd1984: Just to make it clear, even though it's written in the OOC OP, Areapolis has no queen, no royalty. It's governed by a council.
"I think we should stay the fuck inside," Henna stated calmly. "There's not much the two of us can do to stop that beast. Better leave it to the heroes." Something suddenly tugged at the trollkins conscience. Frightened though she was, she really wanted to see what was going on. It wasn't everyday you got to see a fight with a dragon. And she could watch it, from the safety of her room even. All she had to do was use the wizards glass. Do it, she heard a voice in her head whisper, sweet as honey. Do it, you know you want to. There was no denying that she did, the need to peer into the mystical mist of the glass suddenly feeling like a craving more than an idea. Come ooon, it purred, Just a little bit. She felt her hand creep closer to the skin she kept it in, slowly but steadily. Just... a little... bit... "Just a little bit" she whispered to herself, and began untying the pouch from her belt. She realized the elf was still there, looking at her. She would see Hennas treasure, but it couldn't be helped, she had to use it now. She could feel her hands getting sweaty with anticipation. She pointed a finger at the elf and beckoned for her to come closer. "Wanna see something special?" she said, her voice a mere whisper, "You'll like this, but you can't tell nobody. Come see!" And with that, she unwrapped the skin and presented the orb on the floor. She whispered the secret words, and light suddenly radiated from the glass, illuminating Hennas face with a pale sheen. Inside it, a monstrous creature could be seen shrieking its rage over the rooftops of the city.
It is, that's why I thought it was a bit too much. But even the Tail is big enough for that spell to be overpowered. But let's forget it. We'll work with what we have, like I said :) You're a good writer, so just keep up the good work!
I see. That's a bit too much. You don't need to change anything in the post, we'll work with it, but please refrain from doing something like that in the future. I consider it pretty game-breaking if a character can weild that much power, especially since the action appears to have no discernable backlash at all. Working towards a goal and making things happen is great, but just calmly stating that the entire city is in uproar without first checking if that works with your fellow gamers is bad form.
@thewizardguy: That was an interesting post you just submited. I interpreted it as though your character influenced people to kill eachother over the bounty on the wyvern. Is that a correct assumption? @NekoJordan: Your Apps are accepted and you can begin playing!
It was like a storm blew through Giulia's. Everything happened all at once. Henna had just excused herself from the brawl downstairs, and had taken the elf with her to her room to enjoy their food there. She'd just finished and was looking for some nice dry clothes for her guest when the door was kicked in by a big thug clad in iron. The trollkins eyes had been darting to and fro for some kind of weapon to use if the man got violent, but he'd just told her to give the elf her glass and then left. As she was staring at him, dumbfounded, someone downstairs began shouting about a dragon. This city was nuts, sometimes. Henna turned to her guest. "Do you have any idea what that man was talking about?" she asked, "Because I don't."
Sorry again for the inactivity, I'm just busy. I'll get something in soon. Keep up the good work, everyone :)
One of the guidelines is inclusion. I'm with thewizardguy on this.
Quite so. Also, thewizardguy, your Apps are accepted! Feel free to begin playing :)
